This was supposedly an efficient hotel with stove and refrigerator but there were no pans, dishes, silverware. Not even paper cups. Most people go to efficient hotels expecting these things. Pillows were old and flimsy and I had to request a clean pillowcase, it was dirty. Not family friendly, guest outside the door smoking marijuana.

This hotel has a bit of a YMCA or dorm vibe. Furnishings are very basic; you have to pay to get a kitchen kit, so bring your own if you can (coffee pot, utensils, plates, dish soap, pans.). You turn in your own laundry and there's a $25 charge for losing your plastic key. Maid service is weekly, I believe. Very basic, but the price and location are great. I am an elderly single woman and I felt safe there, even though it's a very busy place. Good bed, always hot water, lots of TV channels. Friendly staff. I'd stay there again.

No refund policy once you check in, so if you have a problem with the rooms afterwards, then your Stuck. Room had no remote and of course they didn't have a spare one but again, i already checked in. Not sure why they DON'T have an Ice Machine and of course they didn't mention it considering it was over 95 degrees but again it was to late because I already checked in. One and Done!

The staff was great and friendly. However, I did not like that they make copies of your credit card information! You have to sign about 8 documents which I didn't understand we were only staying over night. The pillows are absolutely HORRIBLE it's like sleeping on flat pillows. If you ask for extra they charge you $25.00 which is just crazy. The bed was extra soft which we didn't like. Didn't have any ice machines at all. The place needs some updating for sure and extra cleaning. We won't be staying at this place again. I've been at better hotels/motels. They have a lol of folks that actually live in the building. So you do hear a lot of noise from other guests at times which is to be expected.

There wasn’t any housekeepers available, no pots & pans, no ice trays in freezer, one of the washer wasn’t working it took my money away but won’t start the machine.. And it said pet friendly and they want $200 deposit fee and $8.00 each night for my dog to stay in room with us.. And I have ESA letter to proof and that I do not need to pay for it.. Obviously there were lots if dogs there which I don’t believe people paid $200 fee and $8.00 each night.. This is ridiculous and crazy thing I have ever heard in my life.. No where else would charge $200 for the pets to stay.. We were not very pleased with that outcome and the way the two front desk ladies were rude and instantly for us to pay $200…

When you first walk in you know you’ve made a mistake. It smells like black and milds mixed with take out. The room was NOT clean at all. The fridge was covered in rust. There was who knows what on the floor, stains on the comforters, it was just a very unclean room. We ended up walking out and finding somewhere else to stay.

I had low expectations, but two cockroaches later, the room smelling like animal urine and smoke (it was a nonsmoking room), needless to say I was stuck two night due to my work situation and the cost was reasonable considering it was memorial weekend. I would have felt more comfortable at a campsite. I won’t be booking this year r this brand hotel again.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty, and unbelievably, they had no key for the door, leaving it open before our arrival. After a 14-hour flight, we checked in at 11:20 PM, only to find the bathroom filthy. I had to request cleaning supplies to clean it myself because we were too exhausted to deal with the hassle of complaining or changing rooms. The refrigerator was dirty, and the floors felt as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks—sticky and grimy to the touch. To make matters worse, an exit sign outside our room beeped all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The hallways were filthy and reeked of smoke. This place is a health hazard and far below any acceptable standard. I would not recommend it under any circumstances—not even if it were free.

Waited over 5 minutes at front desk to check in. No attendent. Overall property quality worth a $50 room rate. They charge $81 plus taxes and fees $92.

Nothing really unique, the room had a funny smell. It was listed as nonsmoking, but had an ashtray. The remote didnt work, and was even missing tha batteries at first. One of the chairs in the room was broken when i arrived

This place is SKETCHY. We had already pre-paid and got in late so decided to stay, but the clientele was questionable, the room was sticky and smelled of I don't even know what. Everything was just dirty. We touched as little as possible and left as early as possible. Not a great night's sleep. Spend an extra $100 and go to Holiday Inn... The ONLY thing that was even remotely positive about this place was the guy at the front desk. Honestly, if he had been rude we probably would've just walked out.

This was one of the worst hotels we wver stayed in. In fact we stayed just 2 hrs and checked out. Forget the spartan accomodarions in the room, forgot no lamp.but one switch fro wceiling spot lights, forget the plumbing not working or the bed on a cot like metal frame, it was all.of it put together. Keep the money. Never again

The only big issue I had staying here was housekeeping waking me up at 10am by banging on my door and trying to come in despite the door being locked, so she could “confirm that I was checking out today” even though I had already confirmed that with the front desk the day before. I was staying alone so it scared the mess out of me before I realized what was going on. Definitely could’ve went about that differently or at least waited until closer to checkout time. Other than that the stay was fine, the front desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms could use some updating but it’s a nice stay for the price.

Took 30 minutes for anyone to even come to the front desk they were all outside smoking just looking at me and whole place smelled like weed and the room was disgusting and stunk and definitely will not ever be coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed five nights for $112 per night so my expectations were not high. We chose the property because of the location. There was no daily room cleaning, so fresh towels and such were available from the desk. The room was accessible with plenty of grab bars, however with only a tub and no roll-in shower. The property was nestled in the trees off the main road and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were lumpy and past their prime.
