This is the second time that I have stayed at cities of gold hotel and I will be staying there again. The only issue that I had this time was as I brainstormed, come through, we did lose signal on the t v otherwise, it is a great place for the price can't do any better

Unacceptable levels of mold in bathtub/shower. We switched rooms three times only to find one with the least amount of mold. Mattresses were terribly dated. Obvious lack of property upgrades and neglect. An unwillingness to invest in even the most simple maintenance or upgrades of rooms has allowed this property to rundown to unacceptable unhealthy conditions. I would recommend avoiding this entire property, casino included, there are plenty of better options in the area.

Rooms were clean but the fridge and microwave were barely working, but great to have. The mattress was tough but overall not a bad place to stay.

The property needs to updating. The halls were dark and smelly. The furniture was not only outdated but wasn't it well maintained. The walls were dirty and needs painting, the bathroom was not well maintained and needs to be updated. The pictures on the rooms on the web are old and does not reflect how they are today. Hotels.com needs to inspect who they represent by going out and view the places before they allow them to advertise on their platform. I thought being connected to the Cascino would make it good, but both properties were overpriced and poorly maintained. I would not recommend. Motel 6 would have been better for the money
