A fantastic stay! Perfect location just a short walk from King's Cross. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for couples!

Room very small but clean and did the job. Powerful shower, really comfy bed. Was told breakfast was 7.30-10 so we went for breakfast at 8.30/8.45am. There was only 1 hash brown left so my husband asked if some more was going to be brought out and he was told "no, it's finished, it's over". Basically we got told that breakfast was over yet there should be another hour of breakfast left. I had a couple of rashers of bacon, a fried egg, a sausage and some beans because I had to take medication with a meal and everything was cold. My husband decided to just have toast and a cup of tea so we went to go and buy some breakfast from a local pub. The man who greeted us when we arrived/checked in on Thursday was really lovely, friendly and welcoming but we didn't see him again. Other members of staff came across as quite stern and emotionless which is a shame. We were looking forward to a lovely breakfast but we had to go and buy one elsewhere.

Breakfast was pretty good, cold and hot available. Coffee machine was a bit temperamental and slow causing a bit of a queue. Room was very small to squeeze round double bed but ok for a one night stay after a show.

The staff left it unattended for an hour so I had to get ready in the toilets. Overall disappointing.
