A wonderful hotel. Very comfortable room. Coffee machine and water supplied. Staff were very friendly. Good breakfast. Felt like a quality 4 star hotel. I would recommend and definitely stay there again. Perfect location with views of the Matterhorn.

Great stay in a modern hotel in Zermatt. Comfortable rooms (although without AC), fantastic location. Continental breakfast with a view of the Matterhorn. Excellent shower, comfy bed.

This hotel is centrally located just off the Main Street. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is what truly makes this property stand out. They are multi lingual and are sincerely eager to help. We consulted with them daily sometimes several times during the day and they made us feel at home.
