Given the price I paid for 1 night (~$450 w/breakfast) I was expecting a little more. We had 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels, no wash cloths. There was only 1 hook to hang a towel on the back of the door. The bathroom door, as well as the bed, squeaked. My husband had 3 bites of his scrambled eggs with shell. He stopped eating at that point. So…I probably would not stay here again.

The hotel and our room was nice but the staff need additional training. On the first night our food took 45 minutes to arrive. There were only 2 members of staff working which was not enough. When we were sitting in the bar another table ordered 3 bottles of beer. The member of staff spilled the tray and the beer spilled over one of the men. She did not wipe the table by the time we left 30 minutes later and the spilled beer was left to drip onto the carpet. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were offered an “upgrade” to a smaller room on a higher floor. We were then given the option to move to another room on the same floor but at that point were told there was an issue with the water pump affecting a number of rooms air conditioning, including the room we were offered to move to! We decided to stay in the original room and requested a fan to help deal with the temperature issue. Not a great customer experience

Amazing experince. Had to give a shout out to a girl who worked the front desk - unsure about her name as she didn’t have a badge but she was indian and wore glasses - truly went above and beyond for me while I was staying, even while upset with a personal situation she made sure to sit with me and help me calm down, give me water ect. Such a special person and a real credit to this hotel :)
