We stayed in an apartment it was up 4 flights of stairs ( I was out 3 months from knee surgery) so that was tough it was very warm with just one small AC unit to cool it down in the living room We had to take our trash down at the end of our stay. No amenities and it was outrageously expensive almost 900 euro per night. Will never use this hotel again

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very nice. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The location was good as well. We walked to Notre Dame in about 8 minutes. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

The staff was super friendly, and the location is wonderful for being close to my favorite neighborhoods. The room was very quiet and the air-conditioning worked very well. I like that there is a toilet room separated from the sink and shower, and the bathing towels are not super thick, but they are large, which is nice. The sink had a lot of surface cracks, which in my opinion harbor bacteria, and the drain was either in or out as a loose piece. In the shower, there was decent pressure and hot water, but they do not offer conditioner, which I find to be a most basic amenity. If you’re going to have two products, let it be shampoo and conditioner as shampoo can be body wash. I was not a fan of the square pillows One thing that was gross, but I let it slide & mentioned it at checkout, the housekeeper repeatedly missed a pair of used shriveled contact lenses (someone else’s) that were on the side table, a little hidden fyi, but made me feel like a thorough cleaning was not performed. The grout in the bathroom floor reflected a similar level of cleanliness. We stayed up late and never made it to breakfast so I can’t speak to that, but it was nice to have a mini bar fridge with room for our own purchases. They did provide in-room coffee items and one small bottle of water the first day. A little underwhelming. One per-person would have been nice, but I think they meant it to be used in the hot water heater for the instant coffee, to be fair. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars.
