Very close yet a little off the vibrant areas. Direct access to the tram, walking distance to the Burg complex, town hall, parliament, etc. Unfortunately, parking is not offered and is expensive if you do not want to cross half the city dropping off and picking up. Breakfast has good selection but soon empties past 9. The wellness area is good but the steam bath was out of order. The room service continued to deny that we were a family of 4 and the number of towels were always only swapped for 2. Hotels can get expensive and 3 nights including breakfast for a party of 4 is already an expense you need to plan for. Are there more affordable hotels? Yes, but Flemings is overall nice.

Der CheckIn und CheckOut verliefen reibungslos und bei früher Anreise oder später Abreise besteht die Möglichkeit die Koffer zu deponieren. Das Superior Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem ohne Rückenschmerzen zu bekommen. Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer ist Geschmacksache, das WC war separat. Hier hat man leider keine Ablagefläche. An Pflegeprodukten gab es Shampoo , Duschgel, und Handseife. Leider keine Lotion. Der Minikühlschrank war nicht bestückt und es gab auch keinen Kugelschreiber oder Block um etwas zu notieren. Für ein 4,5 Sternehotel etwas mager…. Es gibt einen kleinen Wellnessbereich der aus zwei Saunen und Fitnessgeräten besteht. Die 3. Sauna war defekt. Handtücher, Bademäntel und Badeschuhe aus Stoff werden gestellt. Eine Wasserkaraffe stand im Ruheraum, jedoch wird diese nicht immer aufgefüllt. Wegen der Erweiterung Wellness ist das Hotel ab April 2025 ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Daran müsste man noch etwas arbeiten damit dieser Standard erreicht wird. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es wird alles sehr zügig aufgefüllt, nur der Lachs war sonntags nicht verfügbar. Bei Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt: die haben gestern alles aufgefressen, das muss man so sagen. Den gibt’s erst am Montag wieder. Na ja, vielleicht ist das der Wiener Humor, mir hat’s jedenfalls die Sprache verschlagen. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel empfehlen, da es wirklich sehr zentral liegt und die Haltestelle der Tram 2 direkt vor der Tür ist. Die U2 ist 5 Minuten entfernt.

I arrived after a long day of traveling without eating. I asked an employee where I could get something to eat - he told me to order from the bar - I sat at the bar 15 minutes when he finally asked me what I wanted. I asked for a menu - he said they were done serving. It was 10:03. Despite being there and trying to order, I was told I’d have to leave the hotel and find my own food.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant within hotel was wonderful and food delicious. Very enjoyable stay in Vienna. Hotel does not have onsite parking so that was a bit of a walk to park/retrieve car, but still manageable.

Excellent, well located hotel. Very accessible by public transport (Tram 2 passes the door). Friendly and helpful staff who are happy to assist with any requests. Nice restaurant and bar on site and convenient to many other restaurants.

Very clean, updated, quiet. Easy access to city transportation and tourist hot spots. Room was a bit small, with the (terrific) shower seemingly in the middle of the room. Extremely comfortable bed. Espresso maker and frig in room. There’s a nice workout room and sauna, with showers and towels available. Did not try the restaurant, but looks very nice with very reasonable prices.

We booked the middle choice on Expedia and got downgraded to the basement. Staff never checked in with us to see how our stay was. The room had cobwebs and bugs. The walls are thin so you can hear all of the neighboring noises and you hear ever time the toilet flushes via the pipes in the rooms above us. House keeping did make the bed everyday though. Don't have a whole lot to praise the hotel for unfortunately. We had to shift our way through conference goers in the hallway from our elevator (not even the main elevator) at the back of the hotel.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Leider war das Zimmer doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gardinen hatten Brandlöcher und Flecken. Das selbe war bei der Bettwäsche der Fall. Zudem waren die Oberlichter des Bettes voll mit toten Kleingetier, dies war ersichtlich sobald man die Beleuchtung angeschaltet wurde.

I have been staying at Flemmings hotel for last 6 years. Through the years I have been seeing changes. The first few years, they used to provide two bottles of water, coffee and milk, clean the rooms on a daily basis. Now, one bottle water as welcome, coffe and clean the rooms every two days. It doesn’t feel like I am in a hotel anymore. I would like my room to be cleaned everyday if I’m staying outside of my known environment and if I’m in a hotel settings. I can buy water and coffee, no problem, but I want my room to be cleaned everyday.

The hotel has a great location, close to a subway station, and a tram stop is right outside. It is also walking distance to the Museum Quarter. There are nice coffee places and a grocery store nearby. Our room was super spacious and clean. The bed was indeed comfortable and huge. We arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time, and the friendly hotel staff kindly provided us with a room without an extra cost, which was amazing. The only tiny issue is that the shower is inside the room with transparent walls, which might not be for all types of guests.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast, tram to the opera and to connect to other places right outside the door. It is super odd to have glass shower in the middle of the room regardless with whom you are staying. It’s also means noise in the room when someone takes shower in the room on the floor above. If I saw it in the picture of the room I have selected to book, I would not proceed with the hotel. Getting the glass frosted at least from 2 sides would be great

The hotel stay overall was ok but there were different situations where I felt like it’s definitely not worth the money I paid for such an experience. Before the trip I wanted to call and secure a flight transfer. The lady at the reception was definitely not friendly, her tone was annoyed and It was very uncomfortable for me. When we got to the airport, no one was waiting for us. After some back and forth searching for our name on the screens drivers held up we called the hotel. The person answering was very quick to say that I didn’t book my transfer in time and there’s nobody coming. Explained that I did it in the early morning and after several back and forth calls we have gotten a taxi. It would’ve been cheaper and frustration free experience if we have booked a random taxi ourself. The check in and facilities were ok, but overall cleanness was not that great. We agreed to cleaning every 2nd day but the room was not properly clean. We could still see the breadcrumbs from the 1st day after they clean. The hotel claims to be smoke free but there were people smoking in the hotel door facing the restaurant so we were forced to go away. The staff never bothered to say anything to the persons doing that. The facilities were good, the sauna and the gym. No complaints there, gym was a bit small but I guess it’s enough for a short stay.

Fantastisches 4-Sterne Hotel am Rande der Wiener Innenstadt. Das Früstück ist mit 24€ pro Person stark überteuert, aber es gibt Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe als Alternative. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Tram und die Straße runter gibt es einen Billa. Das Zimmer selbst hat großzügig Platz, eine tolle Dusche und war in unserem Fall wie gewünscht nach hinten hinaus sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist modern und es hat alles funktioniert.

I concur with some "recent" reviews prior to ours that our overall ck in was less than expected based on extensive reviews before we booked. The female front desk staff was very flat handed us the key with really no welcome or info about anything in hotel. In "writing" from Expedia we showed a booking for a room with a balcony/city view in which the staff indicated we did not have a reservation? We booked 3 mos in advance. Either Expedia misrepresented this info on there website or the hotel denied us what we paid for which I will take up with Expedia.Our room did have a city view only no balcony. I could nickpik minor things but ultimately the room was clean.We never went back down and dealt with front desk again until ck out. Now what saved this hotel from a low rating was the downstairs breakfast staff and how delightful and attentive they were to all. The selection and variety of all options of food had a wonderful presentation and they worked very hard to keep everything clean plus they were engaging. A special shout out to Rosita whos personality shines and made our experience delightful every morning. Location a plus, safe area and clean.
