Excellent hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent, good gym, pool, tennis courts and a drive range. The walk in to the old quarter and other local attractions is pretty straight forward. Takes about 20-30 mins, taxis cost buttons and take about 10-15 mins. Friendly staff and very helpful. Pricier than other hotels but it’s got the luxury feel about it at a very reasonable price.

We had a great stay at the Hanoi Club. We really enjoyed the location not far from the old town, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the balcony and the lake view and we also enjoyed the golf driving range. Highly recommended.

Wer sich auf ein Frühstück mit lokaler Note gefreut hat, wird hier enttäuscht. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde der Aufzug ausgetauscht, sodass der Zugang zum Zimmer nur über den Personaleingang möglich war. Das war zwar ungewohnt, aber nicht weiter schlimm, da das Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit war. They were having renovation work completed so it wasn’t a particularly quiet or peaceful time to stay. The sound proofing of the rooms wasn’t great therefore it was quite noisy at times. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was very small. There was a lovely view from the room.

Loved the property. Directly on the lake with a pool and driving range. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms ive ever come across. The sauna and jacuzzi were a huge plus. Bun Cha at the restaurant was to die for. Breakfast Buffett was pretty good, loved the espresso machine. Staff very attentive, great customer service! A bunch of Cafes within 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel. WIll definitely be back.

Stayed a number of times in recent years. Nice overall improvements to the property. Lots of facilities on site. Very nice restaurant and wide ranging menu selections. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Good location encountered from airport into downtown and most of the attractions. Special note to golfers:excellent driving range facility!
