Hotel is dated and room has cigarette smell despite my supposed selection of a non-smoking room. Room temperature was too high at 24 deg C and I was unable to get it down during the entire week that I stayed there.

Firstly: Although I complained repeatedly the room key delivered wouldn't open the door to my hotel room. Secondly, during November the room temperature at my room was blocked at low 18 degrees Celsius and couldn't be altered. Also the temperature at the hotels other public spaces were way too cold! Thirdly: The quality of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was very bad! Fourthly: Nobody at this hotel understood or let alone spoke proper English! Fifthly: The service at the hotel was only very poorly and half-heartedly provided!

It was a convenient location when going to disneyland.Very good hotel for family and staff very helpful and place is quite and safe.
