Grateful for the indoor pool - it was lovely to know my grandson could swim even if the weather was unpredictable.

The hot tub did not work and need to be updated The bar area was not open They did not clean our room or give us clean towels for the next day, but overall, it was ok

Restaurant dinner staff was excellent, as was the food. Room smelled of smoke when we arrived. There’s no bathroom fan, but the smell dissipated after a while. Though the gym rules ask you to wipe down the equipment, there are no supplies for that on the gym. Treadmills need maintenance (they are slooooooow). Most of the parking spaces are out back, but the handle was broken on one door, and our key wouldn’t work in the door by the pool, so we still had to walk around to the front. People outside talking and laughing it up at 2am was a bit annoying. TV was odd in that I had to turn it off and on if I wanted to change the channel after watching something for 10 minutes. Stay was okay, bed was comfortable, towels and bathroom were clean, staff was always pleasant and the amenities were good and it was a good, safe, place to sleep.

The room was nice, bathroom is nice, but needs ventilation. The ice machine didn't work on the the 3rd & 4th floors.

Liked the bar in the lobby and the friendly staff. Fitness center could you some work.

We had an awful stay at this property location on July 19, 2025. Our family was only staying 1 night to visit nearby Diggerland USA and then continue on to the New Jersey beach for the rest of the week. The kids wanted to use the pool and hot tub which after I let them in we realized was filthy. There was so much dirt and scum on the pool tiles the kids were scratching names and drawings into it. The rest of the night was loud with baseball team kids running and screaming down the hallways. When we confronted one of the parents of the unruly kids at 10pm to quiet down she got snippy that I didn't ask her "nice enough". We asked the front desk the next day and they just shrugged and said they have a lot of baseball teams frequently staying at this hotel. This stay was awful and I will mark it in my list to never visit this location again. So glad we only had to endure 1 night.

The property and room were clean. However, the overall maintenance of the room and property were poor: torn room black out curtains, cat claw marks on room chair, no AC in lobby, only 1 working ice machine in hotel, no soap in lobby bathrooms, only 1 working elevator. Hard to believe this is a Hilton property!

Dirt around corners of bathtub on floor. Curtains were torn as was the same in a different room six months ago. Had a cold shower in the morning. No hot water. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a very hot and cold stay. The room was clean but there were some functional issues. We got in late and we're not expecting to have to pay an upfront $100 at the counter before we would be given our room keys. Our whole trip was paid for ahead of time and nowhere ever mentioned a $50 a night extra charge. The main problem was the ants. We stayed on the 5th floor, we had gotten some food and set it on the kitchenette counter overnight. When we went to eat it in the morning there were hundreds of ants all over our food, counter, floor, and closet. No idea where hundreds of ants came from on the 5th floor. Maintenance took like an hour to come up and deal with them. After maintenance left, all the ants just came back so it was no use. The shower had bottles of soap called to the wall, but one was falling off and barely hanging on by a few strands that looked like stretched cheese. We mostly just stayed in the beds while we were there because the ants were everywhere. The hotel seemed nice but the wall paper peeling in all the halls and ants eating our food really made us not enjoy our stay.

Room had a weird smell, like a dog peed in there at some point and it wasn’t completely removed from the carpet. Some of the furniture was damaged by a pet as well. I would suggest vinyl flooring if it’s a pet friendly room and a dedicated section for those customers. The beds were comfortable and the lobby was nice. Plenty of well lit parking.

The rooms could have been much cleaner. There was black mold in the shower and it had a faint smell of cigarettes in the room itself.

So, we must have booked the “economy Hilton room” as we could barely pass one another walking in the room and our “view” was the HVAC system for the hotel. Our window view was all steel and metal, nothing else. Avoid room 222.

The room was comfortable. Convenient for our pick up and drop off car service to the airport. Guests with kids didn't always respect noise in the hallways with loud voices and slamming of doors. Heard several times a dog barking from a room.

I was disappointed in this Hilton. I expect better from this brand. Check in was fine, the receptionist helpful and friendly. However, as soon as we got to our room, it was apparent the toilet was not working. They did send someone up to put a bandaid on it but really, we should have been moved to another room. We were sitting around with the repairman in the bathroom for nearly half an hour, waiting to unpack in case were were moved. The room seemed clean but the fitted sheet on the bed was not the proper size. It did not tuck in under the mattress. The corner popped off as soon as I got into bed. I could not get it back on nor did I want someone to come up to fix it at that hour. After eight hours of driving, we hoped to use the hot tub but the pool area, where there were no towels, was extremely noisy with children and the hot tub did not look clean. In this day of personal electronics, I have come to expect USB ports in the room, at a minimum. There were none. And not even a pen in the desk drawer. The hair dryer was on its last legs. The rooms could use better sound proofing. Our neighbors came back to their room after 2:00 am and I could not sleep for all the noise of their continued loud talking. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a noon check out. The toiletries in the bathroom were adequate.

So many people came down expecting to be able to eat the continental breakfast buffet that was laid out only to be stopped by the staff and told that it wasn’t complimentary. It was very off-putting. Just make the cereal and bagels free. Also, the walls were quite thin and I could hear the people next door and people talking loudly in the halls.

The staff was great and the room was clean but seemed dated. There was no fan in the bathroom and they didn't have free WiFi (we used hotspots on our phone, that worked okay). The kitchen staff was great but in a world of free hotel breakfasts, they charge. Just something to know before booking.

Pillows were terrible. Bed was uncomfortable. When did bathrooms stop having fans?

Very clean and staff were very accommodating and professional.

At check in they could not check me in because of computer glitches. Then they surprised me with a $40 convenience fee and no breakfast when I booked a room with breakfast. Overall not customer service oriented and nothing happened the way it was supposed to. They had the nerve to tell me my credit card was declined when the kept trying to charge me over and over again. Of course it declined multiple attempts to charge me. If I could of left I would have but I had just driven 8 hours and needed rest

My husband accidentally booked the reservation for our check out with the wrong date, so when we came back our key card it was not working, we went downstairs and talked with the lady on duty who informed us that all our items were removed and that they were locked out.And all our belongings were locked up in the managers office. I was freaking out we had to wait till the asst. manager came in her name was Zena who rolled out a cart with all our things, once she got there, she couldn’t of been nicer and even took us to one of the conference rooms to look over our belongings, we would of reserved another room but the hotel was completely booked so we had to go to another hotel. But Zena handled everything really good and we were not missing anything, which totally made me feel at ease. It was totally our fault with the check out dates but she did put me at ease once it was all over. Thank you again Zena I hope corporate reads this and tells you job well done.

I recently booked a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Mt Laurel for a wedding. It was a disaster. The groom elected early check-in and was not given that courtesy, and I was not allowed to enter my room or check in because I did not have a bank card that stated my name, even though I paid in advance. I was not even given the option of cancelling my reservation when that unexpected problem occurred. The staff were difficult and rude, and when I explained what was going on the response a manager gave me was "Think of this place as an airplane, there are no refunds". That was highly unprofessional and it was dismissive. I will not allow any of my colleagues, business partners, or family members to book another Hilton. I would like my $200 refund

When checking in for 4 rooms for 3 nights I let the representative know that there was a possibility they I would not need the 3rd night. She told me to contact Expedia and let the front desk know if there were any problems which I did right away. Expedia told me they would have to get a manger to approve and would call me back, but never did. I called again the following day and was told that manager did.not approve the cancellation of the 3rd night. Went to front desk and was told that my employee, who had to bring his dog on the trip was being evicted due to excessive barking. He said they only allow dogs up to 10 lbs even though their website says dogs up to 70lbs are permitted. I still understood their position as they got complaints about the dog barking. I told the manager I accepted their decision with the dog and was willing to pay for all 3 nights for that room but requested a refund for the 3 other rooms for the 3rd night that we did not need. I was told “absolutely not” by the extremely rude general manager stating that I caused him lost revenue because of the dog. I explained that one thing had nothing to do with the other and that I notified them of this being a possibility upon my check in and followed their instructions by contacting Expedia first and gave 48hrs notice. My business does a lot of work in this area , but I’d sleep in my trucks before EVER staying at this hotel again.

Close to shopping good location

We had a nice time at the HGI in Mount Laurel. We were coming back from vacation and wanted to stay close to family to visit the next day. Everything is up to date and comfortable. The food was very good.

Staff was great, but fighting a facility with problems from low water pressure to uncomfortable chairs to broken air conditioning (or do they simply choose not to air-condition the corridors? kinda rough when it's 100 degrees outside). Breakfast is a scam: paying for "breakfast included" in your fare doesn't give you access to the hot food, just a very limited continental breakfast that you could purchase cheaper across the street. I would have accepted all this from a Super 8 where I'd paid $80/night, but this place charged more than three times that, and was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere near that price point in my life. That said, the staff really was trying to make it work, and was nothing but gracious, attentive, and helpful whenever I made my needs known.

Good Hotel with good breakfast

The room was old, unclean and noisy throughout. I paid for breakfast and the waiter wanted to charge for breakfast again.

The steak was excellent and the bartender is super outgoing and friendly.
