Convenient to stores and a mall.

The location was prime for travelers. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Hot coffee in the lobby. Quiet atmosphere. The security lock fell on its own accord, but management fixed it right away. I saw no elevator to get upstairs. Had to haul my luggage. The managers forgot I was a guest, so they aggressively stopped and interrogated me on my return from a 13-hour work shift. Kinda glad they don’t allow anyone to roam into the hotel, but did not appreciate the treatment after so long a work shift. Would recommend if everything else was booked.

Inattentive staff, never anyone at the desk, room looked awful, yellowing tub, smelled weird, and they went running the heat in the room even though it was 20° outside and it took forever to het warm

We were pleased. Older facility and some what worn. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean also, no smell. Water hot and plenty of towels. Great value for the money

The bed was not very comfortable at all
