Staff never inspected the room prior to our arrival. There was no sofa bed in the living room area. Our reservation specifically was for lodging of a party of three. We were told that there were no other rooms available to accommodate us. A member of our group had to sleep on the floor due to this preventable situation. Moreover we were never compensated for our trauma of this experience although hotel management said that they would indemnify us for their incompetence. Up till now there has been no proof of that promise to rectify this mess.

Our room was very clean. The entire hotel smelled very good and was very clean. The bed was so comfortable! My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast as well. Staff was very polite.

THE MAN AT CHECKIN WAS AWESOME AND POLITE GREETED ME WITH A SMILE. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEN AND REFRESHING. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD PLENTY OF FOOD. THE MORNING STAFF AT FRONT DESK WETE BRIGHT EYED AND BUSHY TAILED. MY 1 NIGHT STAY WAS EVERYTHING I EXPECTED.
