When checking in the staff were not so friendly. The pool was small the terrace was packed not many seats. I also did not have a great city view for the $600 I paid for. Might not return and we do once a week outing to downtown

From the moment of our check-in the staff at Royal Sonesta’s River North location made us feel welcomed. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the location is convenient to everything you want to see in Chicago. We were walking distance from the River and Millennium Park, etc. I especially want to thank Gabby and Spiro for their hospitality when I checked in. Great hotel!
