Common use facilities such as the restaurants, spa, meeting rooms are in perfect conditions. The problem is having to pay more than $550 USD per night to stay at the Westin Santa Fe. They no longer have bell boys, each guest is responsible for their own suitcases and figuring out how to get to the room. I booked the option with 'view of the hill' and they gave me one with a grotesque view of Banobras. In the closet they leave you only put one hanger, and they no longer have a clothes iron. They also no longer provide bathrobes or slippers. Internet is included, but it is useless, the Guests network connects at 1 or 2 Kbps, so I had to use my own mobile data to be able to work. I urge to consider options like the Holiday Inn or other hotels which offer better features in the rooms. When I went to share my comments at the front desk, they told me that they are still recovering from the pandemic, which, 4 years later, is just an excuse.

Cuando entré a la habitación no funcionan los contactos del buró para mí CPAP (ya sabían ellos que no funcionaban) y me lo conectaron en otros que estaban más abajo. El frigobar no funcionaba. Traté de conectar mi celular y tampoco funcionó el otro de abajo. No me prepararon la habitación por las noches y tampoco me hicieron la habitación por la mañana de la primer noche… Los colchones demasiado suaves (respeto que en gustos se rompen géneros), pero para mi gusto son demasiado suaves.

No es como se ve en las fotos. Un poco antiguo (la decoración, los muebles, las instalaciones). Deberían remodelarlo. Fui a ver el Marriott, que está cerca de ahí y me di cuenta de que era bastante mejor. El ambiente es más cálido y acogedor, tanto en el cuarto como en todo el hotel, todo está más nuevo Tomé desayuno en ambos hoteles y el del Marriott estaba mejor. Si tuviera que escoger entre el Marriott y el Westin de Santa Fe, definitivamente escogería el Marriott. El precio entre ambos es similar.

No es como se ve en las fotos. Un poco antiguo (la decoración, los muebles, las instalaciones). Deberían remodelarlo. Fui a ver el Marriott, que está cerca de ahí y me di cuenta de que era bastante mejor. The Westin was uncrowded and in a nice area where you could walk to a row of restaurants and a small shopping mall. The staff was very attentive. I didn’t have a hairdryer in my room and they provided one when I asked. The cleaning staff skipped water and providing conditioner, but corrected that when I asked. The room service was outstanding. I dined at the market in the hotel, and it was very good. I would stay again.

The Westin was uncrowded and in a nice area where you could walk to a row of restaurants and a small shopping mall. The staff was very attentive. I didn’t have a hairdryer in my room and they provided one when I asked. The cleaning staff skipped water and providing conditioner, but corrected that when I asked. The room service was outstanding. I dined at the market in the hotel, and it was very good. I would stay again.

Restaurant Kitchen Market was MOT up to standard, extremely overpriced and quality of food was just average. Much better options walking distance from the hotel like Cantinetta del Becco, same pricing much MUCH better quality. Central Central was OK though
