The girl who checked me in was unpleasant. She acted like I was bothering her and she wanted me to just go away. Also, if you park a car on property, they should tell you at checkin that you have to keep your door key to get out of the parking lot. I was not happy waiting to get out when I was trying to get to the airport on time.

Hotel check was easy, unable to do so through Hilton app, no big deal, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean but needs updates; dressers were off hinges but still worked; bathroom wasn’t small but it barely fit the toilet, so not great. I would definitely recommend for proximity to airport, airport shuttle and an enterprise rental next door which will save you the trouble of the god forsaken sh*t show that is getting to the rental car desk at the airport. The pool was awesome. I sat in the pool and read a book. Super quiet but we were here during the week. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The bathroom had a non-working door, the vanity was small, the faucet sprayed water all over the place, there absolutely no hooks for hanging a bath towel or hand towel. The staff were nice however, the hotel restaurant was severely understaffed. I witnessed multiple people upset with the wait. The wait was well over an hour to get a burger. With that said, the shuttle bus driver was super nice and did a great job!

Waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport which was close to the hotel. The swimming pool had lots of leaves and wood pieces in the pool and around on the pool decking.

My family stayed here the night before our flight out and would not stay again or recommend it 1. Room cleanliness is very poor. Toenails on the floor, cleaned some water off of the floor and the white towel turned brown, and the bathroom was just dirty looking. 2. Very noisy location. We were on the 3rd floor along Veterans Memorial and the street noise was horrible. No where near as nice as the Doubletree we stayed at the night before in Biloxi

This was the worst doubletree I have ever stayed at. Service was unfriendly. We were there on Christmas and not even a happy holiday. The sheets were yellow. Tub had mold. Room was never cleaned despite asking for it to be done. The faucet was broken. No towel hook. Shower head broken. Anyway, I iMessage Never again. Oh and I didn’t get my cookies.

This place is convenient, but dated and not clean. The tub was dirty, rug next to bed did not looked vacuumed. On the plus side, the staff was helpful with shuttle transfer and parking for our vacation.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there after 5pm, due to washer/dryer breaking. Not their fault. We got to the room the floor was sticky, there was still garbage from previous people who were in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. We were only at the hotel for one night, so we tried to overloook all the things, but a sticky for couldn’t be ignored.

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Bathtub was gray/black in the bottom. There were small bugs in the room. The parking gate wasn’t working but I was still charged to park even though anyone could park in there and not pay.

The hotel in general was fine, but the staff at check in was a bit dismissive, they didn’t give any info, just handed me my key & looked at me. I forgot I should have gotten my Doubletree cookie at check-in, which I didn’t get. Later I asked about the parking & if I should have parked as I did because I didn’t want to get double-billed & I was dismissed again, like I was bothering the front desk person. The room was fine, but the pillows just flattened & the bathroom had very poor lighting, the sink dripped constantly & clearly had got a long time because the sink was rusted at the dripping spot. There was no counter space, just a single sink, so nowhere to put toiletries. The shower never got hot water, ether. I was pleasantly greeted at check out & when I asked if they still gave cookies at check-in, she apologized & gave me a cookie, so that was nice. She also made a note to get the sink fixed from dripping, so I hope someone fixes it. Nothing horrible, just an ok stay.

Front desk was rude coming in and when we were leaving. They don’t do early check in so we got off the ship at 8:30 am got to the hotel around 9am they also don’t do late check out our flight wasn’t til 8:20pm. We didn’t have to check out til 1230 so we went to do laundry around the corner my husband realized he left his AirPods in the room we went back to get them and check out went up to the room and AirPods were gone and the room was open. Somebody at the hotel took them and nobody was talking when confronted about them. The one good thing is the shuttle to the airport.

We checked in to this hotel a d went straight to the room. Decided to get changed to go to the pool and while i was changing someone came in the room. The hotel had given room keys to another customer. When i called down to the front desk to find out what was going on they apologized and offered 2 $10 drink vouchers. I reached out to Hilton corperate office and havent heard back from.them. When we woke up the 2nd morning our parking pass they gave us didnt work we had to get them to reissue one. They told me someone closed it out for some reason but didn't know why. A few days after we left i was charged for parking but no one told me I was going to be charged for parking after the fact. The hotel was nice we liked the hotel and the location was great but the service wasnt great at all.

Super friendly staff and super clean rooms! Only issue we had was during check in, they sent us up to a king room amd that wouldnt have worked with the size of our family. So we went back to the desk, and it was absolutely no issue for them to simply switch us to a double bed room. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy! The neighborhood is safer than we thought it would be as well. We walked all around the hotel till after 10pm wiht no worries at all!

Room was clean and super quiet despite being right across from the elevator. Bed comfortable and cosy. Ate at the restaurant on site and food was great. Staff were very attentive and even got a fresh baked cookie on check in. Will definitely be back when I’m flying on a red eye in the morning. Had a great stay and slept wonderfully. Airport shuttle is a plus also

I enjoyed the location, very easy access to airport and highways. Staff were kind and helpful. The place overall looks nice. That was my second stay there and I keep coming back for the cookies.. lol. A few things I don’t like which are my preferences.. There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The lightning is not good for anyone wanting to do make. This stay, my daughter bought yogurt from the lobby, the yogurt cups were warm and texture was off. It could be due to people going in and out of fridge but either way we didn’t eat it. The elevator is fast which is a plus but at times it didn’t smell pleasing but overall a good place to stay.
