Had a wonderful 3 night stay! The hotel was recently renovated and was beautiful. Our room was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Crabtree and Evelyn bath products ( shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion) which was very nice. Daily maid service. On-site restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced and very good. Free coffee and tea. Outdoor pool was very clean and nice to come back to after a day on the beach. ( about a 15 minute drive from hotel) Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was nice. Weird elevator arrangement. Gym was just ok but enough. When I called to confirm ESPN would be available I was told yes - but all Disney owned channels were not available - that was as bothersome as the limited overall channels and just poor TV service. What’s the point of having a new large screen with sub modern offerings and resolution… The pool existed but was just old and lacking anything inviting.

The front desk staff were extremely kind and welcoming upon check in. The restaurant in the hotel took far too long to get service, but they did give us some food to snack on. It was a very noisy hotel, the guests coming through were obnoxious and when I called down to ask someone to come up to have a word. They didn’t, I had two small children and if we didn’t have a sound machine it would have been a disaster. It was almost like we didn’t have a door, so loud.

The place was recently renovated and looked nice but the beds… omg the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It was so soft I felt like I was being bent in half. I guess if you like super soft beds, you may find it comfortable but it was super super soft and I thought it was very uncomfortable.

Our stay was nice as we were just in town for the evening for a concert. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Only downfall was that you could hear everything in the hallway outside of the room. very noisy, but otherwise a nice quick stay!

Extremely rude staff, especially Andrew, General Manager. Since we booked through a third party (expedia) they lied to us and said they had no electric so they wouldn't have to serve us. Then they refused to approve expedia refunding us when they wouldn't let us check in. Horrible!

Ac set to 65 and it would still not cool the room. Put do not disturb sign on door so that I could leave and not worry about putting things away and didn’t need housekeeping but the room was entered and serviced anyway

The young lady that checked me in was very personable. She greeted me with a smile and had that smile the whole time she was checking me. Facility was very clean, been was comfortable. The receptionist that checked me out never looked up, didn’t smile at all. No customer service skills. I said “you have a wonderful day, she responded you to but never looked at me the whole time.

Excellent hotel. Staff top notch, newly renovated, and clean. It's the little details that make life a little better: complimentary morning lobby fresh coffee. Decent restaurant/bar area. Inviting business area. Free spacious parkin. Even the landscaping is meticulous. And of course, the cookie on arrival never hurts. This hotel is walking distance to nothing, well maybe an Applebees, but for a business trip or family driving vacation, this hotel will work out just fine.

I chose to stay at the Doubletree for my trip to New Jersey. In all my travels, Doubletree has never disappointed me and this one was no exception Awesome beds!. Super clean. Great staff. Quiet and safe. Restaurant was good, breakfast was great! Netflix and other streaming on TV. HVAC worked perfectly. Absolutely no complaints! Best stay in a long time.

The only problem with the hotel was the service Sunday morning in the restaurant. The wait for the food to arrive was over. 40 minutes. The wait staff was keeping us informed. But the problem was with the kitchen staff.
