Staff were nice, and place was clean. It was noisy could both hear outside and my hotel neighbors. I didn't eat the breakfast but it didn't look appetizing. Bed was very hard. Toilet was annoyingly high off the ground. Hard to tell if AC is on as it was too warm every night.

Dejligt lille hotel. Meget sød og venlig betjening. Værelset meget lille, men dejligt, sengen skøn, gode puder, dynen kæmpe stor og ret tung. Badeværelse fint, kunne godt have en lidt uheldig lugt af urin omkring kummen. Morgenmaden ok, det er dog et meget lille sted man spiser, lige i kanten af receptionen, næsten umuligt at komme forbi bordene. Svært at finde parkering, det er iflg hotellet ikke muligt at bestille deres parkering på forhånd, den er også meget dyr. Området skønt, med flere metro forbindelser i nærheden. Flere spisesteder i nærheden også. Parken “Des Buttes-Chaumont” er helt vidunderlig

Sehr nettes Stadthotel in ruhigem Wohnviertel mit guter Bus- und Metro-Anbindung. Man erreicht das Hotel in 20 Minuten vom Gare du Nord (Eurostar). Gleichzeitig ist man mit der Metro schnell an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und Qualität. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Aircondition ist vorhanden. Gut fanden wir auch, dass kostenfrei Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung standen, die mit Wasser fürs Zimmer aufgefüllt werden konnten. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir konnten sowohl vor dem Check-in als auch nach dem Check-out unser Gepäck im Hotel aufbewahren lassen und in der Zeit die Stadt erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Small, but very nice rooms. Nice breakfast, AMAZING, friendly service, really nice hotel. Very close to a Metro station and several nice cafes. The ONLY negative thing to say is that their parking garage is scary as hell! My wife and I called it The Catacombs. It’s so scary that, when we checked out at 5 AM, we insisted that a staff member go with us! He was very nice and understanding about it, but we just were not comfortable going down there on our own. Parking is scarce in this neighborhood, and not every hotel has parking. But next time I think I would take my chances with street parking.

Lovely hotel in a very pleasant area close to a large park. Metro station nearby. Hotel smelled very clean everywhere. Staff were great - I was taken ill & wasn't well enough to travel home, so needed to book a 2nd night. We had to change rooms, but they couldn't have been more helpful. My partner said the breakfast was very good. Free water available downstairs, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return! Reception staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and the body wash smelt delightful. The only pointers would be that the cleaners in the morning did little to nothing to tidy the room and all the irons were rented out so I did not have access to one. Other than that this was a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend as it is nice and affordable. I would have given it 5 stars if it was more centrally located.

We had a poor first impression of the hotel upon arrival. The room we were given had hair on the towels and a spill on the floor, leaving it wet. We asked to be moved, but were told the hotel was fully booked. Two days later, we were finally relocated to a much better room that was spotlessly clean, which improved our experience. The location is excellent, close to the city centre, nice park, great restaurants and convenient transport links nearby.

Hôtel agréable, belles chambres, petit déjeuner sympa, quartier calme. Probablement dû au fait que la chambre était équipée fauteuil roulant, mais je l’ai trouvé spacieuse tout en manquant d’ameublement (bureau minuscule, rien pour poser la valise).

It’s so scary that, when we checked out at 5 AM, we insisted that a staff member go with us! He was very nice and understanding about it, but we just were not comfortable going down there on our own. Parking is scarce in this neighborhood, and not every hotel has parking. But next time I think I would take my chances with street parking.
Small, but very nice rooms. Nice breakfast, AMAZING, friendly service, really nice hotel. Very close to a Metro station and several nice cafes. The ONLY negative thing to say is that their parking garage is scary as hell! My wife and I called it The Catacombs. The location is gorgeous right next to a huge park. It is a little farther out, but easily accessible by the metro. The room is also beautiful, and our favourite out of all the others we stayed in throughout our travels. The staff are amazing; so friendly and helpful.

I can’t rave enough about this hotel. Truly, a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was more than attentive during an extremely busy time as Paris was hosting the Olympics. The director Andre and his staff that included Julie and Sebastian were more than helpful. Frankly, I have never received such service even when I stayed in 5 star hotels. The newly renovated hotel was terrific. The residential neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved the park up the street and the fantastic patisserie around the corner.

Amazing personal service! We felt we were taken care of as a friend in stead of a guest. We were told the best way to get to places and where to find sites. We were truly sad to leave when we went home. Thank you for making our stay one we will never forget! :)

Ein eher kleineres aber sehr feines und sauberes Hotel. Zimmer sehr Sauber, Frühstück ausreichend vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 2 U Bahn Linien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist gleich ums Eck, genauso ein wunderschöner Park. Diverse Restaurants befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Beim nächsten Paris besuch werde ich es wieder buchen.

Staff were nice, and place was clean. It was noisy could both hear outside and my hotel neighbors. I didn't eat the breakfast but it didn't look appetizing. Bed was very hard. Toilet was annoyingly high off the ground. Hard to tell if AC is on as it was too warm every night.

Malheureusement il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude di vendredi au dimanche alors qu’on nous a informés du retour à la normale de la situation pour le dimanche. Le dimanche matin, toujours sans eau chaude nous nous sommes résolus à changer d’hôtel et d’en trouver un qui accepte un early checking de manière à pouvoir nous laver et nous installer dans la chambre au plus vite. Cette option est payante mais sans autre possibilité nous avons accepté. Évidemment nous n’avons pas pu effectuer les visites que nous avions prévu pour le dimanche matin en raison de ce changement. La deuxième raison qui fait que nous ne mettons que deux étoiles est que certains aliments du buffet du petit déjeuner n’étaient pas de toute fraîcheur (viandes froides). Toutefois, une mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est très serviable.
