Great find really clean . Room was at the back not massive space but was enough for our overnight stay. Breakfast was very good. Better than some high end hotels ver impressed. Great location. Parking a bit of an issue. There is spaces but you need a small car and slot of patience. I would find a car park in future and walk.

Great hosts, friendly & welcoming, I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, parking a little tricky but they do have some availability and also helped me find some free on street parking 3-5mins walk from beach house. Breakfast was really good

The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble.

Sue was really nice! She moved her car just to let us park right in front of hotel. The breakfast was really refreshing and the fruits are really sweet!

Booked two rooms for our short break away before A level results day at the Beach House and had a great base to travel around the area. Thanks to John for helping with the parking and calling me before we arrived ready for us. Great location near the promenade and shops, rooms very clean and extra little things like mints was welcoming and homely especially when the weather was not so good at times. Breakfast is fantastic and a good start to the day. Thanks again for a good stay and polite conversation, would recommend

We went for new year but the weather was bad so we stayed local. Nice lounge downstairs but we had Lovely comfortable room so we went to bed early. Sue was wonderful so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good with great choices and wonderfully cooked. There is free parking not too far away if you look for it. We certainty will return in better weather.

The location was great as it very close to the pier and tramway and about 15 mins walk to Llandudno station. Sue who runs the place is great and was accommodating to my needs. Everyone there were splendid. The rooms were made up every day and had complimentahot drinks and some chocolates. The breakfast was good too which was made to your order. The only thing that made this stay less enjoyable was the toilet cubicle was rather small and the seat was loose.

Had a lovely week here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room at the front which had a double and single bed and a lovely onsuite bathroom. We also had a lovely sea view from our window. The owner was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. Smashing cooked breakfast every morning and a nice and relaxed atmosphere all round. Would easily stay there again :-)

Friendly welcome, Sue has great knowledge of the area and suggested a couple of lovely places to eat. She noticed we had brought a bottle of wine for when our child went to bed and brought us up 2 wine glasses. This hotels location is perfect, very short walk to Tram station, Pier, and sight seeing bus stop all within 2-4 min walks. We will be visiting again as there is so much to see and do in the area.

The Beach House is well situated near all the attractions in Llandudno. We can board the tramway and the cable within minutes of walking. The beach and the magnificent pier are also very close to the hotel. At a very reasonable price we are able to enjoy the comfort and quiet rooms with amazing breakfast for the three days of our stay. We would surely come back for our next visit.

We had a great stay at the Beach House. Fantastic location right by the broad walk and pier with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Room was nice and tidy with nice amenities and the shower had great pressure. Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent B&B. Sue is amazing host. Quick checkin, excellent and mentioning the most fun places around. Great Breakfast made to order as per guest request. Nothing is too much effort. The rooms are clean and Tidy, with water, coffee and hot chocolate with marshmallows too. Overall a great place to stay.. and very close to the promenade.

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Sue was an amazing host and couldn’t have done anything more for us. We had a super time and hope to be back soon.

The room was very comfortable and the chocolates, tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. We got a very warm welcome on our arrival. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in a perfect location. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return again soon 😊

What a gem of a find! Im a little devastated that ive been visiting Llandudno for over 30 years and only just discovered Beach House!!! We will definitely be back, me and my little boy were made to feel very welcome x

We loved Llandudno! The house was very convenient to everything! Sue was very helpful and friendly, and made sure we had a parking spot. The Welsh breakfast was wonderful in the morning.
