This is a lovely hotel steps away from everything! We were able to easily walk to all the sights and there were tons of amazing pubs and restaurants all around. The room was lovely and well appointed and staff were friendly. My one piece of info for fellow travellers is that while they have added a lift at the front for wheelchair and walker access, it is quite difficult to navigate getting luggage up and into the hotel for people not needing that service. I saw quite a few people really struggle with large suitcases trying to get them up the few stairs at the front. Not sure if there is a staff member who can monitor this.

Wonderful facility in the heart of Trafalgar Square. Walking distance to many locations in London. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and they had great coffee. Having water machines with refillable bottles on each floor was a nice touch.

Great stay. The hotel is located right off of Trafalgar Square making most of central London walkable to visitors. There are also many options for public transportation very near the hotel. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet, plus there are several other breakfast options just a few steps out the door. The Pizza place next door is great, too. Our room was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control.The CQ Lounge is a great amenity if you arrive too early for check-in, or just want to relax somewhere besides your room. We also loved the refillable water stations throughout the hotel.

The room was small, not cleaned daily, and dusty. There were good two good points: a water station on every floor where one could get purified water In replaceable plastic bottles at no charge. The second good point was the excellent Bar and restaurant: great service and great food. The breakfast buffet was also good.

This a 400 usd per night? They do not do the cleaning. They do not advise that during check inn, only in a small paper behind the telephone in the room you can see that cleaning service is on request. First time that I see that for a 400 usd night hotel..... Bathrooom in the bedroom is like a container, if you close gently the door a lot of noise is done (I woke up my wife during the night) Air condition is set up at 16 degrees however temperature does not go down min is 21. With a lot of noise so you need to choose between sleep or a 21 temperature.... Description in www was very good experience terrible....

The hotel location is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The every third day housekeeping would be fine, except that we stayed four nights so the only housekeeping was on our last day. It would have been nice to have the one time housekeeping on the middle day of our stay. Otherwise all was wonderful. The club living room is a wonderful benefit.

Overall a very good experience. The hotel is very nice and very well located to easily get anywhere we wanted to go. Small but clean rooms generally well appointed. Internet service was spotty in one of our 2 rooms, not unexpected I suppose in an old building. One room could have used more frequent service for basics, but staff were extremely responsive to any requests. Overall a great stay, and would certainly consider staying again if we return to London.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel due to how gross the rooms are and the lack of customer service. If you do stay here, inspect your room for mold and if you have a problem at night, do not even BOTHER trying to deal with the guy who works the night shift unless you would like to be spoken down to rudely. I'll start with the good: this is in a lovely location. There's a lot that you can walk to and there's a tube station, bus stop, and ferry nearby. Now the bad. Our room was musty, had mold in the shower, bathroom, and by the windows, and a bug. When I called down to the front desk, they offered to switch our rooms. I asked to see the room first, and from that point on I was given such a nasty attitude by the man who works the night shift. He spoke down to me so rudely and made me feel like I was crazy for wanting a clean room. He made me feel very uncomfortable to the point of tears and I believe he was misogynistic, as he had a very different tone when my husband showed up. The new room also was dirty with mold. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I should find another hotel. Thankfully, the man who cleaned the hotel cleaned the new room, which the front desk man told him repeatedly not to do. Weird. When I complained, we were given free breakfast and were offered a cert. for a weekend stay at any of their hotels, which I turned down because we had such a terrible experience here. No other support or contact from management. Save your money and time.

Perfect central location, within two minutes of Trafalgar Square, but quiet too. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was good. Only issues were the slight smell of damp and the noisy fridge that we had to turn off at night.

A big disappointment overall. No safe in the room - this is a first in any hotel for me. No aircon. No fridge. No wine glasses. Boring decor with white painted walls and no pictures or decoration. Cheap thin shower curtain. Filthy windows, dirty window frame. No heated mirror in bathroom to stay useable after shower. There was an ice machine in the corridor but no ice tub or bag in the room. Tv was faulty and kept setting audio description on. Not a major issue but very annoying. Finally the £100 deposit taken I was told would take three days to repay. The location is excellent and the bed is very comfy but overall a massive disappointment for a special stay. This hotel should not be in this chain until basic errors and problems are addressed. A city centre hotel with no air con or room safe should be a 1 star hotel.

Maybe a little out of touch but to pay £475 for a room in a hotel and end up in a basement with bathroom so small the sink is in the bedroom and sited directly below the loading area with bottles and deliveries making it impossible to sleep is not my idea of value for money. The room is designed in wrong way. To open a door you need to move away to make space for the door. Even worse you have to close the toilette cover to flash it. But over all with this price they charge it was acceptable.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring London. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and had plenty of options. Only small downsides were that the room decor is a bit dated as noted by other reviews, particularly in the bathrooms, and the breakfast space is too small for the number of people there on the weekends. I'd encourage the hotel to consider additional seating spaces on those days such as allowing guests to take their breakfast into the Club Room. Overall, a great stay, and we would happily return!

It's literally under the gaze of Nelson's column and a 3 minute walk to the National Gallery from here. It's also only about a 12 minute walk to Buckingham palace...the location is amazing.

Perfect location. We were there for one week and took the tube only twice. We were Able to walk to Trafalgar square in less than two minutes to visit the national museum and the portrait museum. A 10 minute walk to buckingham palace and the London Eye; 10 minute walk to Piccadilly; 20 minute walk to science and National history museum and British museum. Breakfast good but a bit pricey for 28 pounds. Staff very very nice and helpful. Reponded to requests within minutes Going in February we got really good prices

Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. Really great food in the restaurant in the evening. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast offers a good buffet selection, but is only let down by the terrible fried eggs.
