The hotel was clean and comfortable, shared a code for discount parking a three minute walk from hotel. You get discount in a number of restaurants by showing your room key. We ate in three of them for dinner and one for breakfast, all were delicious. Great location for walking to all tourist attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back next time we are in Liverpool

Excellent location, walking distance of all city highlights. Modernised warehouse in the busy ropeworks district, ground floor room facing the street was very quiet. No dinning room but discount vouchers for various places . I can recommend Wreck for breakfast just across the road. Mini kitchen in room.

The only thing that could make this property better is an actual bar in the lobby area. The staff was wonderful providing beer, wine and a limited menu ... but I simply love a hotel bar!

All the staff went beyond customer service standards. No bar but a complimentary drink to welcome and a fridge to keep bought drinks cool, so saved money. Near busy bars, shops and restaurants but the room was spacious and quiet. Would definitely use this hotel again and thoroughly recommend.

Hotel in a great location for numerous bars, restaurants and city centre shopping. Very friendly reception staff and nice clean decent sized room. Car park just down the road. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Perfect location - walking distance (15 min walk) to all the Liverpool sites but very close (5 min walk) to lots of restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The hotel itself is very nice. Parking was offsite which is a little inconvenient but not bad considering the lot we used was just around the corner. I wish we stayed longer than 1 night because the hotel was quite nice and I would have like to have seen more of Liverpool.

The Resident was very comfortable and convinient. The room was in perfect condition and staff was friendly. The only slightly uncomfortable thing is that they don’t have a kitchen, si they don’t offer breakfast. But there are a lot of options in the area.

Really loved this hotel: great beds, handy kitchenette & the bonus of Molton Brown shower gels in the bathroom! Room was immaculate and the temperature control in the winter worked perfectly. Loved the Chromecast on the TV for connecting my Netflix etc. Very friendly and efficient staff too. Will definitely be back!

Great location. Room v quiet. Good shower. Nespresso machine. The problem was the layout and bed being pushed into a tiny gap between the ensuite and the outer wall. So I had the bathroom partition wall behind my head and the outer wall touching my toes. No bedside table. There was a tiny desk beside the foot of the bed that I banged my feet off when in bed. I found it v hard to sleep the first night as I felt like I was in a prison cell.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of the city. Room facilities with kettle, in room sink microwave, hair dryer and safe gives you everything you need. Bathroom comes with all liquids you need and a good powerful shower

Great location. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and included coffe and tea making facilities. There was a small kitchen area ( behind the sliding door which looked like the wardrobe) Including microwave kettle, utensils and crockery. There was also an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had moult on Brown body wash and hair products. The price was excellent and I would definitely return.

The outside of this hotel is really pretty, the reception and lobby area feels really relaxed and modern. The lobby area was quiet and felt like it would be a good place to work if you were visiting for a business trip. The room itself was clean and the kitchenette in the room is really handy when travelling with kids. There was coffee/tea making facilities along with a microwave, a sink and plates/cutlery. Considering the proximity to concert square, both evenings we stayed it was really quiet in the room (that being said, we stayed midweek so it might be noisier at weekends) The area was ideal, it was 5 mins walk from Liverpool central station and Liverpool one and in an area surrounded by lots of options for dinner / drinks. The best part about this hotel has to be the staff, every single member of staff from housekeeping to reception that we encountered could not do enough for you. Everyone went over and above to make you feel comfortable and show genuine interest in you. This in itself would make me stay here again.

We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!

We stayed for one night, reception staff were so efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.the room was on floor 4 the room was clean with everything we needed like toiletries, clean towels comfy bed.. The resident is located 5 minutes from Liverpool Central train station there are lots of shops cafes restraunts just around the corner We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family or friends

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is in an excellent location, directly across from Liverpool ONE and within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The waterfront, library, and museums are all easily accessible on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms, while simple, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it great value for money. Lovely rooms & excellent/ helpful staff. No on site parking but conveniently close & reasonably priced with the discount. No catering facilities but close to good places for breakfasts. Very close to huge bars, some reviewers have complained about the noise. I heard nothing & I was only on the 2nd floor

An excellent hotel, perfectly located in the city centre. The staff is very helpful, and the overall feeling is safe and comfortable. One thing to take into account is the lack of food service. However, the hotel makes up for it by a choice of nice nearby venues and by welcoming food deliveries.

It was a very well situated hotel. No restaurant but no problem as we were near many eateries. The staff were super helpful and the 6pm complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch . The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We slept really well . It was great having the mini kitchen especially the extra sink, larger fridge and microwave so we could eat out and cook a budget tea of soup etc in the microwave. The bathroom was very roomy . The only thing I would have liked in the room was an extra chair with a back ( making two chairs) rather than backless stools as it would have made relaxing/ sitting in the room more comfortable especially when eating .
