Everything was wonderful and service was great. But the only complaint I had was the hot tub wasnt working and in the morning the pool was closed as well. We went there mainly for thoses reasons. But overall it was a nice place. And I called to verify if hot tub and pool was working they told me yes.

The staff was friendly. The location and shopping options was wonderful. breakfast was good with various options... my daughter loved the strawberry waffle and staff was very attentive to the breakfast area. the pool closes at 10:00 p.m. but there's no clock in the room to let you know what time it is. the morning of my checkout they closed off the jacuzzi so that they could clean it. I was glad it was being maintenenced but wish they would have taken care of this before the jacuzzi opened for the day to allow me to be able to utilize it before my check out as this was one of the deciding factors for choosing this location.

The Front Desk Reception Staff and Housekeeping/Maintenance Staff are professional, friendly and are committed to excellent Customer Service. Complimentary Breakfast is excellent. Great coffee! Facility amenities are well maintained. Love the fact it is "Pet Friendly"!! Highly recommend!

Staff was generally 'ok', one lady was quite nice and helpful. The hotel was unclean-stairwell, elevator, and room. Fingernails between night stands and the bed, and the bathroom sink had hair and some toothpaste residue in it. Fitness center didn't have any towels or Clorox wipes. Booked through hotels.com and therefore was unable to leave and get money back.

The property is in a good location but the room was terrible especially the bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly and the bath was moldy and the slide door was hard to open due to being very old. However the front desk staff was nice , friendly and knowledgeable

Check in staff person was polite and friendly. We were traveling from out of state and arrived 15 minutes early and she was able to find us a different room so we could check in rather than waiting around. Room was clean and quiet. Thanks to “Verdant” climate control and despite one receptionist’s effort the AC cut out on a preset schedule. It actually switched to heat in the middle of the night or turned itself off when no motion was detected. After the “Free” WiFi took over a half hour to set up with tech support it cutout whenever we tried to stream. We watched a housekeeper reach through a room’s trash, leaving the used plastic bag in the wastebasket for the next occupants. The complimentary tea was helpful, though.

They put me in a room for handicap people which was wierd cause i'm not. The room thermostat I couldn't set below 68 degrees so the room was still on the warmer side. The shower had no hot water only barely luke warm so that was bad. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were nice. For a Hampton inn I was not impressed though for the price it cost.

Stay was nice, room was clean. Mattress I could feel the springs. Pillows were annoying. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but wanted just plain scrambled eggs and they only have frittata...not good for sensitive stomach people. Options were limited for people with food sensitivity. Potatoes were cold and the sausage was too but it was cooked. Business suite was nice other than the toner was low so all my prints were smudgy. 3am screaming in the hallway jerked us all awake. Pool was nice. Coffee bar was nice too!! Not the worst place we ever stayed but there's been ones who scored higher in our days. Best hotel after the Covid era.

The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of foods to eat. I received text messages during my stay from staff checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in need of anything. This is a dog friendly hotel and we were able to take our beloved fur baby with us on our trip because Hampton Inn accomodates dogs! I was very pleased with my stay and always look for Hampton Inn and Suites whenever I travel! I recommend this hotel as well as the company who really seems to care about customer service and their patrons!

Nice staff and generally clean facility. This is a decent hotel in a good area. The facilities are just a bit rundown. I was told that it was built in anticipation of a casino and racetrack. Perhaps since it never came they can’t afford to keep it completely updated? Bed was not very comfortable. Stayed 2 nights. Again it was clean and safe.

We are Hilton honors members and booked online on Expedia website. Upon arrival we were told the room we booked was only qualified for a handicap room. The hotel was not at capacity. The person at the front desk was rude and would not allow us to switch. The room was disheveled; wallpaper peeling, dust ruffle on the floor, stained chair. Our last stay at this hotel unfortunately. Our family lives in New Castle and we have stayed there many times. It appears this hotel is a bad representation of the Hampton brand.
