This was such a beautiful cozy upscale hidden gem in the middle of soho! The luxurious vibe and spa-like bougie ambiance made our work trip so relaxing ! The rooms when extremely clean, bright and the view was amazing! Our room was ready early and the parking garage was a close walk and very reasonable since we had the ticket validated by the hotel. Canal street as well as high end shopping were all a short walk from the hotel. Huge bummer that the restaurant had an event and we couldn’t get food or sit at the bar. Very kind and professional staff and the free coffee and lemonade topped off the trip. We will be back !!!

This hotel is missing some of the niceties. There are no umbrellas available if it rains. No refrigerator in the room. The lobby checkin is on the second floor. There is no room service.

Property was in a great location. Only complaint is that the gym on property is sub par it’s borderline inoperable and the website misleads you thinking there is a rooftop patio or a terrace to hang out at when it is actually not open to the general public.

Facilities are showing their age. AC and TV were both broken and the room had a very musty smell. Maintenance fixed the AC but not the TV. Elevators were extremely slow. The staff were usually engrossed in their own conversations, not engaged with the guests. The only exception was the front desk agent who checked us out.

Had another wonderful stay at NoMo Soho. Signed up for a free yoga session at the Penthouse, and it was an amazing time with the view and the teacher. This is a lovely spot with wonderful view, staff and the magic energy of soho!

The property and common areas are very clean and beautiful. Outside noise is very minimal, I could hear an emergency vehicle only the odd time. Staff were kind and friendly. Lots of little shops nearby: coffee, pharmacy, clothing, etc. Our room was nice and had decent space. It had a lot of natural light, which was great, but it was hard to keep the room dark in the morning. The headboards on the bed are peeling, and flakes would end up in the bed. The room was missing a fridge, and the washroom didn't have a fan. We could hear every noise and conversation in the hallways, which definitely was disappointing. There was a supply cabinet near our room too and the door must have been opened and closed around 75 times at about 8 a.m. one of the mornings we were there. Water is not included, they do provide cups that you can fill up at a water station in the fitness center.

Toilet seat was very dirty. So many gross stains on the desk chair. Dirt on carpet that easily should have been vacuumed up. Floor was very dirty. Staff dismissive and short with customer. Weird smell. Not worth the price.

Nice entry way from the street, and then it's all downhill. Pretends to be luxury hotel however it's far from it. Rooms are dirty and tired. Blinds had holes in them, dirty carpet, headboard was torn up, sofa bed had cigarette burns in the cushions. Noise level was simply awful, we could hear full on conversations in next store room. Free coffee station on second floor was chaotic and messy. Terrible stay, especially given the $500 night rate. Would not recommend.

I’ve been staying at NoMo for nearly 10 years, and I’ve always loved it. The location is perfect. In the past year, though, it has just not been well maintained. The restaurant chairs are nearly threadbare. The room carpet is stained and pulling away from the walls. The mattresses are lumpy. The bathrooms just look so old with stained tiles, rusted pipes, cracked floors and walls. For $500 per night, there are much nicer hotels in SoHo.

Needs to remove the nasty wet carpet in the rooms and improve the aesthetics of the bathroom. No vanity mirror, no counter space, dirty shower stall with dingy shower curtain on a Home Depot shower pole that was crooked which caused the water from the shower to drain into the room and absorb itself into the carpet. Place is pretty disgusting for what the asking rates are.

We were disappointed in the condition of the room. It appears to have either mold or mildew in the bathroom near the shower floor. Not good. No glasses in the room. No water bottle offered. Bellman on Saturday was not friendly but the Sunday bellman was wonderful. A breath of fresh air and hospitality.

For the price to stay here .. it is not worth the money. The entrance, lobby and restaurant are beautiful. The rest of the hotel is terrible. The rooms are small- couldn’t even swing a cat in it. Washrooms are falling apart. Showers are terrible- we actually had a water flood. Bedding is cheap and they only provide two flat pillows. The front desk staff is awful- rude and stuck up. Spend your money else where in Soho.

Nice hotel in good central location near SOHO shops, LIttle Italy and near subway stop. Starbucks across the street. Rooms small, but that's normal for NY. Entrance and restaurant are beautiful, staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is aging and not maintained. The heat in our room was not working, we paid $580 for one night and was not worth it. The maintenance guy came to our room attempting to fix the heat issue and said he would be back….never came back. The fan would not turn off and kept blowing cold air. Very uncomfortable.

There was a water issue so we were downgraded to a lower room for the first night. Signs in the room promoted reusable water bottles but I had to call to ask for them. There was no fridge in the room but when I called to ask for an ice bucket to keep my child’s milk cool they delivered a mini fridge and it went in a cabinet under the sink that had clearly been designed to hold fridges, so it was weird that I had to ask for one? The fake leather on the headboard in both rooms was peeling & had seen better days. I reached out multiple times ahead of our arrival to ask for a crib and never received a response. On the bright side- the views are great in corner rooms (premium king) and the gym is good!

We loved the location, view and staff! We do feel the room itself is a bit dated and can use a good refresh. The upholstery on the headboard was flaking badly flaking off and the tv didn’t allow you to watch Netflix or other streaming services.

The room could have used a mini fridge. The glass bathroom doors meant waking up fellow guests in the middle of the night when you turned on the light. We reserved a car through the hotel to take us to the airport and after waiting 30 minutes, we had to order an uber. The staff were very nice.

The wifi in our rooms 801 and 802 did not work. When we asked the front desk, they told us they would send someone up to fix the problem or change our rooms. Someone did come but could not fix the problem. Our rooms were never changes and the phones in our rooms to call the reception also did not work. This was a work trip and it was very hard to get work done without reliable wifi.

At prime check-in time of 4pm, there was only one person at check-in and a long line. Next day, at prime check-out time of 11am, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 5min to check out.

Spent the weekend for celebrating my wife’s birthday. Right from check-in, the service was excellent. I had booked a Crosby suite (didn’t know it was one at the time of booking) and got a room on 5th floor. Mel and Semaya asked me to check with the host next morning and I was able to upgrade to a queen suite on 20th floor. The view was amazing and it made our family getaway special! The location of the hotel is great with easy access to subway and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Service was excellent and the room service staff even left sweet treats & a card wishing my wife on her birthday- that was very sweet!

Great customer service. We had such a great stay. We traveled with our two young daughters and they had a blast. It’s close to great shopping and restaurants. I still can’t get over the wonderful customer service. All staff was super friendly and attentive.

At checkout there was a $500 charge for smoking in the room. This would be understandable if, say, I had smoked/vaped in the room, but I hadn\'t. I don\'t even smoke or vape in general! Upon discovering this, I informed the front desk staff of the error and hoped to see it resolved. To my disappointment, the manager on duty was less than helpful (promised to "conduct an investigation" but I\'ve seen no evidence to that effect, said she\'d email me a copy of the smoke sensor report and never did, etc.). For the significant price (I paid over $500 USD per night), one would hope for better customer service than this. At a minimum, one would hope not to be charged unnecessary fees.

Terrible terrible hotel. Stay away from this place at all costs. They charged our card $500 for “smoking in the room” when we do not smoke and we were not even in the hotel at the time the smoke was detected, which we also had proof of due to us all having GPS trackers on our phones when travelling for safety reasons. They refuse to refund us (we are from Canada, $500 is almost $1000 for us) and we cannot afford this charge. Do not stay here unless you want to be exploited. This establishment ruined my trip to NYC and they will ruin it for you too.

It’s no longer a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It was always my go to.We were 3 people in the room, they gave us towels for 2. I had to call down twice, both days. No sheets for pullout. Again, had to call. No water in the room, no coffee maker and the service in the “library” was awful. Last time for me.

I recently stayed here for my birthday and it was a lovely stay. However, when I returned home I found that they charged me a smoking fee. Neither my daughter nor I smoke. The hotel told me that there was a continuous smoking alert in the room from 5:45 to 7:00 PM. Right there i knew something was wrong as we had left the room before 630 to go to the Nets game. The hotel has refused to remove this charge while agreeing we were not in the room the whole time the alert was going on. Avoid unless you enjoy paying a penalty for something you did not do.

This is our 2nd time here. Great location. Convenient to so many areas to walk. The staff are great an accommodative. Great view. The only smal negative is it can be noisy. You are in Soho and there is aloy of traffic outside but that’s a small inconvenience. Highly suggest staying here.
