The hotel is in a lovely area. Car parking was quite tight but off street and safe. When checking in, I was told I'd booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I felt this was unnecessary and rude. The bathroom was across the corridor. I was unaware of this when I booked. There was only one bathrobe although room was booked for two people. Aside from this, our stay was good. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We did not take breakfast at the hotel but there were a lot of cafes nearby and also options for dinner. I would still recommend for a visit to Belfast.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch.

Was an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The staff was so friendly they noticed I had quite a bit of luggage and so they changed my room to the ground floor so it wouldn’t be quite so hard. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazingly friendly. My room was very comfortable and felt so homey. Easy walk to anything you might need, groceries, bar, convenient, store, shopping. Would stay here again without question.

Good sized, clean room but you can hear noise from other rooms and the corridor. Booked as it stated parking available but only a few spaces are there and one night ended up having to park nearly a mile away and got soaked walking to the hotel. Will not be using this hotel group again!

Room was comfortable, clean, had lots of natural light, and the bathroom was nice. Good continental breakfast in the morning (for an additional fee) that included eggs to order. We had a great stay at the Gregory, couldn’t have asked for a better time! The staff were brilliant, so helpful polite and friendly and room was perfect! Clean nice and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but I would recommend getting out and finding local places as there are lots of options. Location is good, just 20min walk to the centre or a 5 min bus ride, Thanks for a great stay!

The elimination of breakfast was not clearly announced in the website or registration information. the Registration was generally unmanned. The matresses in the two rooms were old and sagged. I know all bathrooms are small, but a shelf or two for articles would be a big help. Well located in Queens Quarter but otherwise unimpressive.

Everything was clean and the couple times we saw staff they were friendly however it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any free water or tea. Everything was in a machine we had to pay for. Our wifi was spotty and we couldn’t get laundry till the morning we were leaving.

Super kind people that told us recommendations for a nice pub to go to. The room was super clean and comfortable and we even accidentally left something and they were super helpful and accomodating when it came to retrieving it! Great experience and would totally return.

Easy to find, on the open top bus tour, quiet location. Beautiful building, room spacious, comfortable bed large bathroom. Staff, we met Sarah so helpful warm and welcoming. Helped with recommendation's for restaurants and things to do on a short stay. Would stay again if travelling to Belfast.

Not much in the area except for the Hotel Malone , which we went to every night! But , as a plus, it was a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Made for great sleeping. And the Madhatter, down the street nad great breakfasts and smoothies! The hotel was beautifully redone!

Superb staff, clean and comfy room. The disappointment is the complete lack of any breakfast facility. The equipment is there eg toasters, coffee machines BUT no attempt to even offer decent tea/coffee or toast/fruit. I do not require a cooked breakfast but the complete absence of breakfast is unacceptable.

We got a room for 4, top floor, could smell breakfast every morning. Breakfast good. Delightful We were not in our room a lot, but cozy. Spacious great room to hang out in, and talk about the days adventures.
