Rented a room for my birthday and it was very peaceful and quiet. I had a corner room with balcony which gave us a very beautiful view of the city. The jacuzzi style tub was also pleasurable. Will definitely book again.

I LOVED this hotel! Amenities, staff, quietness on a Saturday night!, comfort of bed, sleekness of shower. And location plus free street parking! What more can you ask for in BROOKLYN?? Just book it, it’s great! Oh, and we had our own balcony and there’s an open courtyard in the back to hang out in nice weather. Elevator, snack machine, free coffee and water all day.

The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving to Brooklyn. That said, if flying into NY, we would stay there again.

Comfortable bed, nice that there are only 5 or so rooms per floor. Liked the apartment-ish vibe with the microwave, mini-fridge, and sink. It was easier to keep groceries and cut down on the cost of eating out. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of order and the tv and phone were not working in the room. I suggest offering coffee in the lobby. Other than that a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a pretty quiet neighborhood, so there isn’t a lot right in the immediate area, but it’s not far to walk to dining and grocery, etc. Staff was very pleasant, and the facility was clean and updated. The $25 per day parking was a huge plus. I’d definitely return on my next trip, you can’t really beat this place for the rate.

The lobby and the garden area were beautiful. It was honestly a really nice looking hotel but our room wasn’t as clean as I was expecting based on the reviews. When we pulled back the bed covers we saw a huge strand of hair. Behind the bathroom door there was quite a bit of hair on the wall. The lotion was used and had what may have been makeup stains on it. Our shower/tub had mold in the grout. The window to the balcony was super dirty. On the plus side we had a surprise balcony, and the bed was huge!!!! Again nice place…. I just wish our room was cleaner.

Room was dirty, some items broken, found used condom wrappers in the drawer, sheets were stained and worst part is it had bed bugs and had to throw away a lot of my belongings to avoid taking them home. So sad I prepaid for 3 nights on this app and couldn’t get a refund to move elsewhere.

For Brooklyn, it was clean and convenient. A hidden gem. My only concern was, the linen was dirty and we could tell the sheets weren’t changed. They were pulled and tugged to give the allusion it was changed. There were stains on the pillow and hair in our bed. Surprisingly they don’t have bed bugs so that’s a plus.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly employees. Daily cleaning service. Nice Rooms and Beds. Fast Wifi. Quick Ride to Manhattan with Bus and Metro. Vending Maschine with drinks and snacks. Unfortunately no breakfast but nice kitchenette with coffee maschine in the room. Don't forget to bring cutlery!

Room was clean. Small, as expected for NY, but not tiny. They proactively reached out to confirm my check-in time, which was great because my flight was severely delayed. Only issue was noise of other occupants. A group gathering that lasted until midnight in the room next door was annoying. But, I liked the walking distance to a decent bagel shop and good grocery store at the end of the block.

I can’t tell you how lovely this little gem is. Comfy quiet rooms. So clean! Private balconies and courtyard. Staff is incredibly responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for nightlife or excitement this is not your hotel. If you are looking for a good nights sleep in a quiet neighborhood you are gonna be fine. Amazing kosher supermarket minutes away.

Advertised as accommodating 4 adults, this was merely a small studio flat with only two just-larger-than-single beds. Had to rent a rollaway bed, which had broken springs and non-supportive mattress. Paint-work was badly damaged by previous occupants resting back of chair against the wall. MDF bathroom furniture boards were swollen out of shape. No kettle to make tea, only a coffee filter. Unfortunately, the nearest G line train was out of service. Surrounding street sidewalks constantly populated by multitudes of garbage bags and many large foraging rats. Had to put deposit for "incidentals" but yet to have this returned, 6 days on. Pluses: 1. Staff largely friendly, although not all were helpful, particularly one who, on questioning about the state of the rollaway bed, merely unapologetically remarked, "They're all like that!" 2. Bus stops close by with relatively reliable service. 3. Relatively quiet neighbourhood. 4. Air conditioner worked.

I was happily surprised with how big the room was! The hotel is a walk away from the subway but not too crazy of a walk. Brooklyn Navy yard is also pretty walkable! Would stay here again. 9/10!

The hotel itself is quite nice, but the beds are very small. One of us had to sleep on the floor because two people did not fit comfortably in the beds. The surrounding area is very loud because of construction and street noise, but that’s to be expected in Brooklyn.

I booked a room at this establishment for my birthday weekend. First of all, there was no soap to shower with and the shampoo was half empty, with hair in the towels and on the one bar of soap that was opened already. And every hour, Manjeet would knock on the door, starting at 8:30pm because apparently, he had a problem with my guests and tried to kick me out of the hotel room at around 11pm and told me his boss told him to kick me out. Yet I wasn’t made to leave. But the people downstairs were loud and rowdy, and partying until about 6am and he didn’t say anything to them. I will never step foot in this establishment again, after how unwelcome the night staff made me and my guests feel.

The hotel was very disappointing and inconvenient. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Our room door wasn’t secure, and the side doors were not properly locked. We had to call maintenance to fix the locks so we could feel safe. The hotel itself looked run-down and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, on our last day while checking out, housekeeping repeatedly knocked loudly on our door, demanding we leave immediately. We only needed a couple of extra minutes, but they were very rude and insensitive. The front desk staff witnessed this but did nothing to intervene. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the conditions were unsafe. I would not stay here again.

Room (502) had dirty and torn drapes, lights that didn't work, broken hair dryer, and tub had suspicious speckles on it. Safety lock was broken resulting in my having a chair next to the door and not sleeping well at night. Desk person said there are no available rooms and promised that it will be fixed next morning. Upon leaving the next morning, when confirming with another desk person, they didn't know anything about the lock and that evening when I came back, it was not fixed. The next (third) desk person was able to find me another room (401) with a functioning safety lock. That room had an air conditioner that didn't turn off and a tub faucet that was leaking. INCREDIBLE front desk agent! I am blanking on her name- she is a Black woman with braids, sometimes glasses. Incredible customer service, attentiveness, care, assistance, organization and personality. I hope her dream is to have her own hospitality chain. She is a FORCE.

Pretty decent. There were conflicting messages about whether or not there was continental breakfast (there wasn't). When I checked in, I asked for late checkout, but this wasn't communicated with the rest of the staff. Therefore, on the day I was to checkout, I got a call saying I missed checkout and needed to leave immediately. I changed my plans and day and ended up just spending the entire time at the airport (not ideal). The front desk staff was friendly but overall I wouldn't say they were well equipped or that helpful.

Hotel is convenient to Williamsburg as well as Bed Stuy areas. Room was very quiet. Small hotel but full. Management was friendly and responsive to questions and recommendations in the area. It was generally clean but felt worn with frayed sheets and some stains on well cleaned items. I asked for and promptly was given replacement sheets. It was great for our needs and will stay again with family nearby.

The property was great. Would definitely stay there again. The area was filthy!!! In order to get to the train we had to walk past piles of garbage dirt and waste everywhere. The community had loose garbage everywhere as well as bagged garbage and no one seemed to care. It was really weird.

Hotel was a little tired in places, but room was spacious, comfortable and surprisingly well appointed. Immediate area is quite poor for travellers - few shops and no bars/restaurants as it is a strongly orthodox Jewish neighbourhood - and closest subway is not particularly safe.

It’s okay, nothing luxurious but not bad. The area around is one of the filthiest places I’ve been in nyc but that’s not their fault. When checking for bedbugs I noticed that the linen were stained and the food from previous guests had not been removed from the fridge which was not enjoyable but I mean it’s fine. Also the room was not for 4 people, those beds were very small I’d say 2 people unless you are very small. The bed was comfy and overall the room was clean and the price was cheap so it was good.

I was happily surprised with how big the room was! The hotel is a walk away from the subway but not too crazy of a walk. Brooklyn Navy yard is also pretty walkable! Would stay here again. 9/10!

In a rather rundown and litter-strewn area of Brooklyn, our experience was disappointing. Many of the rooms have interconnecting doors to adjacent rooms and these are not soundproofed so we could hear everything from next door. Also room doors shut in a noisy way meaning disturbed sleep each night from people coming back in the early hours of the morning. Also disappointed with the room facilities. The curtain was hanging off the track – reported during our stay but not fixed. The toilet cistern was faulty and constantly refilled very noisily all day and night. Reported this as well and nothing done to fix it. The coffee machine didn’t work – again not fixed. The kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator was useful but with only one chair in the room one of us was always sitting on the bed. They offer no breakfast (that’s fine because they don’t pretend to offer it) but there are few nearby venues to find something to eat in the mornings and the hotel is in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish area with local shop closing times that may not be convenient. Despite the staff being friendly and welcoming and the room being serviced well, I would not stay again. It’s just too noisy and, for what it is, far too expensive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly employees. Daily cleaning service. Nice Rooms and Beds. Fast Wifi. Quick Ride to Manhattan with Bus and Metro. Vending Maschine with drinks and snacks. Unfortunately no breakfast but nice kitchenette with coffee maschine in the room. Don't forget to bring cutlery!

Only issue was noise of other occupants. A group gathering that lasted until midnight in the room next door was annoying. But, I liked the walking distance to a decent bagel shop and good grocery store at the end of the block.

The property is great and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. You'll have to walk a bit to get to the subway or to very many restaurants, but if you don't mind walking there are restaurants and grocery stores semi-close. The kitchenette was very helpful to have.

I found a BED BUG crawling on me and checked out early. Do not stay here! In edition to the BED BUGS, the property is way more run down than the pictures on the site show. I claims to be a 4 star hotel, it is not, it is a zero star hotel. Also the air conditioner was spotty at best.

Came here with 2 other people. They only have rooms with two twin beds or one king, which is not what was advertised. The first room we were put in, nothing worked. None of us slept at all. Three adults cannot share two twin beds. And there were some questionable things for a hotel room. I’m from manhattan and had to go back for a weekend. I admit I don’t know my way around Brooklyn but this hotel is not near anything OR any train. Staff was helpful and flexible, though. I appreciate them, but what I saved on a hotel room, I spent more on in Ubers.

Absolute diamond in the rough. Staff was great with communication and accommodating. Room had a full-size tub and kitchenette. The value was great. Loved the balcony even though not much of a view. They have a very private court yard garden if you smoke or just need to see plants while staying in the concrete jungle. Anthony
