Location, service, convenience is excellent. It’s a hidden gem “stone throw” away from Grand Canal, in a quiet corner of a side street. Inside yard is too real nice to take a drink break at late evening.

Great location on a canal very close to St. Mark’s Square and ferry stops, but no hotel sign due to historical property legislation so hard to find with only a doormat inside with hotel name and since it is a very small hotel with 14 rooms, employees in the area can’t give directions. Nice courtyard and across from a very good and reasonable restaurant, Roberto’s.

Pick this hotel for Venice. Less than 5 minute walk to St. marks square. Plenty of shopping and food within a 10 minute walk. Waterfront less than 2 minute walk. Hotel is on a small canal with gondolas out front. Very clean and friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again

This hotel, overall, is lovely. It is a nice location, within walking distance of the Taxi dock or the transportation dock. The young man working at the front desk was a bit snippy with us. It seemed like he was in a hurry, and that he was not as friendly as other receptionists we have dealt with at other hotels. The shower water pressure was really nice, but the mold on the caulking was disgusting. They probably need to take a look at that and replace the caulking in the showers.

Hotel is clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is next to the bar where people hang out on street late night with their dogs. I think most of them get drunk by midnight and were very loud. Windows were not sound proof so really hard to sleep with so much noise of drunk people and dogs barking in the middle of the night

L’hôtel est très bien situé, vraiment agréable et à bon prix. Le personnel est accueillant et gentil. Tout est confortable. Lovely hotel! Very close to the water taxi, Saint Marks Square, shopping and dining. Our room was clean and plenty big - we are a family of 4 which made it hard to find a room to accommodate us, and I would definitely return to this one! We paid for the breakfast option in advance when booking and the choices were great! Staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Isole! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially the man cleaning the rooms and the woman managing the breakfast/eating area. One concierge man was very kind, the other was a bit colder, but not rude at least. The hotel is very close to the lagoon for easy transportation by public boat or private water taxi to other stops around Venice, Murano, the train station, or to the airport. Our room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom. There’s a very good restaurant next to the hotel, Alla Rivetta, that had the best service and friendly staff we had in all of Italy so far. I recommend Le Isole as a great hote, especially if you want a clean place that’s close by Doje’s Palace and St Mark’s square and public water transport.

I love this hotel! The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. It was a great location where everything was walkable, walking thru shops, cafes, restaurants, and a few minutes to the grand canal, St Mark’s square, Rialto bridge, churches. Perfect location away from packed tourists, and crowds but very close to every landmark. I felt safe staying here. The staff were amazing! From the dining staff, to the 24 hour front desk staff, and the rest of the hotel staff. Coffee and snacks were available even at 3 am. We’ve been in Italy for 10 days but we kept waking up at 3 in the morning. lol A little pricey but we felt it was a very safe location and I would go back and book here again!!!!

Nice little hotel, close to Piazza San Marcos, though not too close to exit the hotel into a sea of people walking. The Alilaguna and vaporetto stations are about 5 minutes walking. We had a wonderful stay. The staff members were extremely nice and accomodating. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and we slept well. The rooms are small, but normal for this city.

The hotel is very well located. 3 minutes to get to the San Marco square, 2 minutes to San Zachariah water bus/water taxi station. 11 minutes to Realto bridge. A lot of good restaurants in this area. The hotel is very simple - comparing to some posh hotels, but it’s very nice. Very nice people at the front desk and people who serve the breakfast. We were leaving earlier, before the breakfast time and they prepared to go breakfast boxes for us. Not many hotels would do that. We enjoyed our time in Venice.

Great little hotel - very easy to find and in a wonderful location, just a few minutes away from St Mark’s square. Room was comfortable and very clean. Very dark and quiet at night. All the staff were friendly. Only slight negative was the choice at breakfast, which was a bit limited, if you’re staying for a few days. Lots of good places to eat within a few steps of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend Le Isole
