It was a nice and comfartable place. Always coffe or tea available. Good situated towards beach and vaporettos. Pasticceria and osteria on your doorstep. Thanks so much

Small, out dated, shower door broke so water all over the floor every shower, no elevator have to haul luggage up several flights of stairs. It’s about a 10 min walk from the water ferry but there’s usually taxis there waiting by the ferry. Have to take the ferry boat to most tourist activities which is about 30 or more ride.
