Villas nuevas de buen tamaño y buen gusto. Muy buen servicio en general. Lo único que cambiaría es el bar. Demasiada luz y con poca variedad de cocteles. Increíble pero no había ni una copa de vino a ofrecer., nunca vi a gente en el bar.

El hotel está en un enclave natural privilegiado, rodeado de vegetación, acantilados y mar. Se ve que tuvo muchas afectaciones por Otis, pero decidieron remodelarlo por completo, hoy en día estén habilitadas la mitad de las villas . Las villas cuentan cn el ver a privada, una gran terraza con vistas al mar que incluye una sala, una hamaca, y un par de camastros. Las villas están orientadas para que la vista del océano envuelva la habitación, y se disfrute desde la cama . Ideal para parejas. El servicio muy amable y la comida muy muy rica. Es un hotel de alta gama que te permite olvidar que estás en Acapulco !!

Amazing! Just reopening after the destruction of the hurricanes and have done a monumental job getting it ready to represent the Banyan Tree name properly. Everything is new from rooms and beds to gym equipment to tables and chairs along with structures. My villa overlooked the Pacific and was private and tranquil. This is a quiet facility at the tip of the point. If you're looking to party, it is probably not the place but if you're looking to relax and reset in tranquility, then this is the one! The food at La Nao had Saffron option in the evening as Saffron is opening in the next week or two - Saffron is one of my all-time favorite menus and this didn't disappoint. I will return to this resort soon. Can't give it enough praise.

This resort was amazing from booking to check-out. They were super responsive and reach out almost immediately to prepare for our customized experience then stayed in touch prior to and during the stay to ensure expectations were exceeded. Ingo even surprised us with a special bottle of wine and beautiful bed of roses in a heart, which had a special meaning for our trip based on something I shared, that was truly super special and shows how much they listened and care! Luis was a wonderful bellman and there to buggy us around as needed. The in Villa barbecue was outstanding with the Chef making my husband’s favorite dish, David serving and Fidel ensuring we had a creative scrumptious dessert that was even sugar free. Chef Huan is from Thailand and cooks up amazing Thai dishes while Guillermo the Manager and Yuir at Saffron provided outstanding service to ensure a romantic evening. The spa was truly a treat with the Thai ritual and highly recommend. The villas are extremely private and spacious with every consideration for amenities with beautiful views. We loved our heated private pool. The resort and staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend this resort as the top place to stay in Acupulco. Totally understand why they were awarded a Michelin Key. We can’t wait to come back!

The Cleanliness's, Staff, Amenities, Restaurants and my Bay View Villa of the hotel was so amazing we didn't want to leave. I took a chance and went for my 25th wedding anniversary and everything exceeded the photos. I highly recommend.

골드맴버 업글 ㅎㅖ택으로 오션 뷰 에서 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔은 한적한 곳에 떨어져 있어서 조용한 만큼 상대적으로 시내 나들이를 한다거나 할 때는 택시를 이용해야 하는데, 가격이 좀 비싼 편이었어요. 종업원들의 서비스는 전체적으로 모두 좋았으며 특히 로비 에서 여러가지 친절한 응대를 해 주셨던 , karla , 숙박기간내내 객실 청소를 도와 주셨던 Martha 에게 감사전합니다. 모기나 벌래가 많이 물어서 그점은 불편했지만, 호텔에서 모기향 매트와 스프레이, 모기 퇴치제 등을 구비 해 주셔셔 도움이 되었고, 서비스 맨이 달려와. 훈증으로 모기 퇴치를 위해 노력해 주셨던 점이 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은…. 실내 객실에서 사용하던 슬리퍼가, 새 슬러인지… 다른 투숙객이 사용하던 슬리퍼인지… 애매해서 사용이 꺼려졌던 점은 아쉽습니다. 그러나 다음에도 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Por el precio que pagas esperas un servicio impecable…Por la configuración del hotel esperas quedarte ahí y olvidarte… La comida al cuarto es cara y realmente los platillos no son algo excepcional… Las habitaciones bonitas pero la tela de los muebles de la palapa privada estaba hecha un asco… A mi llegada al hotel algo tarde, venía hambriento, pedí el menú porque no me lo dejaron en la habitación y en esa noche nadie me resolvió y tuve que comer lo que había en el mini bar… La verdad por lo caro que es… No esperas estos errores… Esperana más por “el mejor hotel de Acapulco”

amazing! beyond happiness! the staff is incredible, we felt taken care of always, everyone made us feel at home and pamperd. landscape is spectacular. the spa is super good. hotel reopened after tasteful, elegant yet laidback remodeling. villas are super comfortable, with amazing bathroom, private pool and terrace area. we loved every minute of our stay. thank you so much banyan!

It is a one of a kind experience; the views, nature, privacy. Service can be quite slow and the bathtub had a leak so it didn’t work. The in dinning menu is rather ordinary in relation to the overall type of resort. The illumination at the terrace should have the possibility of being dimmed and the only lamp that is there doesn’t work because it doesn’t have a light bulb. The spa services have high prices and there is no possibility to experience a more affordable option. It was a wonderful and unforgettable trip. Thank you

From the moment we arrived at the lobby, the view was spectacular, and the welcome was very warm. Although we generally enjoyed our stay, several details arose that we would not expect from a hotel of this category. While the hotel offers stunning views and excellent service, several inconveniences affected the experience, including unfulfilled technical support requests, delayed service for basic amenities, issues with restaurant reservations, and disruptive music choices. Additionally, concerns about safety due to speeding golf carts, ineffective air conditioning, and a failure to arrange a scheduled airport transfer further contributed to dissatisfaction. Though the hotel manager intervened to resolve some issues, these lapses were unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Our disappointment stemmed from receiving a villa that did not match the Ocean Front category we had booked and paid for, despite reassurances from reception. The difference between an Ocean Front and an Ocean View villa was clear, and our assigned room only had a partial ocean view. While the hotel manager, Mr. Octavio, made kind efforts to address our dissatisfaction, we would have preferred to receive the correct room from the start. Les sugeriría mejor atención en restaurante, algo de demoras. Los kleenex de la recámara las subiría de categoría huelen algo mal como de marca barata, hay mucho mejores para la calidad de restaurante. La atención en alberca con Luis espectacular!!! En general una gran experiencia 👍

It is a one of a kind experience; the views, nature, privacy. Service can be quite slow and the bathtub had a leak so it didn’t work. The in dinning menu is rather ordinary in relation to the overall type of resort. The illumination at the terrace should have the possibility of being dimmed and the only lamp that is there doesn’t work because it doesn’t have a light bulb. The spa services have high prices and there is no possibility to experience a more affordable option. It was a wonderful and unforgettable trip. Thank you

No esta mal, pero siento que por el tipo de marca y proyecto el servicio debe mejorar; a mi llegada tenian un caos en la entrada y solo una persona disponible para el check in, el servicio en general bien, problema es que para mover en la propiedad es casi necesario un carrito, aunque lo programaba para que este conmigo con 1 hr de anticipacion, llegaba 10 min tarde. Siempre cuidamos no dejar la puerta de la habitacion para evitar entren moscos, consideramos que el personal no tiene ese ciudado y por ello ingresaron varios moscos al cuarto; si saben esa situacion deberian poner una red alrededor de la cama o que su personal sea mas cuidadoso

Les falta mucho para estar preparados, se les llena tantito el hotel y en la alberca hasta 40 minutos para que te traigan una bebida, media hora para que llegue el carrito por ti a la habitación, 1 hora para que pidan un taxi, increíble, 50 minutos para una tostada de atún Y de a casi 1000 dolaritos la noche, imposible

El lugar increíble. La gente del servicio MUY AMABLE, peroooo el hecho de que todo quede tan lejos, vuelve todo más complicado. Tuvimos muchos problemas con Room Service porque llegaban las cosas incompletas, o tardaban mucho.

This resort was amazing from booking to check-out. They were super responsive and reach out almost immediately to prepare for our customized experience then stayed in touch prior to and during the stay to ensure expectations were exceeded. Ingo even surprised us with a special bottle of wine and beautiful bed of roses in a heart, which had a special meaning for our trip based on something I shared, that was truly super special and shows how much they listened and care! Luis was a wonderful bellman and there to buggy us around as needed. The in Villa barbecue was outstanding with the Chef making my husband’s favorite dish, David serving and Fidel ensuring we had a creative scrumptious dessert that was even sugar free. Chef Huan is from Thailand and cooks up amazing Thai dishes while Guillermo the Manager and Yuir at Saffron provided outstanding service to ensure a romantic evening. The spa was truly a treat with the Thai ritual and highly recommend. The villas are extremely private and spacious with every consideration for amenities with beautiful views. We loved our heated private pool. The resort and staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend this resort as the top place to stay in Acupulco. Totally understand why they were awarded a Michelin Key. We can’t wait to come back!

El hotel está en un enclave natural privilegiado, rodeado de vegetación, acantilados y mar. Se ve que tuvo muchas afectaciones por Otis, pero decidieron remodelarlo por completo, hoy en día estén habilitadas la mitad de las villas . Las villas cuentan cn el ver a privada, una gran terraza con vistas al mar que incluye una sala, una hamaca, y un par de camastros. Las villas están orientadas para que la vista del océano envuelva la habitación, y se disfrute desde la cama . Ideal para parejas. El servicio muy amable y la comida muy muy rica. Es un hotel de alta gama que te permite olvidar que estás en Acapulco !!

Amazing! Just reopening after the destruction of the hurricanes and have done a monumental job getting it ready to represent the Banyan Tree name properly. Everything is new from rooms and beds to gym equipment to tables and chairs along with structures. My villa overlooked the Pacific and was private and tranquil. This is a quiet facility at the tip of the point. If you're looking to party, it is probably not the place but if you're looking to relax and reset in tranquility, then this is the one! The food at La Nao had Saffron option in the evening as Saffron is opening in the next week or two - Saffron is one of my all-time favorite menus and this didn't disappoint. I will return to this resort soon. Can't give it enough praise.

골드맴버 업글 ㅎㅖ택으로 오션 뷰 에서 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔은 한적한 곳에 떨어져 있어서 조용한 만큼 상대적으로 시내 나들이를 한다거나 할 때는 택시를 이용해야 하는데, 가격이 좀 비싼 편이었어요. 종업원들의 서비스는 전체적으로 모두 좋았으며 특히 로비 에서 여러가지 친절한 응대를 해 주셨던 , karla , 숙박기간내내 객실 청소를 도와 주셨던 Martha 에게 감사전합니다. 모기나 벌래가 많이 물어서 그점은 불편했지만, 호텔에서 모기향 매트와 스프레이, 모기 퇴치제 등을 구비 해 주셔셔 도움이 되었고, 서비스 맨이 달려와. 훈증으로 모기 퇴치를 위해 노력해 주셨던 점이 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은…. 실내 객실에서 사용하던 슬리퍼가, 새 슬러인지… 다른 투숙객이 사용하던 슬리퍼인지… 애매해서 사용이 꺼려졌던 점은 아쉽습니다. 그러나 다음에도 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Las villas son preciosas y la comida estupenda. La vista, inigualable. Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y los precios en los restaurantes son excesivos, pero la comida es tan buena que se te olvida. A nuestra llegada nos dieron un upgrade de tipo de habitación y nos dieron una con unas vistas que no olvidaremos jamás.
Las villas son preciosas y la comida estupenda. La vista, inigualable. Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y los precios en los restaurantes son excesivos, pero la comida es tan buena que se te olvida. A nuestra llegada nos dieron un upgrade de tipo de habitación y nos dieron una con unas vistas que no olvidaremos jamás.

Lo mas destacable fue nuestra cena en Saffron; mi esposa pidió un platillo que no estaba en el menú y se lo prepararon sin problema. El chef salió a saludarnos lo cual es un detalle que se aprecia. Mi único comentario para mejorar es en el room-service; la puntualidad y presentación no estaban a la altura de lo que esperas en un Banyan. Por lo demás la pasamos muy bien.
