Perfect location for the tube, especially Piccadilly line to all major tourist spots. Very quiet, had no street noise and we were only on the first floor. Nice bar and lounge area. Beds and bathroom clean and comfy. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Check in was easy, even though they were busy. We required a low floor room for someone with a disability and they were accommodated. The rooms were lovely. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, you could even have a fresh omelette, make your own pancakes. There is working going on at the moment in the restaurant and bar area but this did not effect our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

My room was tiny, and not that clean. When I arrived lifts were not working for about a day. I travel a lot on business and prefer good value hotels, nothing posh, but this was by far the worst hotel. They really need to modernize and update their rooms.

3pm check-in is too late, even if you’ll hold bags until that time. I came back to the room one day at 4:15p and the hotel staff was cleaning the room. I appreciate the thorough thoughtfulness, but that’s “my time”. The bar area and gym were nice and comfortable. The room itself is ready for a visual makeover…paint, etc. Overall 4/5 Stars

Location is good. Had trouble with the lifts and getting to desired floor as untold by staff how to operate the lifts. Needed room key card to get to floor. The pillows are too soft causing a very uncomfortable sleep and neck pain the following day. No hot chocolate in the room only tea and coffee. Went to breakfast early so could go back to bed after. Only for housekeeping to knock and wake us hours before check out time. As they wanted to clean the room. Visible dust in wall and ceiling joinings. Wondering why £39.00 was taken from the deposit when we had 2 drinks each costing roughly £30.50 £3.00 tip

Unimpressed by this Hilton property. The view from our window was ridiculously bad. The works going on in reception was unadvertised. I wouldn’t stay here again.

From check in to check out this 3 weekday stay was perfect. Check in quick. Room very clean and comfortable. Bar and food reasonably priced and seating area perfect. Service very good and everyone pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent with so much choice.

We booked Hilton as generally guaranteed what u get but, I lost an earring back and was on floor looking for it, found a old sock under the bed and part of the hair dryer across the room, after this I generally felt the room was unclean, the tea at breakfast brought to the table in a pot was not nice, the help yourself one was better. The pancake machine needed bags changing when I went to use it, so a few things a little disappointing

This is a lovely hotel in a great, central location, close to Oxford Street and the West End. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed and a really new bathroom. It has a nice, cosy bar and the breakfast was brilliant with made to order eggs and lots of healthy options. The staff are really friendly and polite. I was very surprised when I looked up the directions to see a bad review, I can't understand how anyone could think it was a poor hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The main entrance is impressive and clean. The staff were pleasant. We quickly stored our bags in the room and went the theatre. On returning we noticed that the sink was cracked, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, bath and sink stained and finally and most important only one tea bag and milk for both of us. Breakfast was lovely but the greeting was non informative or helpful. The other staff were great. On my experience I’ve had better from a multi budget establishment.

The room was very compact The chest of drawers were broken and didn't close. The wardrobe doors didn't close, when I opened one door if only opened 1/2 way due to the hinge on the main door stopping it. The pillows went completely flat when you put your head on it. The handles on the windows were filthy. The pipes in the room banged all night. The hotel was noisy with doors opening and closing until the early hours. Had a awful night sleep Was probably the worst room I have stayed in, we have stayed in many hotels in London, when booking this hotel I expected it to provide what I had paid for considering it was not cheap. The breakfast was good

The first night it was very uncomfortable - the room too small, everything was squeezed in, it was too claustrophobic & the sofa bed was so thin that I have had sleepless night. The next day after my complaint we were moved to another room which was what I was expecting when I initially make the reservation, a proper sofa bed. So all in all, 1 bad night sleep and 1 good night sleep

I booked a double room and was upgraded to a king sized bed, it was a good room. TV worked well, shower was good, air conditioning was good. Only downside was no view or windows did not open. But it was quiet.

The hotel was a great location but the room was very small. For over £200 for a one night stay I also did not expect to have mold all around the bath and a broken handle on the bathroom window with jagged edges. There was also a light in the wardrobe that wouldn’t turn off when then wardrobe door was closed so there was an annoying glow from the wardrobe throughout the night.

We thought being a Hilton the standard would be good but sadly not. We booked a family room and it wasn’t great especially for the price of £300 a night. The pull out bed was in such bad condition it was like sleeping on concrete and you could feel every bar and spring. The aircon unit was faulty and sounds like someone was snoring the whole time plus the light on the dial on the wall was flashing all night lighting up the room. The windows were not safe as they opened up full and a child could fall out of them. Room was very dated and felt run down, curtains were all different lengths and the fridge didn’t work. Also the shower went from burning hot to freezing cold and it was dribbling out so took forever to have a shower whilst trying not to burn your skin. We didn’t sleep at all so I’d suggest paying a bit more and having a good night sleep so your next day isn’t ruined. The location was good for us but that was about all I can say was good.

A nice hotel but unfortunately a couple of issues with our room. The curtain didn’t cover the window- it looked like the curtain rail was broken- so being on a main road with street lighting the room had a lot of light coming in at night which was very annoying. Also the TV didn’t work. We did report this to reception but it was sorted during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was nice

The hotel is well-maintained and very well-located, but the staff is unprofessional to the point that I returned to my room after lunch one day and housekeeping had left the door unlocked (meaning the deadbolt was turned so the door didn't close completely). Nothing was missing, but it's ridiculous. They said the housekeeper had just finished and was close by, but I never saw any indication that anyone was keeping an eye on the hall, let alone the rooms. Luckily, my room was at the end of the hall, so there was no reason for anyone to go past the door and I use the safe, so it was just clothing and toiletries in the room. They did respond quickly and were very apologetic, but it's still an outrageous oversight.

It was a nice place to stay but the check in was terribl. It said check in from 3 so we arrived at 3:10 said our room wasn’t ready, wasn’t ready until 3:50. The queues to check in were terrible and it took such a long time. There was other ppl that had the same issue as us

Excellent location only a few minutes from Holborn tube and a 10 minute walk from Covent Garden. Service was welcoming and friendly although it was disappointing that the front desk was poorly manned, at check in and on collecting our luggage on the day of departure we waited around as there were no staff in the lobby. Free fresh cookies when checking in were a lovely touch and were delicious. We stayed in a premium suite which consisted of two levels, double sofa bed was made up on the top level for our 5 year old and a king on the lower floor with bathroom. Small room with little walk space, but well appointed with everything we needed for the weekend. Downside to the room was the musty smell, there were also access hatches on the walls and ceiling, that had been hacked around and the finish was unsightly. Breakfast was great in the usual buffet style, fresh and hot English breakfast options. Good selection of fresh fruit, pastries and cereal. My daughter particularly liked the hot pancake machinę. Staff at breakfast were fantastic, very attentive and really looked after our family. All in all, a good hotel for a short weekend away we would stay again.

From check in to check out everyone i came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Norhing was too much for them, Reception Team very polite well spoken and extremely informative, as were the staff in the bar.

Clean, pleasant, modern and fairly priced hotel. 15 min walk from Euston Station and 15 min walk to Covent Garden. Good location for visiting central London. Were also happy to storw our cases after checkout (no charge) until we collected them later for our train.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a good location for London theatre shows! There were a few hiccups, ate in restaurant prior to show and they had limited food and service due to being busy with corporate dining events! Waiter did his best for us and got our food quickly but nachos were just crumbs in bowl with dips thrown on, burgers were really good though! Another table walked out as they had been there for an hour and not been given any food! We did get nachos taken off bill! Bar staff were very friendly and attentive in bar area when we returned for a drink. Fire alarm went off at 6.45 in the morning and was difficult to find staff to see what was happening, some guests were leaving and standing outside in pjs, was little scary for our daughter but staff apologised when we checked out!

Friendly Reception and hospitality at the check in and the room was clean and a quiet location which allowed for a great rest. The breakfast service was excellent on the lower floor and all round was very pleased with the stay and hope to return one day on another visit!

Second time staying here. Nice area. Great for souvenir shopping. Very close to the theater district and lots of wonderful food choices nearby. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet.
