Very reasonably priced and a lovely area. The staff was wonderful and it was a quick 20 minute bike ride into the main city. We had a little terrace we loved, and it was a wonderful first trip in Paris!

absolutely loved this place! The room for 2 is very small, but workable. The room for 3 was spacious and comfy. The lift/elevator is tiny - we were 5 people in our group and had to take turns (2 could go, or 3, but not more). The stairs are nice as well - we were 5th floor, so coming down was fine; going up, we waited our turns on the elevator. We did not do the hotel breakfast, instead walking to the little bakery on the corner, so can't speak to that. They do have a water fountain/station downstairs to fill your water bottle (the sinks are not deep enough), so that was a nice touch, and they were able to arrange airport transfers for a fee. For sight-seeing, the Nations metro stop is just a short walk and had many of the main lines - we were able to use that to get everywhere, only once having to transfer to a different metro line. The staff are very pleasant & helpful, Metro map in the wall & for taking, all in all a top notch spot. Would absolutely stay here again! Did not feel like a budget spot at all, felt very luxurious.

Hôtel du Printemps was extremely clean and quiet. Our room was quite small (as they all are in Paris) but was very comfortable with a nice bed. The staff here was very kind and helpful. The location is a short walk from the main Nation station which can get you basically anywhere. The breakfast buffet and room service were good value with quality food and drinks. We loved that this hotel wasn’t in a super touristy area and we got a little more of the authentic Paris experience.

Bathroom tap didn't work properly, room was quite small, shower leaks easily throughout the bathroom so bathmat and floor is consistently wet. Hotel needs to fix bathroom tap and shower to make stay much better. Staff were very friendly.

Tiny room with paper thin walls makes sure you hear every creek and bump in the night. No fan, toilet clogged easily, night manager was asleep when we came back. Overall really bad experience.

The exterior of this hotel is impressive. The rooms are unbelievably below par . Basic amenities were lacking.. The furniture was just a bed with a mattress and two bedside tables that were like they got them from a Barbie's dollhouse. No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. There were no amenities for coffee or tea. The front desk is very pleasant and helpful and provided us with hot water for a cup of tea. The breakfast was boiled eggs and a croissant /per/person they ordered the night before. Honestly ,we are in Paris and we could 've done so much better in our choice for accomodations. Besides this location was far from the sightseeing attractions.

Le Printemps is a small, "boutique" hotel in a quiet neighbourhood (Picpus), yet well-connected to central Paris by public transportation—bus and subway stops are just a few feet away. This being Paris, rooms are on the small(ish) side, but perfectly appointed and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent value overall, especially "single" rooms if you travel alone.

staff are super friendly, always smiling and helpful. location is a few minutes walk from picpus metro. room was small but cozy, has everything you need but a kettle but you can get hot water in the breakfast room - just ask. you do need to leave your room key at reception when you leave the hotel. the area is safe, clean, no issues or concerns exploring alone during the day or night. highly recommend, its a wonderful place and at a very affordable price, great value! book now!

The rooms are small but serviceable. Shower small but clean. Near tube. Recommend going to nation which is a 5 min walk as on line 1. We booked adjacent rooms but were given rooms down the corridor from each other. Breakfast ok on first day but lots of food missing on day 2 due to delivery issues.

Good peaceful area to stay .the rooms are small however they do have all basic amenities. The staff was amazing. Always helped us out whenever we needed help. Lots of good food places nearby and easy access to metro and bus stops. Travelling around was so easy from This area.

O hotel é pequeno porém super aconchegante, tem duas estações de metrô super perto com várias linhas além de ponto de onibus. Tem mercado, boulangerie, restaurantes, queijarias, farmacias e muito mais a poucos metros do hotel. O café da manhã é modesto, mas vale o que cobra. Uitstekend hotel, waar ik al tweemaal eerder was geweest. Het ligt in een redelijk rustige, maar leuke buurt. Kamers zijn klein - wat gewoon is in Parijs - maar wel schoon en met comfortabele bedden en badkamer. Ontbijt is niet zeer uitgebreid, maar wel goed en betaalbaar. Medewerkers receptie zijn erg vriendelijk en herkennen je ook om je de sleutel te geven zonder kamernummer te hoeven vragen. Er liggen op loopafstand (mx. 10-15 minuten) heel veel goede en gevarieerde restaurants en leuke cafés.

O hotel é pequeno porém super aconchegante, tem duas estações de metrô super perto com várias linhas além de ponto de onibus. Tem mercado, boulangerie, restaurantes, queijarias, farmacias e muito mais a poucos metros do hotel. O café da manhã é modesto, mas vale o que cobra.
