Sonesta Select Tinton Falls Eatontown

The room is not cleaned unless you request housekeeping which we did and all we got were clean towels. The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bed wasn't made, trash cans weren't emptied. They ran out of clean towels. Someone in our party requested towels and was told the entire hotel only had two lean towels. There were kids running up and down the halls at all hours

Everything was good about this place minibus a very rude smug young lady soon may check out. She was obnoxious. The others were fine. She kinda ruined the experience which was a shames as the hotel was great otherwise.

My stay was horrendous

Pros - the bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Location hotel is in a good area. Cons- room smelled musty.

The outside of the hotel leaves one wondering about the quality of the rooms. However, they were beautifully furnished and very, very comfortable. Well thought rooms, with lots of amenities. Nice staff, too.
