The property is one minute walk from the beach and has a parking spot. The owners are very efficient and keep a good watch on the place.

Fin ankomstservice där vi blev kontaktade i förhand med vital information. Väldigt charmigt hus och fantastiskt närhet till havet. Några få och mycket smånparkerongsplatser. Fint och rent på rummen som dock var mycket små och med begränsade faciliteter.

This was an okay stay. The hotel is about 20-30 minute drive from the center of Nice, for those who forget to check before you book. The hotel had a really unpleasant smell. At the end, it felt like I was getting rushed out to check out even though i still had an hour of my stay. The staff were not the friendliest. The room was good for two people and the shower pressure was great. It also has free parking! I’d stay somewhere else next time, but its okay if you are staying for a night or two.

The balcony with the sea view was wonderful, especially since the hotel is not on the main road. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering all our difficult questions. The parking possibility was ideal.

2 places de parking ! 1 prise électrique dans la chambre ! Les coins n arrivent pas au milieu pour le nettoyage...chasse d eau qui fonctionne au bout de 2 à 3 appuis....les 3 étoiles ?....et intitulé en front de mer??? Il faut avoir de bons yeux !!!

Rue calme à proximité. Parking très petit mais possibilité de garer la voiture ds les rues adjacentes (payant) Hôtel propre et accueillant. Chambre familiale pas très grande. Je recommande.

Camera molto sporca piena di capelli e piatto doccia dove non scorre l acqua ed allaga il bagno Ho informato il proprietario non si è scusato, ma ha solo detto di farlo presente alla donna delle pulizie. Non si è reso disponibile di cambiarmi stanza o pulirla. Ho richiesto che almeno ci offrisse la colazione, ma voleva farci uno sconto di 2€… sconsigliato vivamente

Emplacement intéressant, parking quasi inexistant. Hôtel convenable mais j’ai retrouvé de longs cheveux noirs jonchés au sol qui ne sont pas à moi. C’est quelque qui semble récurent. Il y a quelque chose qui a couru sur le faux plafond de la salle de bain.

３つ星ホテルなので、予約しました。部屋は狭く、入った途端テラスには吸い殻が山盛りの灰皿。バスルームには、誰かが使ったカミソリやゴミが鏡横のケースに入っていました。朝、コーヒーを頼んだらぬるいネスプレッソが４ユーロ。

Un petit hôtel tout agréable et tout confort. Accueil chaleureux. Propreté irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

To be in this cozy hotel 🏨 was a great experience !!! Everyone was nice and polite . My room super clean , the area was very safe and the view espectacular !!!!!! I will recommend any one who need a quite place for vacation !! THANK YOU SO MUCH 💞a bientôt ☀️🎶

La struttura di per sé non si presenta male, si trova a 2 passi dal mare e la zona è sicuramente piacevole, ma, personalmente, abbiamo avuto un problema con la pulizia delle lenzuola del letto e del bagno. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e gli albergatori si sono giustificati dicendo che non sono loro a lavare le lenzuola ma che si affidano a un ente esterno (sono state necessarie 3 lenzuola diverse per trovarne un set senza macchie); il bagno presentava capelli attaccati ai muri nella parte alta (non mi so spiegare come ci possano essere arrivati). Inoltre, trattandosi di un albergo in Costa Azzurra, ci si aspetta che almeno l’inglese non sia in problema, ma la signora che ci ha accolto non parlava nemmeno una parola di inglese. Non so dire se siamo stati sfortunati noi, ma questa è stata la nostra esperienza

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par le proprio... Bien que petite, notre chambre était joliment décorée et ultra propre. La petite terrasse privative était un plus et très agréable.

Ein süßes kleines Hotel. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr klein, das Bett auch. Zu zweit hat man kaum eine Möglichkeit seine Koffer auszupacken/ zu öffnen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert, da es sauber ist und sehr gut gelegen, 5 min vom Strand entfernt :)

Bra beliggenhet i Cagnes-Sur-Mer. 2min fra strand, strandpromenade og restauranter. Standard rom 12m2 greit for 1-2 netter. Anbefaler Superior Rom ved lenger opphold.

Our host was helpful and friendly enough. There was room for our rental vehicle in the street. Very close ti the airport, we took the electric bikes there to rent a car. The room was tiny but we didn’t spend much time there. We loved coffee at the Copenhagen coffee bar conveniently located around the corner. We didn’t get one of the rooms facing the water, I would make sure to request it if I were to go again. They have lovely balconies and ours had none. We would have sat out there in the evening if we’d have got one.

Magnifique vue sur la mer, grande terrasse

It was a cute little hotel on the beach, and when I say "little" I mean little. the room wasn't much bigger than my walk in closet at home. but it worked for the one night I stayed there, it was close to the airport and that is all I needed.

My room was just a bed and a bathroom and no room for much else but thats all i needed. The coast of france awaits you the second you walk out of the hotel. Perfect for solo traveling.

Veldig hyggelig hotell, med meget hyggelig betjening og ypperlig renhold. Rommene var små, og egner seg kanskje for kortere opphold enn vårt som var på 7 netter. Vi var veldig takknemmelige for aircondition. Frokost kunne bestilles kvelden før, og var typisk fransk. Enkelt og greit! Veldig hyggelig område, med mange restauranter, og stort pluss for kort vei til stranda. Takk for oss. Vi er svært fornøyde med oppholdet!

Ci ha lasciati perplessi il check-out scritto sul sito e all'interno della camera alle 11:00 ma ha chiesto più di una volta ai responsabili e ci hanno risposto che entro e 10 30. Abbiamo chiesto di lasciare le valigie Dopo il check out nella hall o comunque in un posto che non dà fastidio e c'è una risposta che è a pagamento questo servizio mai ricevuto questa risposta e in nessun hotel durante i nostri soggiorni Costa Azzurra New York Dubai Egitto Giordania eccetera abbiamo sempre riscontrato gentilezza e disponibilità

Jolie petit hôtels Le personnel tres gentil

I rented a car from Nimes; I traveled Arles and St. Remy before I came to this hotel. The receptionist greeted me, and said, “I am the manager and owner of this property.” which I didn’t ask. He emphasized to close the property gate; otherwise, it would be trouble. He answered my questions, I felt like he was a little bit bossy. Later, I told I would park my car in the street. Then, I changed my mind to park in the property because I am not sure if the area is safe to park. (He told me, I can park in the property or on the street ) With that reason, I tried to park my car in the property. He asked me why I did not park on the street. The tone of his voice was offensive and rude to me in my perspective. He told me, since my parking skill is not good, park in the street. Also, he demanded me to carry my luggage to hotel after parking; others possibly would take the parking spot. So I said, I will unload my luggage first in the property then, I will park my car in the street. Next day morning, same guy was at the reception desk. He asked if I would like to the linens to be changed. So I said, I would liked to have more towels. He told me, “ You can’t take towel to the beach.” The way he talked me was nonsense, like I got caught on taking towels to the beach. So I told him, I even don’t think about bring hotel towel to the beach. Towel was thin.It was damp after using it last night, I wanted to use fresh one. Later he apologized me; offered free coffee. Unpleasant experience.

The room was extremely basic and well clean. There was no proper blanket on the bed only a sheet. I was not informed that I needed to order breakfast a day ahead nor put my door sign out to have the room cleaned.

Very unfriendly, no one available at night. NO extras unless $$$. We would not recommend .

Endroit douillet situé près de l’aéroport ( sans entendre les avions). À deux minutes à pied de la plage. Très propre et personnel très accueillant. Je recommande cet endroit.

The hotel was hard to find. It was in a residential area but it was 1 block to the beach so it made things easier. we stayed there the night before our flight left from the Nice Airport. It was an easy drive to the airport and a nice last evening in France

Dans la chambre manque d'obscurité (compliqué de dormir quand on travaille de nuit) et petit-déjeuner quelconques croissant sous vide.

All'arrivo la stanza era molto calda con aria condizionata spenta, il mattino ci è stato detto che la colazione avrebbe dovuto essere prenotata in anticipo, pertanto non era prevista.

Petite chambre sympathique dans une ambiance familiale. Balcon avec vue, décoration soignée et petit déjeuner au top. Agréable séjour.

The owner is delightful and made us feel right at home. Breakfast of croissants, yogurt, french bread, jams and coffee was wonderful. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Une agréable découverte avec une jolie chambre et un très bon accueil. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable aussi. Possibilité de se garer sur place. La mer est à deux pas ainsi que des restaurants .

Séjour OK. Très bon accueil le soir. Le matin plus compliqué sur la gestion du petit déjeuner. Côté éco-responsabilité on n'est pas au rendez-vous... dommage en 2023
