Hotel right on the front near shops and walking instance of the pier.. Room comfortable enough but shower cubicle very small and water pressure was not the best. Coffee and tea making facilities were welcomed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast. Absolutely superb, hot, fresh and plentiful Be aware that although there is parking, it is very limited compared to the size of the hotel and is situated at the back down a little alleyway road. If you cannot park there you will need to pay for street parking which can also be a little tricky during holiday months. Overall we would recommend this hotel

Needed a place to stay in Llandudno and this came up MUCH cheaper than most for our stay, which I’m always suspicious of but it had good reviews, car park onsite, sea view and breakfast. I thought I’d take a chance. I was not disappointed. The car park is tight but it’s there(!), the sea view was a proper sea view (not having to peer around a corner for a glimpse but a full window! The breakfast was great. Very tasty and plenty it, all served buffet style. Not a huge room but the timing was staggered so it never felt full. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel location was within easy walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. There is free parking, but limited. The entrance to the hotel car park is on the smaller side, so if driving a bigger car, might find it hard to get in. The room and shower/toilet was clean. However, the size of the room and shower/toilet was on the smaller side, so, if one is plus sized, might feel less comfortable. There is a lift to get to the different floors, however, it is on the small side as well. There are split levels on the floor, so, if one finds it difficult to manage stairs/steps then some of the rooms may not be so easily accessible. The breakfast served each day was ample and buffet style. There was the usual items for a full English breakfast along with a small selection of cold meats, fruit and yoghurt and cereals. The free wifi was wonderful

We stayed for one night at this hotel We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist The hotel itself is dated & quite dark in areas The lift is very slow & I think it was originally two separate buildings. We had to come out of the lift, walk down some stairs through a fire door then up anset of stairs to get to our room The room was large & we had a seaview. Think there had been an attempt to modernise it as usb ports & modern lighting. The bed was comfortable There were black hairs in the bathroom & the curtain pelmet was covered in dust Breakfast was fine & one of the waiting staff was very friendly to the guests & helpful We didn't realise it was a fog friendly hotel. There was dogs everywhere & when we arrived there was a strong smell of bleach coming from one of the bedrooms as a dog had had an accident We also heard dogs barking & whimpering as I think some of them had been left in the bedrooms by the owners while they went for food. Was woken in the early hours by a dog barking It's convenient for the pier & seafront but wouldn't stay there again

Great location with limited parking. The entrance to the car park is VERY tight. Spotlessly clean, lovely room, which was cleaned daily. Lovely friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

Hotel was lovely. On arrival the lady on reception was wonderful, info was fantastic regards parking etc (parking is free). Room was clean and tidy with tea/coffee (this was topped up daily) as well as house keeping. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, choose from English, cold meats and cheese, cereals, juice, toast and coffee machine. All help yourself. The waiter was really nice and very helpful. Location is right on the sea front, 4 min walk to main shopping area/food restaurants. We walked to the Orme tram which took us about 15 mins. The hotel is dog friendly but not allowed in the breakfast restaurant which is understandable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Right on the sea front with lovely friendly staff. The twin room was a little small but clean and had everything we needed. Dog friendly although you have to eat in a separate room not the dining room as it's a breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

This is excellent value for money with a generous help yourself buffet breakfast and a perfectly serviceable room with all you need. The shared areas let the side down with some tatty finishes, a scruffy entrance from a crammed car park and poor stair carpets and paint work. Good location right on the front by the bandstand. Just needs a bit of a spruce up to get 5 stars. Help with bags up steps would be good too.

Booked for a couple of nights away and wasn't really expecting too much,but what a great place. Very clean ,in great condition ( looked like it had recently been redecorated), bath smal but more than adequate. Shower very good, bed comfortable, one thing that did let it down was that the bikkies weren't replaced! Still as we don't need the calories probably best. Small car park to the rear but had no problem finda space each time we returned and as for the breakfast, we've stopped in 4 star hotels that haven't offered as nice a breakfast, everything cooked to perfection. Will be there again someday, cheers Coliand Alison.

Breakfast buffet was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing that let the place down was the outdated decor and also cleaning staff kept leaving empty cleaning bottles and duvet covers laying in hallways cleaning cupboards left open and bags of linen prop against door and hover was just on floor . Easy trip hazard specially with all the older or less able guests . Could do with a tidy up out front . For a cheap budget hotels its deffo great but sadly we wont come back

The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked from the train station with our luggage in just over ten minutes. The parade is beautiful, had never stayed at an ocean front propert such as this and it's dramatically different in a wonderful way. The views, the ease of access to the beach, the pier, and related activities was excellent. Lots of shopping and dining very close by within easy walking distance. The breakfast was consitantly good every day, and the front desk staff were attentive and helpful. What we did not like was the small room and the very small and moldy bathroom. From the elevator we were required to descend eight steps and then climb eight more to get to our room. I think that the reason for the steps and the small rooms is these were at one time great houses or hotels on a grand scale. Somebody figured that they could be cannibalized to make two or even three times the number of rooms available. Again, I don't know that's the case for certain but it'd be the same pattern of many hotels is London. Though the Four Saints needs updating asap, we are very grateful to the nice people employed there.

Check in was fine. Room was smaller than anticipated. My partner felt it was claustrophobic. She asked for assistance - the lady on reception was helpful. We were moved to a larger room with a better sea view three days later. All took a lot of time though when we should be enjoying our holiday. I mean - we couldn't really unpack properly knowing we were going to be moved in three days. This booking for one of the best rooms was made more than six months in advance. We paid for a room with a sea view - well it was a sea view through a small window. Not really what we expected.

Stayed for 2 nights over the easter weekend, the rooms have been done to a good standard. Bedrooms are now more modern,, comfy beds and a lovely buffet breakfast, would recommend a stay, Also got there early and managed to grab a free parking space round the back

Loved it. Only negative in room 210 was the toilet is very odd. It feels like you’re 6 feet off the ground and also when exiting the shower the doors opens straight towards the toilet. Very small bathroom but apart from that we loved everything.

We have stayed here a few times now. Always friendly and helpful. A few little things need attention. One light not working in the bathroom and wash basin had a crack in it. Also. Bedroom curtains do not close properly. Very good breakfast as always.

The hotel was quite nice with a good location and externally attractive. The facilities were okay but the bathroom and toilet were very small - my friend I are quite large and we both struggled, especially in the shower. It was generally clean but parts of the hotel are a bit tired looking. The breakfast was good, with quite a lot of choice. Overall, it was a nice stay and would return.

The room was very clean and the water was a nice touch. It was a triple room so we were disappointed that there were only two waters and two lots of towels. It was a room warm with a fan in the cupboard. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The thing that really stopped us from sleeping was the light switches. All of the light switches are touch controlled and are constantly lit up blue. You can't charge anything up overnight because the plug socket lights up blue when switched on. The breakfast is nice buffet style with ample hot and cold choices. It does feel a bit unkept when you park and enter behind the hotel with the old cigarette butts

Check in was fine. Room was smaller than anticipated. My partner felt it was claustrophobic. She asked for assistance - the lady on reception was helpful. We were moved to a larger room with a better sea view three days later. All took a lot of time though when we should be enjoying our holiday. I mean - we couldn't really unpack properly knowing we were going to be moved in three days. This booking for one of the best rooms was made more than six months in advance. We paid for a room with a sea view - well it was a sea view through a small window. Not really what we expected.

A special shout out for a person at the reception. He kindly spent his time giving me suggestions for nearby places to visit and helped me to book a restaurant i had issues to contact. I highly appreciate that as i daw how busy he was!

This is excellent value for money with a generous help yourself buffet breakfast and a perfectly serviceable room with all you need. The shared areas let the side down with some tatty finishes, a scruffy entrance from a crammed car park and poor stair carpets and paint work. Good location right on the front by the bandstand. Just needs a bit of a spruce up to get 5 stars. Help with bags up steps would be good too.

Hotel right on the front near shops and walking instance of the pier.. Room comfortable enough but shower cubicle very small and water pressure was not the best. Coffee and tea making facilities were welcomed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast. Absolutely superb, hot, fresh and plentiful Be aware that although there is parking, it is very limited compared to the size of the hotel and is situated at the back down a little alleyway road. If you cannot park there you will need to pay for street parking which can also be a little tricky during holiday months. Overall we would recommend this hotel

I liked the fact you are central on the promenade, lots of shops nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely clean rooms. I found bed comfortable but son found bed a little small.

The hotel is in the perfect location to visit North Wales. The train station is only a short walk away. We enjoyed a great breakfast every day and great views from our window. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly and basic but value more money. Overall clean and good choice at breakfast, food is hot and regularly topped up. Room (twin) was small but adequate, we were comfortable apart from our neighbours repeatedly slamming their door at night! Not hotel’s fault but doors are loud. Good location but beware of parking in Llandudno. Took me an hour on arrival to find a space within reasonable walking distance. My advice is get into Llandudno before 10 or after 4 to get a reasonable space high season. Just something no one can control. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would return again.

we stayed for two nights with colleagues. It's a traditional seaside hotel. Reasonable prices for the rooms and the single rooms with seaview, though small, did what they needed. The split landings was confusing, even after two nights. Staff, especially those in the breakfast room were very very helpful and quickly produced she vegan sausages for me. Tips - Breakfast at 730am calm and relaxed, Breakfast at 8.00pm BUSY.

Needed a place to stay in Llandudno and this came up MUCH cheaper than most for our stay, which I’m always suspicious of but it had good reviews, car park onsite, sea view and breakfast. I thought I’d take a chance. I was not disappointed. The car park is tight but it’s there(!), the sea view was a proper sea view (not having to peer around a corner for a glimpse but a full window! The breakfast was great. Very tasty and plenty it, all served buffet style. Not a huge room but the timing was staggered so it never felt full. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Right on the sea front with lovely friendly staff. The twin room was a little small but clean and had everything we needed. Dog friendly although you have to eat in a separate room not the dining room as it's a breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great position on the seafront.Their carpark doesn't have a lot of spaces so we didn't use our car during our stay and kept our place.The parking on the main road after 10am was nearly impossible and costs £8 a day.We had a lovely sea view room that was lovely, modern and cleaned everyday.The breakfast was nice with hot food ,cold meats , yogurts tinned fruit and fresh fruit. It was the same food every day but plenty of it.It was good for a three star hotel .The staff constantly filled everything up.The staff were very nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely go there again
