Ansich ganz OK, Bad ist ziemlich kuschelig klein und eng. Was so überhaupt nicht geht sind die sehr dreckig bzw fleckigen Teppichböden in den Fluten und in den Zimmer. Frühstück ausreichend mit Wurst, Käse, Gemüse, Marmeladen.... Einchecken geht meiner Meinung nach auch erst viel zu Spät, zumindest sollte die Rezeption von morgens bis Abends besetzt sein um wenigstens das Gepäck abzugeben unter Aufsicht Parken zu können.

La struttura è un po’ vecchia, notate le moquettes sporche sia nei corridoi che nella camera, la camera è piccola ma funzionale, inoltre l’ hotel ha il pregio di essere a 100 ml dalla fermata metro U1, non ha parcheggio, la reception, aperta solamente dalle 9,30 alle 21,00 (altro problema) mi ha mandato ad un parcheggio a pagamento, 6 euro al giorno, da pagare via internet, park e ride, che è di fatto un piazzale sterrato, senza cancello ne guardiania. Ich weiß nicht wie dieses Hotel zu 3 Sternen kommt??? Das Late Check-Inn hat nicht geklappt, das Zimmer war schmutzig, Waschbecken und Dusche ebenso. Duscharmartur defekt, nur kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung. Haare im Bett, auf den frischen Handtüchern. Sogar beim Frühstück in Müslischüsseln Haare gesichtet!!! Einfach eine Katastrophe

The check in closes at 8:00pm so we were provided with details to access a key safe. Things changed so we arrived early before the reception closed. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, but there was no air con so think they will be very hot in summer. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very close to U1 so despite being further out, we were able to quickly get to the centre. When we left, we were told to just leave the card key in the room. We were a little worried if all would work, with no available staff, but it did.

Checking in after reception had closed went smoothly, as the instruction were clear. Room was clean appart from the full floor carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room was next to the road and noise cancellation wasn't great, so I heard the traffic clearly. Overall good quality for the price.

Kind and helpful staff. We tried to contact the hotel about our dietary needs. There was no reply but the breakfast host helped as soon as she could after our arrival. There's also clearly a problem with the door keys losing their magnetic stripe data. Keep the cards away from phones and sources of magnetic fields or you will get locked out!

Reception only opens from 12noon to 8pm, staff is friendly. Although carpet needs replacing, Rooms are clean and sufficient. Close to station and supermarket, but otherwise not much else in area. I would come back again for the value.

This property was very safe and close to the subway station to get to the main city as well as a number of restaurants. The front desk staff does leave at 8 so be sure you have gotten all settled in before then so you can avoid any issues.

U1の駅から5分、メインエリアから15分、一駅手前には大きなショッピングモールがあり立地がよかった。部屋もタオル、ドライヤーの設置があり便利だった。レセプションの人は私がしっかりと入り口の利用方法を理解するために目の前でカードキーを用いた説明を行ってくれたり荷物を預かって欲しいと頼むと鍵のかかる部屋で管理してくれてとても親切だった。

Pretty basìc hotel with no water or drinks making facilities in the room, but clean and comfortable and good value for money. Nice buffet breakfast included in room price. Friendly staff and only 5 mins walk to Kagran Platz Ubahn. A bit weird that reception o ly opens at noon but very good arrangements for arriving out of hours.

I was given two room cards for my single room but only took on with me going out for supper. I was told to use the garage entrance after 8 pm. Unfortunately the key card did not work and I had to wait in front of the hotel for 90 min before a nice security guard let me in. Since it got dark and the area is not pleasant I felt very uncomfortable waiting. On a positive note the breakfast service was very pleasant. But please advice your guest to take always the two room keys and have a faster service to help guest that are locked out of the property.

It was great staying at this hotel. We were on a family holiday and we all loved it. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location ( just about 5 minutes walk to the metro station). Also about 4 minutes to tram stop. Free breakfast which was also good. Nice and welcoming staff.

Personal sehr nett, Check-In ging sehr flott. Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas ansprechender präsentiert werden. Es gibt diverse Wurst- und Käsesorten, diverse Cornflakes und Müsli, Obst, Gemüse, Eier usw. Brotauswahl war eher mittelmäßig - Toastbrot, Semmeln, Kornstangerl, normales Brot. Ob es glutenfrei bzw. laktosfreie Speisen gibt, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich habe keine auf dem Buffet gesehen. Auch die Gegend ist nicht die Beste. U-Bahn ist aber wenige Minuten entfernt, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Fußläufig gibt es auch einen Billa und einen Spar, falls man etwas benötigt.
