The property was ok. The room could’ve been cleaner. The sofa bed was full of crumbs when we took the cushions off and we found more under the blinds. For a family of four checking in the room came with two towels. If there were more we never found them. The elevator works but made me nervous every time we used it. The location is ideal if you want to be in the middle of it all.

The only issue was the parking because there’s not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. I went out for the day and came back and had to park all the way down the road and walk.

Lots of space in the room. Close to everything. Very clean. Bed was not that comfortable, but that may be a personal thing. Easy to park but we had 2 cars because we came at different times so second parking was difficult to find on street without meters. I can't imagine what that would be like in high season. We had a portable AC unit in our sliding door so not able to open it for air and was taped shut so not the safest feeling.

Do not stay here! It is very loud from the roller coaster and people screaming. We were met with a feminine wrapper on the balcony at our door. It is falsely promoted, there is no pool at this location. The view was of 10 dumpsters and smelled awful. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, a clogged sink with rotten food, dirty bathtub and was infested with ants! Major safety concerns- The panel box in the bedroom was open and within reach of toddlers and the smoke detector was missing! We complained but they did not have anywhere to move our room and due to the holiday finding a new hotel was virtually impossible. Do yourself a favor and choose another place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Wild Dunes so much that we will definitely be coming back next year and years to come. I really loved how equipped the kitchenette was. Especially having a coffee machine, since I am a coffee drinker was amazing rather than having to spend money every morning on coffee. It’s the little things that make me feel more at home and this hotel definitely made me feel at home. From the pool, spacious bedroom, many drawers for clothing, etc etc I really enjoyed my stay. Also, being so close to the boardwalk and beach that was a huge plus!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Wild Dunes so much that we will definitely be coming back next year and years to come. I really loved how equipped the kitchenette was. Especially having a coffee machine, since I am a coffee drinker was amazing rather than having to spend money every morning on coffee. While the Master bedroom is updated and modern, the living room and bathroom are very dated but clean and had everything we needed. The floor could've been a little better cleaned as it was a bit sandy, and our feet got a little dirty because we left our shoes at the door. The front desk staff were friendly and professional under the guidance of manager Domingo. We were granted a late checkout and they were able to find a different parking spot for for us at one of their other locations around the corner so we could enjoy the boardwalk for a few more hours after checkout. As this property is directly across from the roller coaster at Playland, be prepared to hear the ride and screams from it inthe living room from 4- 11 PM. After that the street was very quiet.

We tried for an early check in but our room wasn’t available, however the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to use the parking lot and gave us our beach tags early while our room was being prepared. That’s really what we needed most at the time. Excellent location, very convenient. Don’t worry about being near the amusement park. It shut down at 11 and the police clear the boardwalk. It was nice having the bedroom separate from the living room where the pullout coach was. Very satisfied with our stay.

Basic cleanliness was done. Floors were never swept or mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black from the dirt. The area was perfect and convenient for the beach and boardwalk. Front desk was great when dealing with the one person who cares about the guest. The other person was not friendly and seemed to not care for helping people.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Wild Dunes Inn. The room was a bit more outdated than I thought, but still clean. Shower pressure and temp was perfect and the staff was friendly as well as efficient in getting extra supplies when needed. The kitchen had some things for cooking but not any silverware or paper towels, and we ran out of tissues very quickly. Other than that, it was a super close walk to the boardwalk and some of our favorite food places (3 Brothers Pizza and Kohrs!)

Overall, we really liked our stay. We were even closer to the boardwalk than I realized, which was great! The rollercoasters were right across from us but they were off before we went to bed and our bedroom was in the back so we really didn’t hear it back there anyway. Definitely not a future deterrent. It could’ve been a little cleaner. There were ants out in the living room. When I went to call the front desk about it, the phone didn’t work. I called from my cell and they brought ant baits up but the problem persisted into the next day. There was also a lot of hair around the tub in the bathroom. Idk if there was supposed to be but there was no coffee for the morning despite there being a pot and filters. Despite the cleanliness hiccups, though, as a mom, the location was great and the room was nice otherwise and would stay again.

Do not stay here! It is very loud from the roller coaster and people screaming. We were met with a feminine wrapper on the balcony at our door. It is falsely promoted, there is no pool at this location. The view was of 10 dumpsters and smelled awful. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, a clogged sink with rotten food, dirty bathtub and was infested with ants! Major safety concerns- The panel box in the bedroom was open and within reach of toddlers and the smoke detector was missing! We complained but they did not have anywhere to move our room and due to the holiday finding a new hotel was virtually impossible. Do yourself a favor and choose another place.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Wild Dunes Inn. The room was a bit more outdated than I thought, but still clean. Shower pressure and temp was perfect and the staff was friendly as well as efficient in getting extra supplies when needed. The kitchen had some things for cooking but not any silverware or paper towels, and we ran out of tissues very quickly. Other than that, it was a super close walk to the boardwalk and some of our favorite food places (3 Brothers Pizza and Kohrs!)

While the Master bedroom is updated and modern, the living room and bathroom are very dated but clean and had everything we needed. The floor could've been a little better cleaned as it was a bit sandy, and our feet got a little dirty because we left our shoes at the door. The front desk staff were friendly and professional under the guidance of manager Domingo. We were granted a late checkout and they were able to find a different parking spot for for us at one of their other locations around the corner so we could enjoy the boardwalk for a few more hours after checkout. As this property is directly across from the roller coaster at Playland, be prepared to hear the ride and screams from it inthe living room from 4- 11 PM. After that the street was very quiet.

That’s really what we needed most at the time. Excellent location, very convenient. Don’t worry about being near the amusement park. It shut down at 11 and the police clear the boardwalk. It was nice having the bedroom separate from the living room where the pullout coach was. Very satisfied with our stay.

This is our second stay. It is excellent for seniors. Traveling with preteens, I could return to the room safely and they continued to enjoy the beach or. Boardwalk. Couple steps and you are on the beach/boardwalk.

Great stay. Less than a block from the boardwalk and beach. My grandkids loved this trip. Would definitely recommend it and will be back for another trip. Will be booking for more than one night next time

Overall, we really liked our stay. We were even closer to the boardwalk than I realized, which was great! The rollercoasters were right across from us but they were off before we went to bed and our bedroom was in the back so we really didn’t hear it back there anyway. Definitely not a future deterrent. It could’ve been a little cleaner. There were ants out in the living room. When I went to call the front desk about it, the phone didn’t work. I called from my cell and they brought ant baits up but the problem persisted into the next day. There was also a lot of hair around the tub in the bathroom. Idk if there was supposed to be but there was no coffee for the morning despite there being a pot and filters. Despite the cleanliness hiccups, though, as a mom, the location was great and the room was nice otherwise and would stay again.

There people screaming throwing rocks at the door around 3am. There was no security or cameras. We have to call the police to come and stop the yelling screaming throwing rocks at our door. And there no front desk working at night. The phone number they gave us to call in case of emergency no one pick up. The worst place to stay.

Staff was very friendly. We have been coming to Wild Dunes the last 7 year's for long weekends. It was supposedly upgraded and here is what we found. They removed the carpeting in the suites and replaced with cheap imitation hardwood flooring. Turned the shower on and turned faucet to hot and got cold water, turned faucet to cold and got hot water. Only new noticeable upgrade was they now have a digital keypad to enter the rooms, BUT the keypads are not backlit so you cannot see tge numbers at night to enter the code. The main automatic entry sliding door sounds like it wants to fall of the tracking as it jerks open. The worst part was we were sitting watching TV and a mouse came out from under the dishwasher saw us and went back uner the dishwasher. Overall it is not updated. Same appliances, TVs, DVD Player, 2 burner stove, bathroom is very dated with the toilet seat literally about 14" off the floor. Not impressed at all and am definitely considering finding a new regular place to stay for our long weekends. Wild Dunes was better before it was so called upgraded........
