Would not recommend staying here - the rooms felt dirty, the workout room had a huge puddle in it and lots of dead bugs. The breakfast area was not clean, and was visibly dirty.

GOOD: Hotel is nice and the rooms are great. BAD: The pictures dont show it but its right on railroad tracks. Loud trains came though standing on the horn every night at 1:20AM and 3:00AM. The gym equipment is lacking and the treadmill doesn't work.

Old building, but newly renovated. Kind staff and breakfast included was a nice touch.

A junk car and trailer full of junk in parking lot. Room was warm with air conditioning as low as it would go. Air conditioner very noisy. Hall way also very warm.

We had to wait for the front desk clerk to end a personal call to check us in. She then gave us keys to an already occupied room. We opened the door to somebody in there. Seriously. Talk about embarrassing. For a so-called non-smoking facility, the second floor reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. Then there's the staircase that's not only creepy but a safety hazard. There's a door that leads to a back parking lot that's supposed to be locked, with the only way to get in and out with the room key. It opened without an issue - no room key required. Anybody could've come in and out of the facility. The included breakfast might would have been okay had some of the pans (that should've been on the warmer) not been sitting off to the side, leaving the food cold. The staff were rude and unprofessional, the room was nasty and not clean at all, and there's no way on this planet I'd ever stay here again. Not recommended AT ALL.

For the price we paid, I didn't expect such limited and tight parking. We had to wait on absent front staff to be able to check in, the toilet seat in the bathroom was loose, there was no tub and only one bedside lamp.

The auto opener on the front door didn’t work. The clerk had come and open it. Service from desk staff was adequate, but not warm and welcoming. The room was large and capacious, excellent bed. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was well-stocked. The building and grounds could use some maintenance and repair. For the price in today’s economics, it was satisfactory, but nothing to write home about.

Sheets did not stay on the bed, the minute you tried to roll over they popped off. Door did not dead bolt because the hinge was broken. Staff was very friendly, nice fitness center and breakfast spread.

Hair in the bathroom is somewhat normal these days but crumbs under the covers on the bed means they just remake the beds without washing anything. Yuck. We stayed one night in this dump and walked out the next morning and stayed the next 4 nights at the Myplace. Yes I lost money doing that but at least I was able to sleep. The first room smelled like sewer gas. The 2nd room heater didn't work at all. The 3rd and last room heater worked but sounded like the motor bearings were going out and squealed all night. I could go on but that's enough.

The Hotel room we stayed in was terrible. We tried to roll up the blinds and they fell off the wall. Then my wife was about to shower, when I realized the bed had been slept in and never had the sheets replaced. Next my wife was about to shower, when we noticed the shower had been used and never cleaned, since we noticed a lot of hair in the bottom of the shower. I'm guessing these rooms never get cleaned. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Got to the room and turned around and left, ate the $100 Staff sent us to 3 different rooms that were not clean

The rooms were nothing like the photos provided. One of the 2 rooms was so dirty we asked to be moved. Both rooms could have used a thorough cleaning, especially the shower doors and floors

Our door was broken and glued back together. The bottom of shower was nasty stained. There were stains on the bedding.

Place was not at all like the pictures. Needs a deep cleaning. Breakfast was kind of gross

This hotel is absolutely the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. I would be surprised if they are not in violation of their franchise agreement with Radisson. Its obvious the staff has no sense of pride in what they do. From the minute you enter the elevator (which hasn't been cleaned in months), or take the stairs up to your room ( which are covered in dirt and grime) you should be wary about what you are about to walk into when you enter your room. The floors in our room had not been swept and moped, The shower had the old used soap from the previous guest still on the tray in the shower, the bed wasn't attached completely to headboard and when ever your rolled over it would make a loud noise I am sure could be heard in the room next door. The AC units are old and not maintained, they are so loud it was as if we had a train driving past our room the entire time they were turned on. Be wary when making a reservation here, they continue to get similar feedback on the cleanliness and maintenance issues (unfortunately I didn't read ahead of time), and will respond online but do not take action to improve the experience I have only one good thing to say about your hotel, the manager Karissa (who I understand is new) made no excuses agreed with my assessment and refunded me for the stay.

It was disgusting — there was hair stuck to two walls of my shower. The floor hadn’t been mopped in Lord knows how long. It’s too bad because you could tell the owners spent a lot of money on the property. It’s just being completely mis-managed.

Not the cleanest place and the room was definitely showing its age, but the room was definitely sound proofed as advertised. Did not know I was next to a railroad track until I opened the shades in the morning.

Hotel recently did a renovation. Some of it was appeared to be done sloppy. The air-conditioning is way out dated and was very old. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. Has one light that liked to flicker when you first turned it on. Beds were very comfortable! Had plenty of pillows. The mattress had the required full zip cover and all sheets were clean. The towels had a few stains. The continental breakfast was good. The basics were available. The coffee left something to be desired but overall this was a clean comfortable stay.

Wasn't aware it was right next to train tracks got woke up by trains. Newer remodel but bad carpenter cosmetic issues baseboards falling off no door stoppers so holes in walls from doors.

You could tell they did some cosmetic upgrades, but areas seemed unfinished. Missing smoke detector in the room, missing drains, missing caulking around trim, dirty vent filters, some outlets didn’t work and extremely drafty windows. There was a beat up truck and trailer full of tires and tumbleweeds parked right outside our window along the back.Hotel is right next to the railroad tracks. Despite it all, the staff was accommodating and the hotel was kept clean. Location was convenient to where our family lives.

Remodeled old hotel - some good parts. Odd bathroom door and very loud fan! Window shade did not go all the way down - so bright light from parking lot shining in on us! Electrical outlets lose by sink….. still needs some work but beds, linens, towels pretty good. Tiny TV.

Comfortable bed and clean, spacious room

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and curtious. Check-in was quick and answered all the questions I had about the area.

I had left my computer bag in the room. And the staff flagged me in letting me know.Very honest people.

Up to date, clean, friendly and helpful staff

We came in late and the staff was still very friendly. We had an early checkout as well and the staff was once again very helpful and friendly.

Stayed at this facility last year. Since that time, they have made some progress with their renovation efforts but they are not complete. The beds were comfortable and clean and the shower had good pressure and the water was hot. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

The person checking me in, Neel, and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I felt like Neel watched out for me

I couldn’t check in because the hotel was overbooked . Completely unhelpful staff and an hour on the phone to Expedia to get a refund . Terrible service

Convenient and safe

Location convenient to local businesses and venues.

This property provided a comfortable bed for one night stay. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. The immediate area around the hotel was all concrete with no landscaping which I think could have been done better.

Great location to downtown, not very busy. Property could use some updating inside.

Everything that you need were walkable distance (food, shopping, parks, shopping, capitol, etc..). Do note, some facility close a bit early. Room were clean, but had a strange musty smell.

The room itself was nice, but the area around the outside of the building was not well maintained.

Property looked ok from the outside but the rooms were a bit tired and our sink wasn't very clean. We had a broken down car and a dumpster full of rubbish outside our window as well as a train track. At breakfast, there were no tea bags and mouldy bagels. The wifi kept dropping in and out. Management couldn't care less about any of theses issues.

Heating unit making to much noise. Had to turn off. TV to small and didn’t work all of the time. Free breakfast was a joke. They only had scrambled eggs. Waffle maker didn’t work only cooked waffle part way and was not able to be eaten. Bagel was hard. Apple juice was mostly water.

The stay was conveniently located near local businesses; breakfast that was included with the stay was limited; no eggs, no sausage, no milk, no toast, coffee was enough for half of a cup, train went by 3 times, had my dog with me and there was no pet area for him…we walked the property which was filled with trash and my dog ended up getting stabbed with a sharp object on his foot

Very clean lobby, fresh cookies when you check in. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was just what we needed.

I was disappointed in the little to no hot breakfast area was laid out well, but no one was managing the area to keep the guests comfortable. They were completely out of forks and all of the hot breakfast items were empty with no one to be found to request more or to give some feedback to.

The breakfast was not good. Theo things of coffee had tons of grounds in it. The drink machine had mold on it. Discussing !!

Rooms were not clean. Breakfast was sparse. Looked like someone bought pastries cut them up and rewrapped them in cellophane. Just not a pleasant stay.
