The hotel room was covered in cockroaches when we asked to switch rooms the night audit informed us that he could not do that because all the rooms were the same meaning he knew that there was cockroaches in those rooms. He told us he would give us a refund we left the hotel. We still got charged and now they were refusing to give us a refund. Do not stay at the cockroach infested hell.

My reservation were canceled by motel 6 upon my arrival. They said I had to call hotels.com to get my refund. Now hotels.com is telling me I can’t get refunded because I owe motel 6 close to $200. That was Monday. Today wed they said I owe motel 6 $900. Motel 6 and myself have no clue as to where this money owed is from. They gave me a cancellation letter to provide hotels.com to help me get refunded, but I can’t get a single person from hotels.com to help resolve this problem. Deleting this app and will never book through u again.
