The room was very run down. This wouldn't have been a major issue if it hadn't have been filthy. And it was filthy. I walked across the carpet with bare feet after a shower and the dirt, hair, crumbs and general filth that was stuck to my feet made me need another shower. There were huge cobwebs in every corner and it smelled of damp. I don't think I'm particularly fussy, but it was truly dreadful.

Always a great stay - nice rooms , clean and well maintained. Tha main reason we stay here many times is the staff - all are friendly and helpful especially Jo and her team .Nice restaurant with many various offerings and a well stocked bar . Will definitely return.

Cold water in room. Hotel staff said that it is a common problem when hotel is full. Lucky chance of hot showers. No tea spoon for tea and dirty cups. Old cigarette butts outside the door.

It’s been a while since the out buildings where constructed, and bit of attention would not go a miss, I would however recommend the establishment its value for money and a good location, The TV either needs retuning or renewed in the room I was in so maybe a check of the TV’s would be good. I found the staff friendly and welcoming
