시내에 있어 어디든 이동하기 쉽고 도보로 가기 쉬운 맛집들이 많아요. 수영장은 이용객이 거의 없고 샤워실에 있는 사우나는 작게 두개 있어요. 인민광장 가깝고 와이탄까진 꽤 걸어야하지만 길이 쉬워서 산책겸 걸어갔어요. 지하철은 안타봐서 모르겠으나 역이랑 가깝다고 하네요. 방은 넓고 쾌적합니다. 택시부르기 좋은 로비와 상냥한 직원들이 있고 중국어가 안통해도 쉽게 체크인과 체크아웃이 가능합니다. 푸동공항까지 50분 상해 서커스까지 택시 25분 따룬파 마트까지 택시 대략 20분 대한민국임시정부 택시 15분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 맥도날드, 루이싱커피, 신세계백화점, 헤이티, 하이디라오, 도원향마사지샵이 있습니다. 인민광장 초입에 있는 나이키,스벅건물에 강병성외 카오위(생선요리)도 가깝고 인민광장 반대편 쪽으로 가면 지엔삥이나 현지요리식당이 많이 있습니다. 주변에 아침식사가 가능한 식당이 많고 호텔 조식도 중식, 양식 서로 따로 나뉘어져있지만 둘 다 이용 할 수 있습니다. 적당한 가격에 좋은 호텔이라고 생각해요.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls. Check-in and check-out were quick and thorough. All the staff were professional, efficient and sincere. We stayed at the executive floor. The lounge’s service was awesome. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening hors d’oeuvres had a wide selection of food, desserts and wines (evening only). The only issue was the Wi-Fi. It was slow and I was not able to use FaceTime. Also, Wi-Fi did not work in the bathroom areas. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente servicio, muy céntrico a unos pasos de people square y de la estación. Increible servicio de spa, alberca y gym (incluido en el costo). Por unos dolares mas tienes acceso al lounge con excelente servicio, comida y bebidas. Amabilidad de todo el personal, pero en especial de Oscar y Jose de la recepcion que hablaban español y nos ayudaron muchisimo en la estancia

Long hair found in the omelette from the breakfast buffet. It was halfway in my mouth, so disgusting, made me never want to eat omelette again. Drain in the shower didn't work well, I had to stop showering just after a few minutes in the shower, otherwise, I was afraid the water would overflow onto the entire bathroom floor. The drain made a loud weird noise when all water finally run out. After this, the drain seemed to be working well, but then there was a smell coming out of the drain. Not a 5-star I expected. Will not return and will not recommend to others.

Excellent and spacious room. Connected to a luckin coffee and McDonald's and just across shopping malls. Lobby driveway is sometimes packed at peak hour so you have to buffer extra time for your taxi to get to you.

Back to Shanghai for a short stay after many years later. Room was spacious and the high floor unit has a fantastic view, unblock view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Tower and many other building in Pudong. Many eartery around and walking distance to the walking street. Overall great comfortable stay.

Excellent location. Amazing breakfast buffet but what made the stay memorable was the amazing staff - from receptionist, to the bell hop and the restaurant staff!! They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and needs. Special shoutout to Cora at the front desk.

A firm average conference hotel. Location is great. We were suckered into being iffered an 'upgrade' which resulted in a worse room, higher up withoit the view of the Bunt. Tried to sort it throighoit the trip eventually speaking with someone on our last night who tried her best and if we'd been put through to her before I am sure she would have sorted it. If you are looking for a functional place to lay your head I am sure it is fine but if you have any leisure time at all there isn't a space to relax.

Although everything about this hotel was top notch, what I thought was remarkably outstanding was the level of service in the lobby. There were many staff that greeted you, assisted you, and were available to answer any question or conceivable request. At the end of my stay I had to get to the Shanghai train station and not only did the bellman call me a taxi, but he double checked to make sure I was going to the right train station and that the taxi would be able to accept cash as payment and he wrote down on a card the name of the train station to give to the taxi driver to make sure he did not take me to the wrong place. Such excellent help because I speak no Chinese.

It’s a busy hotel so check in can take some time but everything is good here. Across the stress is a high end mall with dining and shopping. The guest room is modern and clean with great view and staffs are friendly.

Property cleanliness is pretty good. The parts where i lower the ranking is its service. I planned to extend my stay and book the extra days through the hotel, however the hotel declined saying i have to do it on all online even though i was planning to make a new booking directly with them. Additionally i booked a hotel car to take me to the airport the day before so that way i could have the room be charged for it. I verified with the hotel in the morning for my booking, but ince my booking time came around they booked a taxi and said i had to go get cash to pay for the ride.

Hotel was in a great central location. Rooms were okay, a little tired around the edges. Staff at front desk were clearly drowning in work. It is an extremely busy hotel, which meant your requests may sometimes go unheard.

Its our go to hotel whenever we visit Shanghai. Its convenient and within walking distance to nanjing pedestrian street. Many eateries that open till late in the opposite mall. Its beside 新世界新世界mall too. Service is welcoming and great! Thumbs up!

The property is conveniently place at people’s SQ you can ride line 1 all the way from either Shanghai Airport for a few USD. The Bund and tourist centre is right here. The hotel is large and safe with many staff. Really nice

Room is good and generally speaking, the staff are very helpful. However, they don’t have many choices for in room dinning and breakfast. The Chinese restaurant Man Bao Lou is the first and also last time that we would go…it took ages for them to prepare food. We ordered 6 dishes at Man Bao Lou and they took 2 hours to prepare. Very inefficient.

Our stay was very pleasant, the location is extremely good, walking distance to the metro and with the shopping Center just next door, very convenient for shopping.. the famous Nanjing walking street is close by as well…the only disappointing thing is the breakfast, for the price it’s very expensive… but for those who can afford it it’s not an issue..
