The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure our needs were met. The shuttle service was a great amenity! Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and offered a variety of options.

Be ready to pay a 4.00 parking fee for the security service and possibly the pool and hot tub being out of commision. The staff is really very nice except for 1 individual at the morning check in staff. There is also a 15 dollar incidental fee that they charge which was another surprise.

I thought the stay was nice, but it would have been nice to know that they were doing pool renovations before I booked the hotel. I booked the hotel specifically for the pool and Jacuzzi. My children were really disappointed that thwy were unable to play in the pool. Other than that the place was great. Clean, comfortable, the staff was really kind.

We love to stay here because the breakfast is great with green chili like none other. We were a little disappointed they didn't have any eggs available at breakfast though. Only other negative was the pool/hot tub. Pool had an old metal rail to get in half broken, seemed dangerous and rusty. The hot tub had a band aid in it and when we turned on the jets the foam water was dirty and had black specs and hairs. Just off putting.

The elevators were down which makes it really difficult with a family of 5 and being on the 3rd floor. Kids wanted to go swimming. The pool was cloudy and couldnt see the bottom drain. But other than that, the room was nice and cool.

They offered complimentary shuttle service, however when we needed it Tue morning they couldn't do it until after 3pm due to only one staff person on duty. We had to drive ourselves to Plaza and all around trying to find parking and ended up on side street far away and paying over $10 for 3 hr. And my friend was able to walk much to begin with. Therefore not happy about that.

We stayed here about 12 years ago and came back because it was really nice. Time has taken a bit of a toll. We were given dirty towels with holes and the shower took about 20 minutes to heat up. When reported to the staff they said they would send maintenance but never did. The pool didn’t feel too clean either. We will likely loo for a different place to stay next time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel Staff were all attentive to our needs. We received clean towels and the trash cans emptied daily. The first day of our stay , we noticed the floor in our room was not swept and mopped prior to our arrival. My recommendation is to purchase a vent and put it in the restrooms . After a hot shower, the restroom became a sauna. The pool was disappointing, it was cloudy and dirty. Overall, the breakfast offered a nice selection. The breakfast area needs one more toaster. Very friendly staff!

The room was nice but not properly cleaned… the toilet seat was dirty from the last people and the floors didn’t look mopped. the blinds are transparent and the discount tire next door has a loud telephone ringing all day so don’t plan on sleeping in. the swimming pool was kinda stinky. The free breakfast was pretty good however. Also housekeeping busted in the room this morning while we were sleeping even though we had the do no disturb thing hung on the door?? Never had that happen before, good thing we weren’t naked lol.

Newer hotel that was very clean and was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Just a few quirky things - the room is wide open - the bathroom sink and dressing area are at the foot of the bed. Only one sink - should have been one in the “kitchenette” area, which also should have had a microwave. The breakfast was fine - standard rubber eggs, etc.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Santa Fe and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite prepaying and making a reservation well in advance, upon arrival, I was given a single bed instead of the two beds I had explicitly requested. Even though I checked in late, the lack of accommodation was frustrating. What compounded the issue was the manager’s response, which lacked any apology or remorse. Such experiences can really impact a guest’s perception of a hotel’s customer service. I had to endure a night in a single bed before being able to switch to a room with two beds the next day. Having to pack and unpack my belongings for something that should have been fulfilled upon check-in was a hassle and added unnecessary stress to my trip, especially as I was travelling with family.

Staff goes above and beyond especially front desk Phillip and breakfast staff Genovevo and Adolfo and other man asking and assuring that we have everything we need. Always cleaning area and constantly refilling making all food appetizing and clean. We only stay at Hyatt place because of wonderful experience and great price, clean and bright facilities

When we checked in, the front desk gave us our keys. We went, with all our luggage to the room. I scanned the key, the light went green and I suddenly heard voices coming from inside the room. My husband said “go in!” I said, I hear people talking! I thought it may be the TV but I knocked and a man answered the door and there was a room full of people behind him. He was as confused as I was and we were both astounded that the key I had in my hand actually worked on their door! What if they had not been there or been in a compromising position?? The other guest was very nice and We went back to the front desk and got new keys. The Asst GM did not offer anything but verbal apologies for the error and said they were training someone. A comp night or a food voucher would have been a nice gesture but none of that was done. Also, when I booked the room online, it said it had a bath tub, it did not. The refrigerator was off balance and was tough to open as well. We stayed at Hyatt Place in Hawaii and they would give a daily allowance for a free product from their small store, this hotel did not have that. I know it’s a small thing but that made my evening everyday to get a little snack at night. Consider it.

My stay was comfortable and safe. I felt as though everything was nice and clean. As of writing this review, the hotel locked the main entrance at around 9pm, but you could get back in with your key card. As a solo traveler, this made me feel very comfortable. My flight out of Santa Fe wasn't until 6pm and I didn't have my source of transportation, so the woman working at the front desk extended my stay from 12pm to 2pm, and allowed me to work in the lobby until my shuttle left at 4pm. Very friendly and accommodating. Thanks everyone for the tips and friendly nature!

Shout out to Adolfo who works tirelessly in the breakfast area. We’ve stayed here several times and each time at breakfast he greets us with a smile, he loves to chat, and always asks if he can help with anything. He is one of those rare service providers who goes above and beyond and seems to love his job. We will continue to come back again and again and this is largely due to Adolfo!

The property was almost impossible to find. because its hidden behind commercial properties own a driveway that's difficult to pick out. (The street-side Monument for the hotel doesn't help, as the colors don't stand out.) The first night we stayed there we drove past that driveway three times before we figured out where it was.

This property is great!! I love staying here. Staff are helpful and kind. However this time, no coffee ready when breakfast, I didn’t ask if it was coking as it seemed there was a new cook, plus they stopped using real dishes and went to paper. Love the beds, very comfortable and that is my key focus!

Stayed for 5 nights while exploring Santa Fe and day trips nearby. Very clean and well maintained upper floor room and breakfast / lobby area. Breakfast bar was always replenished with a nice variety changing daily. The green chile was wonderful. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Central location in Santa Fe for driving to dinner, grocery store, etc.

Staff was amazing! Extremely polite, helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast was excellent, with many healthy choices freshly made in the kitchen. A menu is available for ordering food any time during the day or evening, and it is delivered within a few minutes. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff cleans and disinfects the halls and common areas. Rooms are also a good size, and well-appointed. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was ok but the coffee was horrible, my grandkids like waffles and was disappointed that you did not have one available. Also the bar/Starbucks was unavalalbe the entire stay due to staffing. Everything else was great.

The property was surrounded with many homeless and made it feel unsafe. It was extremely tacky to charge $4 for parking in a general lot surrounded by homeless. Breakfast was subpar for sure. The staff themselves were very kind though !!
