SO glad I changed my mind & stayed here instead of the expensive “beach hotels.” This place is literally across the street from the “beach hotels”. It’s literally a 2 minute walk! The rooms were extremely clean & updated. When I asked for a room clean, it was done immediately. Staff was polite. They offer complimentary beer & wine in the 24 hour lobby. Heated pool so you can even go on a cool night. I would ONLY stay here when I return!

What an amazing experience. My husband and I drove down from MA for a 4 night stay before heading to Orlando to visit with family. We loved it here so much we reserved a full week for next April. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Clean rooms, turn down service and fresh towels every day. Complimentary limited menu drinks for your entire stay!!! Love it!

Gabriella and her staff were excellent! They made us feel so very welcome and special. The room was immaculate and clean. The only thing I would recommend is that they have more umbrellas and shade, particularly around the sun loungers. However, Gabriella allowed me to use one of their gazebos with no charge.. definitely going back again.

Little gem of a motel. Ample free parking, great location near to beach. Really cool relaxed pool area where you can relax with complimentary alcoholic drinks of your choice. Rooms are modern clean and well equipped also well sound proofed. Staff were absolutely great, very warm and welcoming. Loved it.

It's a perfect little beach property! It's located perfectly in the center of Clearwater Beach. The room was nice, updated, and clean. Parking is on the property, and it's just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The staff was nice! We got a private cabana at the pool as well. I would stay here again!

We had a great New Year’s Eve celebration there. The only part that was a bummer was the hot tub didn’t work. They did try very hard to fix it but made it right. I will definitely be returning

Had an amazing stay at Ivory Sands. It appears the hotel is newly renovated and beautiful. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Marble from floor to ceiling. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful pool area with lots of seating. Music around the pool that was just the right volume. I could not believe finding this gem on Clearwater beach. I now have a favorite hotel in Clearwater. So close to some amazing restaurants, bars and so close to the beach. Thank you to the staff and I can’t wait to return again.

This property was awesome. Starting with the staff, especially Gabriella! She was so sweet and kind. You would have thought she owned the property because she treated us so well. She even offered to help carry bags to the room. What big hotel does that. The place was very clean, the pool was awesome and all staff were great. Free parking with the room and complimentary drinks! Would come back here in a second! Deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you all who worked there!

This was by far the cleanest suite I have ever stayed in. My husband and I got the honeymoon suite. The staff were so very friendly and accommodating! Special kudos to Jason, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything it could be. This establishment is located within close walking distance to clear water beach. Thank you for an excellent experience. We did not want to leave.

The room was great and clean. However the day we were leaving we saw a roach crawling on the wall. So it really questions how deep clean the room really was. The room was not really the problem. The problem was in the hotel add on hotels. com your hotel was made to look like a big hotel with room suites. We were disappointed when we arrived and saw that it was really a Motel NOT what we expected.

The best staff you could ask for. Truly there for anything you need. Property was very clean and walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, board walk, beach, etc. The pool area was very relaxing, and the complementary drinks were amazing. The jacuzzi’s in the room are some trouble to figure out, but the staff is willing to help. Great stay!

It was smaller which felt more intimate. I will warn if staying on the first floor you will hear heavy walking from your neighbors upstairs. Other than that, a very nice place to stay. Its walkable to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel is just as pictured. Very new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to walk to the many beaches and restaurants in Clearwater. A jewel in an area full of mammoth high rises. Of note, there is a dehumidifier in each room that fills a few times a day, so remember to empty it before bed so it doesn’t wake you when it is full. :)

This is a gem mostly for their staff, Renee and Pam! The unit we had was clean, recently updated and very comfortable. The pool was warm and inviting, having complimentary drinks delivered to us at the pool was amazing. The interactions with Renee in particular really added to our experience. The only negatives we found was the walls are thin as is the ceiling. You hear everything. The second is it’s surrounded by roads which slightly deter from the ambience but they make every effort to make you forget it. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing property brand new. Only problem o had was the cars at night and the rooms upstairs you could hear those tenants walking all night. I'd stay again but would get a room in the since floor to avoid some noise. But owners were fabulous and it's a beautiful place right across the street from the beach.

We loved our stay at Ivory Sands! The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet, and everyone was very helpful with any questions. We were at a walkable distance to the beach and many restaurants or could easily find a trolley stop. We really loved the pool area, as well. We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Clearwater!

Amazing! We stayed here to visit family and go to a concert at the Bay Sound Amphitheater. It was perfect! Walked to the beach before the show, swam in the pool when a storm started to brew but quickly passed, and we were even offered a pina colada when we arrived at check in! The room was updated and super cute. Love love love the bathroom! I would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing. Pam was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This property was awesome. Starting with the staff, especially Gabriella! She was so sweet and kind. You would have thought she owned the property because she treated us so well. She even offered to help carry bags to the room. What big hotel does that. The place was very clean, the pool was awesome and all staff were great. Free parking with the room and complimentary drinks! Would come back here in a second! Deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you all who worked there!

It was smaller which felt more intimate. I will warn if staying on the first floor you will hear heavy walking from your neighbors upstairs. Other than that, a very nice place to stay. Its walkable to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel is just as pictured. Very new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to walk to the many beaches and restaurants in Clearwater. A jewel in an area full of mammoth high rises. Of note, there is a dehumidifier in each room that fills a few times a day, so remember to empty it before bed so it doesn’t wake you when it is full. :)

We really enjoyed our week at Ivory Sands Resort. Our room was kept very clean and staff were always helpful and conversive. While there was much construction in the immediate area, Ivory Sands was an oasis. Thank you for a nice experience! We'd like to stay with you again.

My Husband and I came and stayed here for 5 days as a little baby moon. The price was right and we really enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless and spacious. Everything is new and was very comfortable. There was unfortunately a decent amount of construction going on nearby, but the music by the pool and complimentary happy hour drink in the afternoon were always great! The best part of our stay was Lisa. She was a one woman show working the front desk most of the time we were there and was always friendly, quick with recommendations, helped us get a parking pass for my mother in law who visited for dinner and made me a mocktail! She was warm, friendly, and genuine. I would certainly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a super clean, fresh, and low key place to stay with great staff!

It's a perfect little beach property! It's located perfectly in the center of Clearwater Beach. The room was nice, updated, and clean. Parking is on the property, and it's just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The staff was nice! We got a private cabana at the pool as well. I would stay here again!

This is a very well run boutique hotel with lovely rooms and hot coffee/tea in the lobby. The pool looked lovely but it was freezing cold in Florida and we had to wear our winter coats. The front desk staff were all wonderful- very friendly and sincere.

SO glad I changed my mind & stayed here instead of the expensive “beach hotels.” This place is literally across the street from the “beach hotels”. It’s literally a 2 minute walk! The rooms were extremely clean & updated. When I asked for a room clean, it was done immediately. Staff was polite. They offer complimentary beer & wine in the 24 hour lobby. Heated pool so you can even go on a cool night. I would ONLY stay here when I return!

We needed a quiet place to rest and forget the world! We found it and will be back. This is a quiet little spot with the best staff! The pool was clean and most of the time we had it to ourselves. It is a super short walk to the beach and some great eating spots. The beds were comfy, the little kitchen in the lobby with microwave, flavored water, a blender for smoothies, was all we needed. I can't say enough good about this place. It's like the staff was never "hovering" yet always knew what we needed and had fresh clean towels for us at the pool, offered advice about local things even down to the closest spot to buy a deck of cards. This is a happening place and the photos do it great justice. It is every bit that clean and nice. We'll see you next year! Thanks Ivory Sands!

Ivory Sands is a hidden gem. Beautifully remodeled room, so clean, and such friendly staff, not to mention complementary drinks. Why spend the money at hoity-toity hotels when you could stay at this wonderful, clean, perfect little hotel in Clearwater. The beach is right across the street and it’s walking distance to everything. Our room was nicer than some hotels that I’ve stayed in for double the price.
