"I booked a non-smoking room, but I was surprised to be given a smoking room at check-in. Moreover, every morning, the hallway was filled with cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant as a non-smoker. The head spa was supposed to be open until 11:30 p.m., but when I visited at 10 p.m., it was already closed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

Building Out side view was great. But as sion as I checked into the room, air-conditioning was running with massive smell of moulds, which made me sleepless all night.(had to wake uo 3 times, unable to breath......) I never recommend this hotel to anybody, nor stay here again.

非常非常糟糕的入住經驗，我有買早餐，櫃檯也給早餐券，第二天早上去吃早餐，說我不能用早餐。第二天櫃檯居然無法處理，主管不敢出來處理，櫃檯都在發呆，沒人能處理。到最後僵持了一小時也沒處理，我沒辦法等下去，還要趕時間，最後就放棄再爭取了。下次絕對不會再入住，那麼大一間飯店，連小事都無法處理，出入複雜，也沒人管理，住進去後自己看著辦。
