The facility was very nice and clean. But upon checking in was informed I could not drink the water or brush my teeth, water was contaminated! Oh I could take a shower but decided against that. No coffee at the breakfast bar! And looks like the spa was unavailable due to bad water! Would have been nice to have given the option to stay or cancel and get a room in an adjourning town where water was not contaminated!!

The hotel has been nicely renovated. The common areas and our room were very clean. The breakfast was decent, though the lack of fresh fruit was noticed as was the policy to not refill anything after 8am. Sorry. On the weekends I don’t want get up and out the door early just to eat before it ends at 9. You should extend breakfast to at least 10 on the weekends, and if it is served until 9, refill and replenish until then. We enjoyed the pool, though it was small, with another family. I will say if a guest gets the choice stay on the side away from Casey’s convenience store because the semi trucks come in all hours of the day and night and sometimes they sleep in their truck and it idles all night and it’s very loud. They did not invest in soundproof windows, you also can’t stay in a hotel without people constantly slamming their doors. But I think if we had stayed on the other side on a room facing the opposite side, it would’ve been much quieter.

Traveling with a potty training toddler for a funeral- challenging on so many levels. We had a view of the gas station- no complaint as this kept my toddler endlessly entertained. The room was HUGE. We took the mattress off the bed for her and made a floor bed. Super comfortable and with room to still jump and play, walked around comfortably. The pool is small and a bit cold but clean. No towels are provided. The internet can be a bit slow as it is an open wifi. Breakfast was good though some of the packaged breads were a bit stale. Very friendly staff and super helpful maintenance/housekeeping. My daughter loved the lounge area in the lobby. I appreciated the automatic double doors are offset- not perfectly lined up- because it helps keep her from darting outside. This hotel is NOT sound proof. I heard entire conversations, babies crying, doors opening and closing, people walking around upstairs, but it’s not unbearable. We all tried to be good neighbors. The best rooms are on the ends by the stairs- you get a little extra room.

The hotel room and pool area was good. It was nice to have a good breakfast everyday. The only down fall was it was a biker convention in town and the bikers all hung out outside in the parking lot drinking and blocking the parking lot. Was slightly intimidating.

Looks to be a newer hotel. Pretty nice hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Pool was warm. They have a snack area you can purchase snacks from. Room was nice, very clean, had a little fridge. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Super clean, very spacious room (2 queen/sofa bed suite), modern decor/lighting/flooring. Extremely impressed! After being on the road for a week & staying in other 9/10 hotels, this one is a 9.999. Super clean, even in the corners & crevices of the room & bathroom. Housekeeping does a FANTASTIC job here! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going through this area. The hotel was clean upon entrance. The room appeared clean, our first night there we found a single cockroach on the wall. We notified the staff of the problem and didnt see anymore bugs during our 2 night stay. But this is definitely a problem. We were in town for a funeral and didnt have the strenth or time to change hotels.The air conditioning coukd freeze meat. The pillows were very flat. The breakfast was good.

We paid extra for a 1:00pm check-in and when we got there they said rooms would not be available till at least 2:30. And then our room smelled awful. Dirty and gross. It was a really bad experience. My husband complained and was told the manager would call when they came in at 11:00am. No one has called us.

This may actually be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, including the 4 star resort we were traveling back from! We stayed in a King Suite and it was spacious, spotless, and had a large flat screen wall mounted TV on a swivel mount. The staff were all very friendly. There was a convenient little store with snacks, drinks, and frozen meal options at the front desk. If you are passing through this is the place to stay. We stayed at another highly rated hotel in Mcalester on the way to our destination and this was the better stay for sure.

Everything at this LaQuinta was just so-so. The beds are so tall, it takes a step stool to get into them! Truly, it's like a child climbing into Big Daddy's chair! As a person with arthritis, I needed help getting into bed. You don't always get what you pay for.

Reserved a king bed room 2 nights before. Proceeded to check in and was told that the system wouldn’t let the staff check me into the room. Was then told that someone else had the room and that another king bed room was avail. Then she said sorry it’s not avail. Got a double queen room at that point to then have the entire floor feel hot and stuffy. Got to our room and the air conditioner was blowing warm air regardless of the setting on cool. Extremely frustrating stay. Won’t go back.

The hotel was very clean and updated. Everything in my room worked and was set up well. Check-in and out was easy. The one big problem was the noise. You could hear multiple TVs and people talking while in my room. Also, I was in a room next to the elevator and it was SO NOISY that I couldn't sleep. I asked to change rooms but I was politely told I couldn't. Next time I will make sure not to get a room near the elevator.

Seemed like a nice hotel, but the walls and ceilings are apparently thin. It sounded like an elephant above me and doors in the hall slammed late into the night. If you can't get a good night's sleep, the other amenities don't matter.

Even before we arrived the staff was amazing. We had reserved 2 rooms. The couple who were supposed to meet us at the hotel had to cancel. The person at the hotel canceled our second room and did not charge us. Considering it was 6 in the evening and we had committed we thought it was incredibly nice to help us like that. The property was clean and freshly renovated. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. We'll definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed for a mandatory two days minimum. On the second day our key card didn’t work. I went to the reception told her that my key card was not working and she only asked my room number, not even my name. It was not the same person from the day before, so I could be anyone.

I will say the staff that cleaned the rooms was amazing. That's where it ends. I asked repeatedly for blankets and pillows for the pullout couch. Which I never got and had to go buy some so my son could sleep comfortably. Any request I made they completely ignored. The rooms were clean. Which was really nice. We got yelled at while we were swimming to be quiet and not to get water in the hall when we left the pool (we hadn't left yet at all but was told we needed to keep the floor dry) which is where the unsafe part comes in. They have a tile floor leaving there that we some how had to keep dry while being soaking wet. She basically made it seem like we needed to dry it as we walked to our room. She also told us we needed to be quiet because she had guests that sleep during the day. Idk if u have been swimming with kids but they aren't exactly quiet. It pretty much ruined it and we left. Also the staff seemed to have time to hangout with friends but not actually help with things guests needed. Their friends hung around for hours. I would like to say we will stay there again but the staff ruined this experience.

Breakfast was awesome. They served real scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon in them, biscuits and gravy, and fried potatoes. It was cooked just like you would at home. We have stayed at several Laquinta hotels recently and none of the others serve real eggs that actually taste good. Your breakfast is the best.
