This property was clean and modern. By far the bar and pool were the nicest areas beyond the room. The beach was a bit of a walk but still close by. The only thing that was an issue was the food. They used frozen chicken strips, french fries and pizza which were terrible. They either served cold or burnt food there was no in between. You can’t bring your own food or snacks to the pool, so you’re stuck with their options which were subpar at best. Leo and the bartender were great! We will definitely return!

The room was nice but when you book it doesn’t say you can only park on vehicle. Then they send email saying you can add another but when I got there I was told you can’t add more vehicles, which was very misleading. The whole stay there was about 6-10 spaces empty at all times so I don’t understand why you can’t pay for extra parking when you pay so much for a room.

We have stayed here many times and had a wonderful experience except for our last visit. Our 6th floor premium room was over the pool and the music was....overwhelmingly loud. We love music but when on vacation and sitting on your balcony, you want to be able to talk to each other. The music was so loud, our family couldn't hear each other, so unfortunately, we paid for a balcony we couldn't enjoy. It was loud that we actually took a video. Avoid a room over the pool. Great music but not for those who want to enjoy their balcony. And we so loved this property.

Fantastic! The rooms are beautifully decorated, brand new, super comfortable and very spacious! Bed was amazing and comfortable. Had great night sleeps! The staff are friendly and kind. The views of the beach from the room balcony are beautiful, especially at sunset. There is a rooftop to also watch the sunsets. It was very peaceful and calm. The bar is nice and cozy and staff are pretty cool. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome too. Free parking as well. I highly recommended this place as we felt relaxed and all the guests and staff were happy so it definitely shows this place is great!

We stayed in a premium two bedroom two bathroom condo with a full kitchen, washer dryer, and large balcony over looking the ocean. The place was spacious and comfortable. The unit came with one king bed and one queen bed. The staff was available at the front desk 24/7 and the cleaning and maintenance crew was visible keeping up with keeping the property looking and running great. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a great place to spend time. We also loved the lounge chairs provided in the sandy area beyond the pool. This was a great place to catch some sun without going all the way to the shore line. We loved the beach view and access. The ocean was warm and the waves were tiny. We also liked the beach sidewalk that was one mile long. The condo balcony had great sunsets. There is a beautiful Publix that is 0.6 miles away so we placed an Insta delivery order on the first day to have breakfast and lunch at home. This was quick and easy and delivered to our door. We also popped back there for items when needed. This was our first time to Treasure Island and found the restaurant options to be extremely casual and limited. Most restaurants were bars that served food. They played music and looked fun for partying and hanging out but less great for family dinners with freshly prepared entrees. This type of restaurant seems to be what is most available in this area and surrounding towns. We left the island two nights to find better quality food options.

This property definitely is a 5-star caliber, but the resort fee is a joke! An extra fee for things that should just be part of staying at a hotel. $35/day for 2 waters (total, not per day), some cookies, wifi, pool towels, & "beach chairs and umbrella" - but not chairs/umbrella that you can take to the beach. I specifically booked this property so that I didn't have to drag our beach chairs and umbrella down there, but when we arrived the staff said that the chairs and umbrellas are next to the pool & that they didn't have any on the actual beach - just their fake "beach" next to the pool. You can't even see the ocean from there. A little deceptive marketing, if you ask me. That was very unpleasant & disappointing. If I'm already paying $35/day for the privilege of using your beach chairs and umbrellas, but I want to walk to the actual beach and sit by the ocean, I have to pay Taylor's Beach Rentals $40/day for their setup. It's just left a bad taste in my mouth. The property is gorgeous! Whoever renovated it, it seemed like they didn't spare an expense. Great location, the room was super nice (I wish the master bed wasn't right by the exterior walkway), the beds were cozy, the appliances & fixtures were high-end, the pool & hot tub were really nice, the rooftop deck was great to watch the sunset, the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay! I would have given 5 stars, but I'm deducting 1 for the silly resort fee and being misleading about the beach chairs/umbrella.

We checked in to this hotel and they gave us a dirty room when we told them it was dirty and we came back down after a long trip trying to check in.They made us wait in the lobby For an hour and a half for The manager to come from their home to verify that the room was dirty and they would not provide us a new room. We waited in the lobby standing for over an hour and a half with nothing being offered for compensation. We, we're not satisfied at all. We came here for a vacation and it turned into a mess... Very unorganized, nobody knew what the other hand was doing... I asked to speak to the higher ups, and they said there is nobody to contact...

The suite was very clean, spacious, and stocked with all we needed. The property is well maintained. We enjoyed our suite and the views from the balcony and the roof top. The beach is so beautiful. Front desk staff very knowledgeable and polite.

Truly unbelievable experience --- I can't say enough good things. The suites are gorgeous and huge. The pristine cleanliness was second to none. The oceanfront private property was gorgeous. We can't wait to go back! PS - A big shout-out to the manager that greeted us upon arrival, I think her name was Cheyenne, she was so sweet and so nice to see after our long trip.

As a travel agent I have traveled extensively and reviewed a plethora of properties. I would highly recommend Ocean Club. The check in area is small but it gets the job done. All condos are gulf front with beautiful views. Previous reviews remarked about the music from the pool- we were in room 206 which is almost directly above the pool and we didn’t have a problem. The actual Condo is very clean with everything you need for your stay- pots and pans, dishes, can opener, toaster, keurig (complete with a variety of pods), quality towels, and comfortable beds. There is also a full size washer and dryer in each unit. Others also remarked about “the trek” to the beach. Please remember that the waterline on a beach is variable and building codes require structures to be specific distances from the beach. Additionally, Florida law prohibits the destruction of certain grasses and sea oats. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach OR there are plenty of umbrellas, chairs, sand toys,and floats that are in a communal area left by previous guests. There is a limit to one car per unit and with this parking is free. WiFi can be spotty as my partner did have to use her hotspot in order to work from our unit.

The room was great: looked updated recently, quiet, plenty of room, very well maintained and included small things like washing machine soap. The pool was nice and included some pool toys. The restaurant/bar was convenient but wished it had more food options. The lobby was a hallway with a small desk as the check-in counter. We did have some "fear" once we came into the check-in area.. like what did we get ourselves into but the property was very clean, friendly staff and the room did not disappoint. The property is more of suite/vacation rental than a hotel but in a great way.

Beautiful suite and view. Beds were super comfy and pillows were super comfy. Fully stocked, nice fridge. Great stacked washer & dryer. Patio and patio furniture excellent. Couch and chair weren’t the most comfortable Our only complaint. Also beautiful tv sets in both bedrooms and living room

The room was very clean. Our room was modern with white on white throughout, the floor throughout the unit appeared to be marble with grey streaks. The doors to the balcony were uniquie, they slid open the whole width of the unit 3 panels wide. It has a large balcony that can comfortably seat 6 people on it. The down sides were the bedrooms are not ocean front they are located in the back of the unit with the master suite being the furthest away from the water. The other downside for our room was we were directly above the bar that plays music till 10pm. It is loud enough that you cant really sit on the balcony and enjoy the views without hearing the music and bar patrons.

The doors to the balcony were uniquie, they slid open the whole width of the unit 3 panels wide. It has a large balcony that can comfortably seat 6 people on it. The down sides were the bedrooms are not ocean front they are located in the back of the unit with the master suite being the furthest away from the water. The other downside for our room was we were directly above the bar that plays music till 10pm. It is loud enough that you cant really sit on the balcony and enjoy the views without hearing the music and bar patrons.

Great kurig. My only issue with room was you could here rooms above, beside you. Main bedroom is on street side, very noisy, can't open curtain at all because its right beside hallway to other rooms. You could see right in if someone walked by.

As a travel agent I have traveled extensively and reviewed a plethora of properties. I would highly recommend Ocean Club. The check in area is small but it gets the job done. All condos are gulf front with beautiful views. Previous reviews remarked about the music from the pool- we were in room 206 which is almost directly above the pool and we didn’t have a problem. The actual Condo is very clean with everything you need for your stay- pots and pans, dishes, can opener, toaster, keurig (complete with a variety of pods), quality towels, and comfortable beds. There is also a full size washer and dryer in each unit. Others also remarked about “the trek” to the beach. Please remember that the waterline on a beach is variable and building codes require structures to be specific distances from the beach. Additionally, Florida law prohibits the destruction of certain grasses and sea oats. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach OR there are plenty of umbrellas, chairs, sand toys,and floats that are in a communal area left by previous guests. There is a limit to one car per unit and with this parking is free. WiFi can be spotty as my partner did have to use her hotspot in order to work from our unit.

The chicken was wonderful Leo was fantastic and very helpful. The room was gorgeous and very clean. The bar was in a lovely spot but the bartender was very rude she had to look up recipes for margaritas. Other than that it was fantastic and we would go back

Our family of 6 stayed this past week and the service her was impeccable! Check in was easy and fast! All the staff were very helpful with anything we needed, even a scale to weight bags before we checked out! Having the bar near the pool was very convenient for drinks and snacks, the drinks were amazing. The beach was just a short walk away and towels were provided as well as there being a selection of sand toys for the kids to use! Can’t wait until our next adventure at the Ocean Club!

The hotel is very clean and has a great location for a quiet getaway. Every unit has an ocean view and provides a well equipped kitchen area with utensils and cooking equipment. Staff is available upon request which we did not use cleaning services as only stayed a few days. WE LOVED IT HERE!! This hotel was recently renovated so the suites are vibrant, clean, and modern. We got one of the *LUXARY* suites and although it’s a little more expensive, it is totally worth it. We were on the edge of the buildings 5th floor and every room had a view to the outside. It was nice being so high up because it was very quiet and our views were stunning! The hotel was very clean and they supplied pots, pans, cutlery, cups, utensils, and so much more. Every room has a smart TV. Decent parking outside and parking garage under the hotel which leads to lobby/elevator. Room service will not come every day as their idea is to not bother their guests but you can request room service at any time at the front desk, and management is very helpful! They have a gym located on the second floor along with a bar. The bar has a decent amount of liquor and the bartenders were amazing! The bar also has access to the pool and hot tub so you can come back and forth for drinks whenever. My personal favorite thing about this hotel is how close it is so john’s pass. It was about a 2/3 minute car ride. We were at John’s pass fishing every single day and they have EVERYTHING there from food, bars, charters, party boats, wave runners, a beach, and a whole boardwalk full of shops. We are definitely coming back here. 1 thing, the walk to the beach is a 6/7 minute walk from the time you step out of your hotel, but it is worth it to swim in the ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets.

They used frozen chicken strips, french fries and pizza which were terrible. They either served cold or burnt food there was no in between. You can’t bring your own food or snacks to the pool, so you’re stuck with their options which were subpar at best. Leo and the bartender were great! We will definitely return!

Even as FL residents, this was our 1st time to Treasure Island. This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location for the area restaurants. EXTREMELY clean, Staff was wonderful. Chris was the main bartender during our stay, and he was absolutely fantastic. Pool area well maintained and beach access was perfect!!

The property was beautiful! We loved the nice white finishes in the condo. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The beds are super comfortable with ceiling fans and televisions in each bedroom. We sat on the balcony every morning to drink our coffee. Usually swimming pools are too cold for me and this one was perfect temperature. Also, appreciated the no smoking/vaping policy! Nothing worse than trying to enjoy fresh outdoor air if that is going on so thank you for keeping things clean! The bar was great for a quick drink and small snack! We would definitely stay here again! The burgers at BRGR Kitchen and Bar is just an 8 minute walk and they were delicious!!
