Evening person on duty didn’t even look for my delivery that was confirmed and signed for days before my arrival when he said he would. Annoying. Great place overall, tho.

Bed, pillows and bedding: exceptional. Very very comfortable, a super restful night’s sleep. Room: battle-scarred but seemingly quite clean. “Lite Breakfast”: a total joke. Only a couple highly-processed, sugar packed options. Please add some healthier choices, eg fresh fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs.

The room was clean and nice but however outside the room wasn't so much pleasant and also other people that practically live there have screaming kids and stuff which you didn't hear all the time but mostly at night when you're trying to sleep. The hotel staff wasn't that great of a help and need to learn people skills. But however I didn't see any insects or bugs of any kind unlike the last hotel I stayed at

Please avoid this hotel. I cannot describe how filthy it was. The sheets had urine and blood stains, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the room was swampy the AC didn’t work. The tub was cracked. Room said it sleeps 5, for my 3 and two parent…nope, sleeps 4. One had to sleep on the floor. Please do not book here, at the entrance two ladies wearing bikinis were asleep by the front lobby door.
