The parking wasnt good. Our space was double booke the chef had to move his car so we could get in another We also couldnt get out in the morning. If you book a bay you should expect to be able to use it.

Loved it that there is own carpark. It was easy to spot on promenade with big welsh dragon flag out front. Food was excellent breakfast and evening meal. Bar facilities were nice. Lift access to all floors. Cant fault anything. Staff very polite and helpful.

Excellent value 3 course meal on the Saturday evening, good well cooked breakfast. All staff friendly and welcoming, room clean and tidy with pleasant seaview. We managed to get on the car park at the rear, but its limited for size of Hotel and its a daytime pay/display on the promenade at front. Bar prices very reasonable for a Hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Recently decorated ground floors, good breakfast for the price, and very helpful staff. Parking at rear first come, first served, & with good access to hotel. Only 1 main in evening meal menu if vegetarian though.

For over £150 a night, I expected more than empty soap dispensers and minni bottles of body lotion passed off as shower gel. At around 9pm, with most shops closed, I had to walk about a mile just to buy basic toiletries. Hardly what one would expects from a “three-star” hotel. To top it off, the “free parking” advertised turned out to be an extra £5. Misleading, frustrating, and poor value for money.

The staff was very friendly and our room was ready before our check in time. Nice little room and was neat and tidy. The bathroom was quite small and unfortunately the gliding room of the shower cubicle was broken. The bathroom was all wet after we had a shower. Very convenient to city centre and the coast.

The room was spot on. Clean. The bed was so comfy. All fresh linen and soft towels. Only had the room for one night but,would book for longer next time. Really friendly staff.

Lovely hotel facing promenade and convenient for local amenities. Pleasant room unfortunately let down by an appalling standard of sound insulation between rooms(could hear adjoining room’s tv in background anytime they were in their room plus could hear virtually every word they said, including being sick one night after going to bed. On the whole would return but only if I didn’t have a dog at the time as they are no longer dog friendly due to some bad previous experiences with bad dog owners

A lovely one night stay with me daughter. Clean hotel with great service. Only downside was that we couldn't figure out how to turn down the radiators so the room was sweltering, and reception was closed when we got back and realised. Great to have free parking, and breakfast was nice.

Very dated room.Small and in need of modernising. Parking used to be free now £5 a night so over £100 with no breakfast.No glasses in the bathroom which was tiny. Could go on.

It’s a lovely sea front hotel. The shower pressure is terrible and the wifi signal is weak. But it’s clean and well located and the breakfast is great value. It’s fine.

The room was clean, and the staff helpful. Private car park was a big help. But the shower was awful, tiny, cramped, and would alternate between freezing and scorching. The bed was too small for 2 people, and very uncomfortable barely slept. On the plus side, it was very clean, and there was plenty of storage for clothes, and it was in a good location.

The hotel is in a very central position - minutes from shops and Venue Cymru. Room and en suite were a good size. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A little suggestion for an improvement would be to have a full length mirror in the rooms.

The hotel is clean, comfortably and close to the shops and restaurants. If eating in restaurant in evening then choices need to be given to reception desk by 3.30pm and meal eaten between 5.30-6.30. Staff are helpful, many guests were returning.

This hotel is very good value for money the staff were some of the best I have come across nothing was too much trouble had too order evening meals before 3 30 but that wasn't any problem the food was excellent and great value for money would go back just for the food. We had a great seaview the room was a little small and only a double bed but it had everything we needed would definitely go back.
