Lovely hotel and staff very friendly very clean excellent breakfast close to bars restaurants and shops good value for money would recommend staying at the beach house hotel 👍

We were greeted on arrival by the lovely owner. Given a choice of rooms so we could be close together with our friends. Rooms were clean warm spacious and inviting. Slept well. Would definitely book again if we come back. We had a lovely day and night In Llandudno Breakfast was excellent fabulous choice and tasty food. 10/10 from us all.

Stayed in room for 3 and very spacious. Lovely, warm welcome from Sue, very informative. Room was spotless, hospitality tray was plentiful and plenty of choice. Lots of nice little touches in the room.
