Good service, rooms are old and we ran out of hot water on our last day, had to shower with cold water. Also, they dont have a real place to store your luggage and it just sits in the lobby.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral in der Hauptstraße des Lido, unweit der Vaporetto Haltestelle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir konnten noch unsere Koffer am letzten Tag bis abends stehen lassen. Die Zimmer waren sauber gereinigt allerdings war unser Zimmer 33 mittlerweile so in die Jahre gekommen, dass es einfach angegammelt ist. Es wurde seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert. Die Matratzen sind furchtbar. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Blick auf den Corso. Man muss auch sagen für den Preis bei den völlig überteuerten Preisen in Venedig haben wir auch nicht viel mehr erwartet. Es als Hotel zu bezeichnen ist mutig, bestenfalls eine Pension. oh als Übernachtungsstelle in Venedig von wo aus man schnell in der Stadt und auf den Inseln ist oder auch am Strand des Lido ist es eine bezahlbare Unterkunft. Man darf nur keinerlei Komfort oder ansprechende Ausstattung erwarten. Von Vorteil ist: es gibt zahlreiche ganz ordentliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Eine schnelle Pizza kann man sogar vor dem Haus beim Nachbarn essen. Weitere Restaurants sind in Laufweite.

Staff are the friendliest and most help that we’ve encountered so far on our euro holiday. Rooms are quaint and the a/c was so welcomed. Beds were comfy and cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was great. Only downside was that although advertised as having laundry service there was none.

Le parking n’existe plus j’ai envoyé plusieurs messages pour la réservation du parking et aucune réponse. Nous avons réalisé ça avant, car nous avons finalement téléphoné, on nous a dis non puis oui et définitivement non lorsque nous étions déjà sur le ferry. L’hôtel ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos tous est faux, nous étions 4 adultes et les matelas étaient horribles le 4 eme lit était dans un « tiroir » à même le sol. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et la clim ne fonctionne pas bien. Nous avons réalisé trop tard, mais tous les avis (positifs) sur le site de l'hôtel datent de plusieurs années. Rent og pent hotell om enn litt gammelt Veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige folk i resepsjonen Rommet fixet og ordnet hver dag Hotellet lå i en veldig trivelig gate med mange koselige utekafeer og restauranter Kort vei til knutepunkt for transport. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med opphold og beliggenhet

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Chambre et services très bien. Seuls bémols, la moquette vieillotte mais assez propre, porte serviette cassé près de la douche mais rien de désagréable en soi. Hôtel très bien situé et facile d'accès.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Good continental breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. Have stayed here four times over the last 20 years and we've never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Pros........ Price was resonable fir the stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Quiet if closing windows, but no loud noises which caused a problem. Locality to shops, transport and walking. Neutral......... Breakfast was basic, but searved enough to set up for the day....would like some hot food like saugages, bacon etc...instead of ham and cheese, but not a big issue...... Bed sheets clean but old fashion beds spreads. Negatives..... Hotel rooms need updating. Need duvets instead of blanket. Obvious signs of mould in bathroom which has trued to be dealt with, needs updating and decorated. No tea making facility in rooms have to wait till 8 to make a cuppa. Unable to use safe, dod report it but never got fixed so had to carry certain things with me instead of locking away. Would i stay again.....maybe but might see what else is about first that offers bettter facilities.

Really good stay for my 2 boys and I. The sheets were crisp and clean and the room was spacious. Everything was as clean as it could be with the dated look and old carpet in the room. It would be nice if the rooms were as decorative as the hallways. Super price for everything we needed. Stellar location just a short distance from the water bus station. Plenty of restaurants right out the door of the hotel. The beach was a quick walk too. Nice and relaxing after being in the heart of it all day long. Devi recommended if you don’t want fancy and elegant rooms. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Expérience moyenne dans cet hôtel. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, les murs ne sont pas bien isolés, ce qui fait que l’on entend facilement les bruits des autres chambres. La propreté est correcte, sans plus. L’emplacement est cependant un point positif : l’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des restaurants du Lido. En revanche, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très pauvre, avec très peu de choix proposés. J’avais demandé deux lits séparés, mais cela n’a pas été respecté. Un bon point tout de même : M. Nabil à la réception a été très serviable et gentil, il nous a beaucoup aidés. Merci à lui.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The shower didnt have a glass partition so we were forced to take baths, but because the tub didnt have a stopper we basically flopped around in a metal tub trying our best to have a wash. Hotel was overall "okay" we didnt mind it because we only paid 114 Euros per night.

The shower door was hard to close shut it was two doors that came together in a corner which made the rest of the bathroom extremely wet, to use the toilet we had to wear our shoes and then dry them to come into the room. The area was great.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt sehr spärlich. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und es war unerträglich heiß im Zimmer. Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Expérience moyenne dans cet hôtel. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, les murs ne sont pas bien isolés, ce qui fait que l’on entend facilement les bruits des autres chambres. La propreté est correcte, sans plus. L’emplacement est cependant un point positif : l’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des restaurants du Lido. En revanche, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très pauvre, avec très peu de choix proposés. J’avais demandé deux lits séparés, mais cela n’a pas été respecté. Un bon point tout de même : M. Nabil à la réception a été très serviable et gentil, il nous a beaucoup aidés. Merci à lui.

Staff are the friendliest and most help that we’ve encountered so far on our euro holiday. Rooms are quaint and the a/c was so welcomed. Beds were comfy and cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was great. Only downside was that although advertised as having laundry service there was none.

The hotel was in a very good location, with very friendly staff — especially the man at the reception, who was extremely kind and helpful. No matter what you asked, he was always ready to assist. Very pleasant service. I highly recommend it.

Really good stay for my 2 boys and I. The sheets were crisp and clean and the room was spacious. Everything was as clean as it could be with the dated look and old carpet in the room. It would be nice if the rooms were as decorative as the hallways. Super price for everything we needed. Stellar location just a short distance from the water bus station. Plenty of restaurants right out the door of the hotel. The beach was a quick walk too. Nice and relaxing after being in the heart of it all day long. Devi recommended if you don’t want fancy and elegant rooms. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice experience. Closer to the lidi beaches, the stay was excellent. Transportation (port) was close by. Breakfast was a let down with not much variety and the same fixed menu. But then again you are not in Venice for breakfast!!! Ill definitely recommends this place.

Pros........ Price was resonable fir the stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Quiet if closing windows, but no loud noises which caused a problem. Locality to shops, transport and walking. Neutral......... Breakfast was basic, but searved enough to set up for the day....would like some hot food like saugages, bacon etc...instead of ham and cheese, but not a big issue...... Bed sheets clean but old fashion beds spreads. Negatives..... Hotel rooms need updating. Need duvets instead of blanket. Obvious signs of mould in bathroom which has trued to be dealt with, needs updating and decorated. No tea making facility in rooms have to wait till 8 to make a cuppa. Unable to use safe, dod report it but never got fixed so had to carry certain things with me instead of locking away. Would i stay again.....maybe but might see what else is about first that offers bettter facilities.

Property was in need of refurbishment, very dated. Rooms were clean with fresh towels everyday, beds were very comfy. We arrived after the normal check in times but were able to arrange this prior to our arrival and had no problems. Air Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice and only one toaster to serve everybody. Bread had been out for a while and had gone hard and the chopped pieces of apples were brown from sitting around. Perfect location and can’t fault the staff, I would come back again!
