Convenient location about 150m from the Municipal metro station. Note: Hotel is on 3rd floor and you will need to squeeze into an elevator with your luggage to get to the reception. Staff was friendly and helpful with luggage and welcome. Rooms were clean with nice amenities albeit with very small rectangular windows higher up from floor to let in light ..so not great views, and a couple of skylights in our case. Good shower/bathroom and amenties. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable for my personal preference. Overall happy with th hotel for our one night stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in summer 2025. The staff was very attentive and gave us a bottle of prosecco because of my partner's birthday. The jacuzzi on the deck was enjoyable as well as the daily breakfast with yummy fruit juice. Thank you for having us.

Das Ciliegina liegt perfekt um Die Altstadt und die Shoppingmeilen Neapels zu erkunden. Besonders freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer (unsere hatte ein charmante Dachschräge). Top das Frühstück und der Ruhebereich mit Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Eine Oase im Lauten, quirligen Neapel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Loved the rooftop jacuzzi with a view. also breakfast on the roof. Very nice hotel in perfect location. Down block from port and 1 block fro Toledo street a great pedestrian cobblestone road with lots of shops and resturaunts. Fancy new marble bathroom. Room small but very clean. Nicest staff.

The hotel was quiet out of the way from the Main Street but in a great location for walking to the shops. The room was big and smart with good AC. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Lovely rooftop bar for Breakfast with jacuzzi.

Perfect location close to everything but still silent quiet at night. Everything it right at your doorstep. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Nicest staff at all times. Surprising great perfect full breakfast. Every detail is covered to make this feel like a high end stay. Rooftop patio is perfect way to relax. For the entire stay to think of any improvements would be to make the hot tub warmer as it’s always cool. But overall incredible experience and I would definitely stay there again anytime.

Wonderful staff and clean spacious rooms. Very relaxing people watching out the windows or up on the roof terrace. Note that the elevator is small and sometimes just easier taking the stairs up 4 flights. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Nearby supermarket and walking distance to metro, banks, ferry terminal, and restaurants!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the La Ciliegina which is in the ideal location. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, and within easy walking distance to the ferry terminal, Spanish Quarter and Old Town. All hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room and on reception. Our room was very clean and comfortable. By Italian standards, breakfast was very good.

Our time was lovely, well aired room with a sumptuous quality of large bed provided, good views of piazza with lift giving ease of access to the property. The continental breakfast was on balance good although all was Luke warm. The staff were helpful & courteous at all times, a just need to ask required & they will try too accommodate. Would recommend this establishment to anyone staying in Napoli.

The hotel was a wonderful experience for us - great hospitality and great location! The room was very comfortable, the most spacious we have ever experienced in Europe, and quiet - even though it's in the middle of a bustling city. It was an easy walk from the port - we arrived by ferry; it's very close to the Metro entrance which was a great way to get around Naples (kudos to the front desk staff for this suggestion as the best way to visit the Museo Archeologico Nazionale); it's right around the corner from Galleria Umberto and a very easy walk to Teatro San Carlo; there are multiple restaurants on the same block. We had a fantastic trip to Naples to see the opera and we appreciate La Ciliegina for helping make that happen!

Loved this property. I was twin sharing with a friend and we booked the triple room so had twin beds and a sofa and plenty of space. The room had large windows with electric shutters and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The decor was bright and fresh and our bathroom had the plushest towels, robes and slippers. The bathroom was replenished daily with toiletries. We found all the team from front desk to dining room pleasant and helpful. The dining room breakfast was well stocked and replenished if needed. On checkout the front desk called us a cab and it arrived within a couple of minutes. The hotel itself is within easy walking distance, yes even with a suitcase and backpacks, off the ferries and port area. It is in an area that leads into a busy neighbourhood of bars, banks, restaurants and cafes and a little shopping area. There seemd to be a good mix of business and office locals and tourists. We would stay again.

I was very impressed with the staff at La Ciliegina! They proactively reached out with a friendly text prior to arrival to share details on how to reach the location or offer assistance for an airport transfer. Once I confirmed the need for a transfer a follow up text was sent within the day confirming the arrangement. We received a warm welcome arriving later in the evening. The following day, I was greeted by name when walking by the desk. They promptly responded to questions and happily made arrangements for our airport transfer once again - and were there to wish us well when we left at 3:50 AM. Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the buffet had many options, including a friendly server providing made to order hot beverages. The hotel is easily walkable to many restaurants and attractions. The area is optimal to be explored on foot. I would return to La Ciliegina, should I visit Naples again and would recommend checking out this gem!

The stay here was lovely. An excellent location and an even more impressive staff. The team at the front desk was so hospitable and accommodating. We had an early morning flight and they suggesting packing breakfast for us to take with us to the airport. They packed tons of treats and fruits for us. They arranged for an early pick up by taxi to get us to the airport, as well. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. I would be thrilled to stay here again.

Loved the rooftop jacuzzi with a view. also breakfast on the roof. Very nice hotel in perfect location. Down block from port and 1 block fro Toledo street a great pedestrian cobblestone road with lots of shops and resturaunts. Fancy new marble bathroom. Room small but very clean. Nicest staff.

Wonderful staff and clean spacious rooms. Very relaxing people watching out the windows or up on the roof terrace. Note that the elevator is small and sometimes just easier taking the stairs up 4 flights. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Nearby supermarket and walking distance to metro, banks, ferry terminal, and restaurants!

This is one of the best hotels in terms of location and service. Really close to the port, the metro and the spanish quarters. We were also extremely satisfied with the services and the rooms. The rooms are newly renonvated and have a very cozy vibe because of then flooring and ceiling. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend!

Great location and best coffee and breakfast of our trip. rooms and bathrooms adequate and clean. Bed is a bit firm but tolerable. Overall a convenient place to stay although a bit pricey. Metro is around the corner and port is ten minutes walk.

Sehr zentrale Lage, zunächst nicht als Hotel erkennbar, da es sich im obersten Stockwerk eines Gebäudes befindet. Sehr netter Empfang, freundliches Personal beim Frühstück, top Zimmerreinigung. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad nicht allzu groß, schön möbliert und mit allem bis ins kleinste Detail komplett ausgestattet. Das insgesamt sehr gute Frühstück fand auf der Dachterrasse statt mit schönem Ausblick. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Rühreier aus Eipulver (bei so wenigen Gästen könnte man wirklich echte Eier nehmen). Den Whirlpool auf dem Dach haben wir aufgrund der hohen Tagestemperaturen nicht genutzt.

It appears there is heated aircondltlonlng but no cooling, so summer would not be very welcoming. We were ok with a wide open large window in early April. Our room fridge also was not working, this didn’t concern the management, a little disappointing. On our last visit, we recall a la carte breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was this time a small very basic buffet selection, so don’t expect too much. Our complimentary booking bottle of sparkling wine, was a meagre 200ml “bottle” disappointment. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loved this property. I was twin sharing with a friend and we booked the triple room so had twin beds and a sofa and plenty of space. The room had large windows with electric shutters and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The decor was bright and fresh and our bathroom had the plushest towels, robes and slippers. The bathroom was replenished daily with toiletries. We found all the team from front desk to dining room pleasant and helpful. The dining room breakfast was well stocked and replenished if needed. On checkout the front desk called us a cab and it arrived within a couple of minutes. The hotel itself is within easy walking distance, yes even with a suitcase and backpacks, off the ferries and port area. It is in an area that leads into a busy neighbourhood of bars, banks, restaurants and cafes and a little shopping area. There seemd to be a good mix of business and office locals and tourists. We would stay again.

Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Naples. The location is outstanding and makes it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of options.
