立地は最高でした駅近です　目の前のショッピングセンターにはレストランやスイーツ店、スーパーもあり重宝しましたホテル横の飲食店も遅くまで空いていてよかったすぐ近くのバス停からディズニーまでも簡単にいけました三人で宿泊したのですが部屋の備品が2名ずつしかなくすぐ指摘して明日は三人分でお願いしますとフロントに伝えたがまた二人分しかなくゲストサービススタッフにデリバリーしてもらったチェックイン時にダブルベットが2台と言われたが三人で予約してエキストラベットがオープンされていないのは通常メイクなのか疑問が残りますホテル自体は大変良かったです

Firstly: Although I complained repeatedly the room key delivered wouldn't open the door to my hotel room. Secondly, during November the room temperature at my room was blocked at low 18 degrees Celsius and couldn't be altered. Also the temperature at the hotels other public spaces were way too cold! Thirdly: The quality of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was very bad! Fourthly: Nobody at this hotel understood or let alone spoke proper English! Fifthly: The service at the hotel was only very poorly and half-heartedly provided!
