Absolutely stunning hotel! Everything from the beautiful rooms to the dreamy interior design and decor was simply amazing. The hotel also has a lovely pool and air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Nathan at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely stay again next time we visit Paris. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting! ❤️

Susanne at the front desk was wonderfully helpful both by chat before our trip and also during our very brief stay (just one night) she arranged taxi for us ( I don’t recommend uber or bolt, use a professional driver) and she accommodated my sister’s physical limitations by allowing her to use the pool outside of scheduled hours (you have to reserve the pool. It’s set up like a Roman bath. Very nice!!) and she made impromptu ice bags for my sister. Also the hotel is very close to train station and nestled between many wonderful places to eat and drink. The street was very quiet and friendly so we got a good night sleep. The room had individual air conditioning thermostat. It was very comfortable. Also we needed extra pillows and the night staff gave us those. I will stay here next time I visit Paris.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was not informed there was loud construction going on. Drilling was heard early in the morning and all day. Then the morning we were leaving the water was turned off!! My husband couldn’t even shower. They refused any compensation. Stay away from this hotel.

Everything was lovely. The hotel is clean and welcoming and check in was a breeze. The area has plenty of transport and food options. I'd definitely stay here again.
