Check-In Vorgang dauert viel zu lang. Kein heißes Wasser für Tee zu bekommen (Wasserkocher in der Küche defekt, Automat brachte dreckige Brühe hervor). Frühstück langweiliger, täglich gleicher Continental-Stil, aber das war für uns ok. 3 Steckdosen im Zimmer und alle unsinnig platziert. Zimmer recht hellhörig, teilweise sehr lauter Straßenlärm. Wer nur günstig schlafen möchte und eh kaum im Hotel ist, kann das aber durchaus machen. Die U-Bahn Anbindung war gut und nah. Parken ist zu teuer am Hotel.

Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck zu verstauen. Das Hotel ist wohl auch auf Autoreisende und nicht auf Touristen mit Bahn oder Flugzeug ausgerichtet. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass man in einem Hotel keine Koffer stehen lassen kann. So muss man bei An- und Abreise selber schauen, wo man sein Gepäck verstauen kann... Das ist sehr aufwändig und unnötig. Dass die Zimmer einfach sind wussten wir - und störte auch nicht. Allerdings wurde an einem (von zwei) Morgen unsere Zimmer (wir hatten zwei) nicht gemacht: weder gebettet noch die Handtücher gewechselt. Ebenfalls ein Novum - wiederspiegelt wohl aber die Qualität dieser Unterkunft. Ich reise oft - es ist aber das erste Mal, dass ich ein Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen kann.

Sehr praktische Unterkunft. Zimmer war groß, Betten waren bequem und der Wasserdruck hervorragend:) Personal war super nett und hilfreich. In der Gegend gibt es unzählige Supermärkte und eine Tankstelle direkt gegenüber. Die U Bahn war nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren auf Konzertreise und die Arena war fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. In der Unterkunft gibt es Parkplätze für 14 Euro / Tag.

Good value for money if you are traveling without a car. Parking my car in the garage under the hotel added €15 per day to the bill. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Room was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. One big gripe -- my wife and I like to sit up in bed and work on our computers, and we also like to charge our mobile phones beside the bed each night. There are no power outlets near the bed -- there was only one in the whole room -- in a corner of a wall opposite the bed. Luckily, I carry an extension cord and several power boards with me but that meant we had cables all over the floor -- a tripping hazard!

We arrived three hours before checking and they haven`t any place to leave bagagge until the checking starts. We had to leave baggage in the locker of a metro station (Sudtiroler), but anybody in the hotel gave us this information. We got it in the tourist information office of Viena.

It is cheap. But it is the only good point. Concerning the flaws we found; - rooms lack of fornitures. They are only 3 racks. So you have to let your clothes inside the luggages. - housekeeping is not accurate. Once they even forgot to clean up our room. - pillows are too soft and unconfurtable. - ventilation inside the bathroom did not work. - WC, shower and sink are in different spaces, leaving no privacy. Prisvärt men håll förväntningarna därefter. Jag var jättenöjd kontra priset. Personalen var mycket trevlig. Hotellet ligger på nära promenadavstånd till metron. Även nära till matvarubutik om man vill köpa något. Det är ett enkelt hotell. Det fanns inga eluttag vid sängen och bara 2 uttag plus 1 vid handfatet. Var svårt att ladda upp allt. Reser med telefon, och smartklocka, men vill gärna ha möjlighet att även ladda powerbanks över natten. Toaletten var väldigt trång och liten. Kändes som jag satt fast mellan väggarna. Handfat ute i rummet var lite konstigt men inget fel rent funktionsmässigt. Duschen hade lågt tryck men funkade som man förväntar sig.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht schalldicht, man könnte draussen alles hören, wenn andere Gäste die Türen zu knallen. Die Jalousie war defekt könnte leider nicht mehr hochziehen. Sehr begrenzt gehalten im Zimmer ein sehr kleiner Plastikhocker. Kleines Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer, Dusche war nebendran. Kein Föhn im Zimmer, musste man an der Rezeption eine Kaution in Bar zahlen. Sehr gut war die Anbindung zu U-Bahn Station zur Innenstadt. Neben dran war ein Billa Supermarkt. Gehminuten gab es ein Sparmarkt und ein Hofer / Aldi Discounter, wo man sich was kaufen könnte. Für schlafen war es okay, da man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Wlan und Fernseher vorhanden. Bett war okay. Negativ es gab keinen 2ten Mülleimer im Zimmer, das hat mir gefehlt.Nur einen kleinen unterdem Waschbecken.

Great Location & Breakfast, But Rooms Are Small I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Vienna. The location is excellent—close to a subway station, which makes getting around the city very convenient, especially for tourists. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety and quality. The rooms, however, were on the smaller side, and there were occasional issues with the air conditioning. Despite that, the convenience of the location and the great breakfast made up for it. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Rezeptionist Nikola und gute Beratung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien. Zimmer war sauber gute Klimaanlage und gutes Wlan. Die U-Bahn Station ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und die Verbindung zur ganzen Stadt ist sichergestellt .

On check in receptionist told me he can not give me receipt because I booked on expedia?, although I told him I chose to pay at property.He told me it is already payed and I should write to expedia for receipt?.Room was ok, but light above bed was not in function, so you can turn the light on or off only at door switch. Tomorrow morning I had to ask again another receptionist for receipt and he gave me receipt with no problem at all.

Beaucoup de monde en attente à la réception ou un seul des deux agents s'occupe de la clientèle. Aprés vingt bonnes minutes d'attente et aprés avoir rempli la fiche d'identité, on nous demande de payer l'hotel alors que la réservation avait été payée depuis la France par carte VISA. L'hotel affirme ne pas avoir reçu le paiement d'Hotels.com ??? !!!. Le parking est payant 14 Euros par jour, sans autre possibilité de stationner en extérieur ou dans le quartier. La chambre est sous équipée et spartiate: pas de penderie, un tabouret mais pas de chaise, peu de prise électrique pour recharger les téléphones et le PC portable. La cabine de douche est étroite. Le seul avantage est la station de métro "Erdberg" à un demi kilomètre.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay and settled on this hotel. The area around the hotel is very limited. Basically on the edge of Vienna. There was a grocery store and a gas station next door and some restaurants in the metro stop that was a 10 minute walk. But being so far outside the city center meant a quiet area. I felt safe walking alone at night as a female. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower floor was very slick. I did not eat the breakfast as I felt the price was too high. Overall, the hotel fit what I needed as a budget hotel with its own bathroom and near public transport.

Das schlechteste Hotel indem ich je war. Es gab kein Fhön, keinen Kleiderschrank, keinen Safe, kein Bügeleisen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe.. Kalter Kaffee, keine große Auswahl... 1ne Sorte Brötchen.. und 2 Sorten Brot. Eier gab es mal ja mal nein und die waren eiskalt... Für Vegetarier oder Veganer, wäre das der Untergang gewesen. Null Abwechslung und die Putzfrau, war auch Motzih ohne ende... Für knapp 90€ die Nacht, war es eine bodenlose Frechheit. Diese Hotelkette ist das Letzte.
