LaCresha at the front desk made our stay exceptional! Had to extend my stay and even though I'd made my booking on Expedia she made sure we kept our room and helped with condiments and whatever we needed. Place is also very nice. Firepit, pool, hot tub, and nice gas grills.

The property was under renovation so the limited room availability was understandable. But we were assigned a room where one of the workers had checked into. We just used our key and there he was shirtless at the dining table. Of course mistakes happen so we had to check into another suite. This hotel is still pretty nice but we rather stay where there is no construction/renovations. We didn’t know until they sent us notice after the cancellation date passed lol. The room was clean and the staff was nice so we enjoyed our stay for Mardi Gras. There was limited parking due to the construction so that was a bit annoying. But overall it was in good shape and we would stay again.

The property has recently gone through a remodel which changed the warmth i felt when staying here before. Now it feels like a sanitized (grey) building. The only issue i had was in the common hallways (first and 3rd floors as we stayed on 3rd and walked to elevator on first) where there was a smell of mold. I am in the restoration business so know what that smell is. I believe its from the AC system which supplies the air conditioning to the halls. It could also be due to the interior walls where rooms may be cooler then the hall or vice-versa, and the condensation has collected behind the vinyl wallpaper. Seen it before..so all in all i did enjoy the stay but hope the hallways are better the next time i stay there.

This hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. The rooms are nice and feel like a small apartment. The bathrooms were large and spacious. The bedrooms were set up beautifully and the beds are super comfortable. Check-in was easy and I even got a little thank you bag.

Our stay was great! We did have an incident with wet carpet near the AC vent, but once we notified the staff, they immediately switched our room. Everyone was friendly, and the hotel was clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

For the price, I expected a really nice room. We get in late and there is a noise in the bathroom that kept popping all night. The refrigerators motor was so loud at random times it woke us all up. I walked into the bathroom and was turning on the shower and hair was on the glass door.

Room was directly over front automatic doors making loud noise all the time. Breakfast was definitely not a reason to stay. No bacon, nasty sausage patties and on some days no eggs. Bizarrely had pulled pork and tortillias every day. Stayed for nine days and left to get breakfast somewhere else often.

The staff is great and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. The pool is nice and appeared clean. The breakfast was good and had several staff to help guests and clean up during breakfast. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because my key cards would work and even after getting them reset at desk, still would not work. I got locked out of the room twice and had to wait for staff to help me. Another big issue was the separate living room area had a separate thermostat which was not working properly and this room was almost 80F !!! Kids were hot and it was not cool. Luckily we only stayed 1 night.

Overall I give a 4. The hotel is nice and they now accept pets. I had a unfortunate experience Christmas morning. Apparently a man claiming he was from the corporate office was randomly calling rooms trying to get credit card info. Come to find out he got access to my room from the front desk. Unfortunately I gave my phone number and email address before realizing it was a scam. The first line of defense ( front desk) failed me. If someone’s randomly asking for access to room numbers and don’t know the name of the guests they shouldn’t be given access. This could have easily been someone elderly or too busy to catch on before giving credit card info. So disappointing I was very lucky though. Now I’m worried what they can do with the info I gave. Management really didn’t seem worried at all. The next day the other person at the front desk wasn’t even aware. None of the guests were notified/warned either. So disappointed! It’s not their financial life at stake I guess!

After waiting an hour and a 1/2 to check in and while Expedia. Was trying to get us checked in the lady was rather rude. She was saying that the whole terrible experience was expedias fault and expedia had not paid them. In the middle of the night the fire alarm kept beeping. Maintenance had to come and fix it around midnight. Not a great experience.

Kim at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!! After a long drive from Houston she check us in quick and went the extra mile to get us two rooms next to each other plus we got extra bag of cookies for the kiddos. The hotel 1bedroom with sofa bed was perfect for family of 5 . AC was cold and breakfast was good .

The eggs were good, and the bacon was excellent. The sausage wasn't cooked well enough for me. The gravy tasted like Campbells Cream of Mushroom or something, but it did not taste anything like gravy.
